👍👍 Showed up today on the middle of the Covid pandemic without an appointment or phone call. I was immediately informed that it is currently by appointment only, but all of the front staff immediately jumped to help me fill in an appointment slot only an hour out. I was then offered a seat if I wanted... People often mention care, doctor, time, wait, hour, room, receptionist, told, minutes,

I took my toddler son to be seen for a lingering cold with a bad cough. We were seen promptly and the nurse and Dr were great with my son. They put him at ease and did their job quickly and efficiently we were in and out within an hour even with 2 people ahead of us. Next time urgent care is needed this is where I'll be taking my family.

Showed up today on the middle of the Covid pandemic without an appointment or phone call. I was immediately informed that it is currently by appointment only, but all of the front staff immediately jumped to help me fill in an appointment slot only an hour out. I was then offered a seat if I wanted to wait, which I promptly did since I had brought reading material. I was led back to a room by Cathy (correctly spelled with a "C") who made me feel extremely comfortable in confirming my background and letting me know what to expect moving forward. My doctor was Michael Timar — a gentleman and a scholar if ever there was one. I only had a contaminate pushing against my eardrum, a minor inconvenience I wanted to head off before it got worse, but everyone here genuinely took the time to care about my problem and get it fixed. I've worked in a hospital for 5 years and had rarely seen the same kindness this staff portrayed. My problem was solved, which is great, but that's not why I shall be returning; it's the people and support they showed. Cannot recommend this institution any more than I do. I'm sure even the people I had not met at this place are wonderful folks, but I can personally guarantee an exceptional time if you ask for Cathy and Dr. Timar. Thanks, you two—keep doing you.

What a great place to go when you’re feeling poorly. The receptionist greeted me with a smile. The nurse took me to the room and got my vitals all while humming a song. The doctor was thorough, understanding, and a pleasure to work with.

I have been sick for probably a little more than 2 weeks. I am not a complainer and very rarely go to a doctor unless I'm bad. I've taken my daughters here for years and let me tell you!! They are freaking phenomenal! The physician I seen about an hour ago is absolutely phenomenal! She listens and talks to you like you've been friends for years and listens attentively! I can honestly say I won't wait forever next time I'm not well, well I probably will since I'm not a complainer but will definitely go back to her in a split second!!

Wonderful experience. Was able to schedule an appointment online ahead of time. Received a text reminder a half hour before. The waiting room was clean and the receptionist was efficient. The nurses and doctors were fast, kind and informative. I was diagnosed quickly and my prescription was sent to my pharmacy right away. Overall a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

I’ve been here several times in the past year (recurring infections that always seem to happen on weekends) and it’s usually an easy experience. Yes there can be long waits. What do you expect? It’s health care. Not a fast food place. But I usually get thorough care and I never leave with questions unanswered. I will say this, on at least one occasion I felt that some of the personnel expressed they thought I was being a bit of a baby coming in. However, Dr. O’Shea always made me feel like she understood and was sympathetic. If I could request to have her every time, i would.

Went there for the first time due to having a cold for over a month, Vomiting etc. Sprained ankle even waited over an hour to be seen and was only given an ace wrap and was told to call my family doctor. They were rushing between their patients the doctor didnt even introduce herself to me. I was told I had to wait outside in 30 degree weather because they were closed & didn’t want to wait for my ride to pick me up. Mind you, waited 2 hours just for an ace wrap & they Couldn’t wait 5 minutes for my ride clearly seeing I was unable to drive. Truly disappointed & Definitely won’t be returning.

Went to north olmsted UH urgent care this afternoon. Waiting room was empty, so no wait, they took me in less than 5 minutes. Secretary was friendly. Staff was very friendly. Dr.O'Shea was Amazing! She listened, was very thorough, and explained what and how to treat. Wonderful experience!

My fiancé and I made a trip here at about 4:45 pm on 12/28/19. The receptionist was an extremely rude lady. Her first comment was, “Your wait is going to be 3-4 hours.” Most businesses would have people welcome them, especially when they are sick. The last face I would want see when I’m sick is a grumpy, miserable receptionist. As we signed in the receptionist peered put her window and said to another worker, “Two more are coming, go lock the doors.” (They close at 5:00 on Saturday.) we ended up leaving but we’re extremely disappointed with the behavior scene behind the desk. I hope someone speaks to this receptionist about her people skills.

I went there today (Sunday) and I understand that the weekend may be a bit slower, but did not expect what happened today. I waited 2 1/2 hours for my 2 year old daughter to be called back to a room. Then we waited an additional 30 minutes to be seen. The appointment took another hour and 20 minutes. Over 4 hours in the urgent care to be told to try and come back the next day because it was viral. I refused and they finally prescribed something. I will never set foot back in that office again. I am not a person to write reviews, but I feel today was neccessary given the wait time and the lack of concern.

I have been to this facility on multiple occasions. The care is exceptional. Katie was the nurse that greeted me, she was thorough and moved as quickly as she could to get me the help I needed. Erin was the physician I had, and she not only was incredibly thorough she listened, was kind, and took care of me with the utmost care and professionalism. Additionally, I accidentally left my written prescription at work, and they went out of their way to send it over to my pharmacy at the very end of their long busy day! Thank you so much!

I took my daughter there a couple months back for a pretty bad rash that the provider seemed truly concerned about and completely listened to all of my thoughts\concerns which seems hard to come by in healthcare anymore, especially in a fast paced care setting. The whole staff was warm and the overall experience was the best I could’ve asked for. I even had to come from down the steer from the clinics express care because they would not see my daughter (no patients under 2).. happy I did and discovered this place. Oh yeah, the provider even called me a few days later to make sure her rash was getting better!

Brought my daughter there for a cough and sore throat. She's usually very nervous about doctor visits but the staff immediately won her trust! The doctor (Dr. Luce) was friendly and he had her giggling soon after entering the room. The visit was quick but never felt "rushed". We will be going there in the future (although we hope we don't need them soon!).

I visited the clinic this morning registered and got right in. The staff and nurses were all very nice. I seen Dr. Hohn with a sensitive issue and she was awesome! Made me feel so comfortable it was like I knew her for years. Need more doctors like her that take the time to listen and diagnose.. and even talked about some other things unrelated to my visit. Actually wish my primary doctor was like her and will definitely visit the clinic again.

I went in on Friday because I cut my finger pretty badly with a kitchen knife and knew I needed stitches. My husband had to leave work early to tend to the kids so I could get it checked out only to be told from across the check-in counter to go to CVS and put a sterile strip on it. I asked the doctor if he could do it since I was there and after he took a second to actually look at it, he realized how deep my cut was and said he would stitch it for me. I waited about 10 minutes to be taken back. The interaction with the doctor was fine. He was nice. It took about an hour (check in-check out) to get 3 stitches. He told me to come back in 5-7 days to get them taken out so I went in this afternoon while my daughter was in school to have them removed. Receptionist told me that the doctor was “backed up, come back later, we’re open until 8”. It literally takes minutes to take stitches out. There wasn’t anyone in the waiting room. I thought the whole point of going to an Urgent Care was to be seen at the patient’s Convenience... won’t be going back to this location.
