Terrible customer service from start to finish. The store is massive, which is fine. However…when you approach a group of three sales people who are just standing there talking, and not one acknowledges you, until you literally wave your hand like you’ve lost your mind. That is a problem, Then you say.. can one of you help me find a kayak paddle and life vest. Brand new to all of this. They said the newest guy to take you. He does a general point or “it’s down there in those aisles. You turn to ask a question and he’s gone. No help in the departments, and the checkout people were just as bad. Will not be going back

Horrible customer service! The employees treat you as if you're a bother. They are not knowledgeable with directions or inventory. The website does not reflect accurate in-stock inventory. The employees will have you aimlessly running around the store to find products that are out of stock. This seems to be a running theme in both North Olmsted and Parma locations. I much prefer ordering online.

I bought a Blackstone griddle and picked it up on a Thursday. That weekend I want to put it together and a manufacturer built it wrong and was unable to assemble. I contacted Dick‘s where I bought it from and talk to Dana the store manager about the problem. He checked his inventory they did not have a replacement there and could not even order a new one in. I told him situation of trying to repack 130 pound griddle back into a box would be very difficult and told him I only needed a certain part to put it together. I was able to take the defective part back up there with the help of an employee Tray they were able to get the part that I needed to put my Griddle together and not having to wait three months for a part to come in. Thank you Carl

Well trained and knowledgeable employees willing to help you when asked or checked up on. Well stocked store. Employees seem to be happy working there. Prices are reasonable. Store is on the smaller side but they do make up for it by stocking the right products for the surrounding area needs. Thank you for a great experience.

I love this spot the cashiers and floor personal are helpful AF many times they called around so I can find an item. They are kind and professional. Maybe if people weren’t entitled to speak to workers like a POS your experience would be better. I’ve been going here for years without any issues from old or new staff, be respectful and it is what it is. Also they launch the new Jordan’s unlike the Ridgewood area

One of the best parts of the Great Northern mall is this store. The store has all of your sporting needs. It’s typically well-stocked. They also have a ton of shoes. We go here for soccer shoes. It’s a good location to go to if you live in the North Olmsted area.

So many people working here, but only one poor person in the shoe department which was the only place customers were! The gentleman was very kind, but too busy to be helpful to all the customers in a timely fashion

Bob in the golf department was great. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the products I was exploring. His assistance persuaded me to purchase the driver I was contemplating buying. Will definitely return for future purchases.

Great customer service. Came in I was greeted with respect. Tom, Charles in the footwear area helped me find the right item that I was looking for, great customer service. As well I want to point out that I was greeted by jay jack who is the freight flow lead very respectful. In general Very respectful employees and very neat store. They have numerous tables with signs Closeout Sale with color codes indicating substantial discounts, unfortunately none of the items are discounted. They all are coded as new items. No wonder brick and mortar stores are closing at an alarming rate. Wake up Dick's Sporting Goods!

Customer service was outstanding! I was having trouble on what size shoe I needed, and the employee was very kind and helped me find the right shoes. Very respectful employees and I will be sure to shop here again.
