    Macy’s has been around for ever. Beautiful clean operation . Great place for gifts and clothes that have quality. However , wait for coupons and deals because you can get anywhere from 30-50% off.it’s a great location Covid affected the mall but slowly people are returning.

    The location of this Macy's is hurting it. This Mall has seen better days. The store felt bare, shelves disheveled and mot a good selection of anything. Came in to purchase a Duvet and cover. Small selection. Store a bit dirty. I purchased the Down Duvet because I have had trouble finding a good one. Point is, for the prices and reputation of Macy's, they are not upholding the image. Will find something better for those prices.

    Sales lady and Dior Rep, in the perfume department, were awesome! They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of! Above and beyond, phenomenal

    I did a pick up order in store and it was very convenient. The employees at pick up were friendly and knowledgeable. The store was nicely organized and orderly.

    This store stinks. Literally. Particularly the lower-level. The elevator smelled like someone died in there, & from as dirty as it was, that's a possibility. The ladies at the check out were nice. Everything I bought is going back, it smells like the store. Yuck

    My husband bought a suit today and the staff member in the men's dept. was great! He was super knowledgeable and helpful. He was taking care of numerous customers and doing an excellent job. Kudos to Frank! Hope Macy's realizes what they have in him. Employees like him are nearly impossible to find.

    I was looking for Gucci guilty samples for my friend whose brother passed away and wore it. (She's stationed in italy) and the vendors here at macys made it happen I appreciate them so so much!

    I have been ordering dresses online for my son's upcoming wedding and I did finally settle on one but I have returned items several times and every time I was in and out in minutes and the people who waited on me were friendly and fast.

    Very clean and presentable. Associates were welcoming, I will say that there's almost never anyone behind the counters when you need them to be unless there's a line already built up.

    I was there to pick up an order. There were 5 shoppers in line before me, and it was handle quickly by the two associates. I was informed about the in store promotions by the associates, which I thought was nice and very helpful. The line in the department store was super slow. To the point the shopper behind me said, " they have the two slowest associates working on Saturday. I guess we should be happy they have associates." They were the only associates in the lower area.

    I can never find what I am looking for at Macy's. I think they should put online what floor their product is stocked and have sections of the floor so people can find products easily, A, B, C etc.

    Had cashmere gloves for my lady. Dillard's didn't. Being in Cleveland, I needed them NOW. Poor inventory planning by Macy's competitor.

    The gentleman in the men's department in the basement, Jack perhaps, was most helpful in answering all of my questions. Upstairs was a different story. I couldn't find anyone to assist me with questions pertaining to buying a suit.

    Love Macy's But very disappointed in the Toys R Us advisement ...wasn't much of a selection.. so don't get your hopes up for alot of toys.. I understand that it's Macy's..but they advised Toys R Us On 3 rd level..I was thinking a 3rd floor level of toy's..nope just a little selection ..definitely not what I expected...who knows maybe they will get more toy's in...

    Macy's is clean, they have good products and clothes. They also have very good sales, if that's what you are looking for. However they are short of help. Less cashier's when I went 3 weeks ago. They have social distancing at the registers . Less jewelry than before the virus hit.

    Not a very store. Lots of off brand clothing and poor shoe selection. Macys Backstage section of the store carries brands that are not even sold in Macy's, lots of off brand and junk.

    I wish I could have given a higher rating but it was very difficult to find persons behind a register .I had to go in search of a cashier in two out of the the three different departments that I visited. The cashiers were very nice but I did need assistance but there was no one in that department .Sad that this is the situation I've always liked Macy's.

    Kathi was amazing! Another lady with long dark hair was absolutely rude! But not Kathi she was so nice and made sure I was happy with my purchase. Wish we had more people like her.

    We recently purchased our Radley couch from the furniture department. After having complete disasters at two other furniture stores Macy’s was such a breath of fresh air. Martha was great to work with! She was not pushy and kept us informed on delivery. In the crazy furniture world our couch did not take long to come. We will back in the future.

    I love Macy’s and spend thousands there. Have their credit card. Basically, only department store I go to. But, today I was very disappointed. I had spent $800 on merchandise and live in Westlake by the mall. I needed to exchange something for a bigger size. When I went there the only mall that had my size was Southpark. They only had one left. So, I nicely asked her if she could call so they’d hold it for me for 48 hours since I live a half hour away and go to school and work. Lynn at customer service tried saying that they can’t call for me. Well, they always have in the past and get to their department way quicker than me. Plus, it’s called customer service. She was resistant trying to make me feel as if I inconvenienced her. Called and hung up saying the lines busy. That I should just call myself. Then I nicely said that I’d wait. That it’s just easier to do it now because there’s only one left; I don’t want someone to grab it before I can call; and it takes forever to get through, where as they get right through. Always every place in the history of me shopping have workers called other stores for me in this situation. She then called back and was complaining saying “now they have me on hold. Okay. Ugh.” Then she’s talking to the lady and literally chuckles to the lady and says, “yeah I told her to just call but you know. Here I am. Lol.” Then I’m trying to tell her to tell them I’m coming Wednesday and already have the bra in a different size so for sure will be there. She just ignores me and says “we’ll see. Don’t know if we can hold that that long.” Are you kidding me? 48 hours is how long they hold it. So, then I’m like to myself, “ okay maybe she just thinks I’m trying to be difficult.” So, three times I say I like her hair. Because I did. It was a really pretty wig. My moms a hairdresser. And no, of course, I didn’t tell her I knew it’s a wig. Was just trying to be nice to see if she’d even acknowledge a compliment. She completely ignored me. If you don’t like your job then get another job Lynn! But don’t make customers feel uncomfortable and inconvenient simply asking you to do your job! I have left 5 stars on my accounts for Macy’s ladies all the time. This is the first time I’ve had to complain. And if it wasn’t so rude…I would had let it slide. But, that’s just not okay!
