    Wouldn't even let us inside to order so we had to wait in the parking lot for 20 minutes for to go. Get home and they gave the smallest portions we have ever seen at a chipotle. Usually we can split a bowl and chips between the two of us but tonight's meal isnt even hardly enough for one of us and we dont eat a lot. Extremely let down with the quality of food and service. This company's serving line is built on the idea that you get to see your food prepared to make sure it's how you want it, in this case we were forced to order online for no good reason and couldn't see our food because we wouldn't have paid for it. **This chipotle restaurant continues to get worse and worse. We no longer go. Last night at around 7pm they were out of cheese and sour cream and someone In line ahead of me asked the to go line if he could have a side of sour cream and she looked over saw that there station wasnt out and looked back and said this stuff over here is for online orders only so no. So rude to dismiss a paying customer like that. At this point If I could give negative stars I would.

    I got a bowel wasn’t the best experience. Food was liquidy workers weren’t all that nice and food fell out the bag as I walked through my door wouldn’t go back again

    I counted the pieces of chicken. How was I able to do this, you ask? Because I had 5 pieces in a bowl with a bunch of soggy veggies. Extra anything.. that clearly translates to “less than the normal amount” DO BETTER!

    Placed an online order today. Never had an issue in the past. When I arrived I was waiting 10 minutes past due for it to be ready. The crew member asked for my name. She checked and couldn’t pull up my order. The manager came over (Travis) and was extremely rude! He wouldn’t be patient enough with me to figure out what happened. He kept yelling “ I can’t make it for you” and humiliated me in front of the whole restaurant. Never will I return to this location again. The food here is really chincy and every meat has so much fat on it. They need to get it together and have a positive attitude. Not act like your going to fight a customer that’s demanding fair treatment. He needs to not work in a public setting. FYI: CILANTRO TAQUERIA IN TOWN IS WAY BETTER AND REAL MEXICAN FOOD

    Placed an order through the app for a burrito bowl with extra rice, chicken, lettuce and cheese. When I picked up my order, I had a tablespoon of rice, burnt chicken and 5 pieces of lettuce. Half of my bowl was empty. 1/10 do NOT recommend.

    I ordered Carne Asada. I only got 4 strips of steak. Are you kidding me? You gave me leftover all is a veggie whole bowl. I had to throw it away after the steak was gone. I wasted my money and on my birthday. I will never order there ever again. Rating Zero!

    Disappointed in the attitude of the people working tonight on the line. Rolling their eyes at us when we make our order, tortillas ripped open then wrapped in foil anyways. Should have given us complimentary bowls since it spilled all over upon unwrapping anyways. Pure staffing/management issues. Wish I remembered the names, management check your schedule for who worked that night, then rehire…

    I go to this chipotie every other day around the same at night between 9pm to 920pm. The so call manager is a horrible human, I was talking with another customer when this so call Manger ask me in a very nasty way if I was going to pay for the customer order, I told her no she proceeded to tell me not to talk to her customer, so I responded back to her and she stated she not going to server me and she the Manger and to leave her store and she will call the police, so I said and did not leave there were customers coming in she over looked me like she said but she also did not wait on the other customers she went to the back and told the customers to wait. One of the customers stayed outside for he was going to be my witness when the police come but they didn't another person came got my attention and stated he was another manager he also knows I come in here all the time after talking with him he decided he will comp me my order and also he would fix the order I was not looking to get anything comp I can pay for my order just wanted your horrible manager to apologize. I made sure that I posted the problem on Facebook, instagram. Really need to do a better job 😪

    UPDATE*****. This only applies to Chipotle at Great Northern. ***** I know I said never again but time or lack thereof meant I walked in to place an order to go. They are skimpy skimpy skimpy. They do not “drain” the beans very well; lots of liquid. I probably got the same amount of meat that was in my double, which is less than the amount I have gotten at any other Chipotle. Same with the tomato and corn salsas. Extra sour cream, yeah, no. Actually tell behind the counter how many spoonfuls; so I ate about half, and put the rest in the fridge. Today I have rice, beans, tomatoes, corn, a little sour cream, almost no cheese(because I really didn’t get much yesterday), sitting in a puddle of water. ****** This was just so bad. Normally when I order a Carnitas bowl I get enough to have for two meals. I get lunch and dinner. I even ordered extra meat. This is the size of extra portioned bowl, AFTER I PUSHED IT OVER TO FIND THE RICE. Very little of everything, including the extra meat that I ordered. Definitely not going back to the store ever again

    I didn’t order full chunks of green peppers and onions in my meal. Everybody in this place doesn’t take their job seriously. Don’t ever order online from here, plain and simple!

    Ordered through Door Dash- 2 kids meals were incomplete- no sides. Cheese quesadillas were overcooked and not edible. Contact to the restaurant was not available to speak with a manager.

    Out of half the items like always. Chipotle has gone ridiculously down hill but the price keeps on going up. Plus charging extra for honey vinaigrette or a wrap on the side is greedy.

    This Chipotle is in my opinion the best one around we have only had 1 wrong order ever and it is always fresh and delicious. The reason for the lost star is because like all other ones they alot of times put all of a topping in one area. Relatively fast

    Placed an online order for pickup and had to wait a few extra minutes. They were understaffed during lunch hours and this guy waiting starts going off on the employees for not working hard enough even though they were understaffed. The young girl stood her ground and refused to give the man his food which I applauded. I work retail and I know exactly what those workers are going through!

    Best chipotle of all time, when the guy making the bowl yelled at me for not reading the list fast enough I knew it was game on. He goes “come on sir you can just keep reading the list off” Absolutely delicious and was in and out of that line in less than a minute. 10/5 stars.

    I really used to love this store. I can’t even blame the store. It’s Chipotle as a brand. One day it’s digital orders only. Today, I order digitally, (I hate to do orders that way), but because they randomly don’t have enough staff and randomly do digital orders, I do it. ONLY TO ARRIVE, they tell me the DIGITAL ORDERING IS DOWN!!! We can ONLY order through the line!? Pick a struggle. #Frustrated

    Don’t order online from this location. It is never right and the give you wayyy less food. Burrito bowl is 2/3 the size of going through the line. And I didn’t even get enough chips to finish the guac. This isn’t a one time thing either. It’s consistently 1/3 less food than going through the line.

    Best chipotle of all time. They should teach all the other chipotles. Food quality was amazing, green crisp lettuce, steak was lean, fresh salsa. Lunch rush and staff was super fast, had our food for dine-in in minutes.

    Rice was very under cooked, chipotle is going down hill. Nobody does any cooking with love anymore no matter which chipotle I go to its either they are out of something or just food not good. Get back to the basics chipotle.

    Saturday hours listed as closing at 10pm. 8:45 and we show up to get a few meals for the family and they were out of chicken and sour cream. The line girl (super rude- always is actually) informed us that the cook stops at 8:30 and they will not replenish for the night. Like what?!?

    This use to be my favorite Chipotle but not any longer! Every time I order online all of the food is cold and I pick it up right on time. Cold rice cold chic & steak … really unbelievable. This is the last time I order here! I’ll drive to River or Crocker.

    Worst chipotle I have ever gone to every single employee that was there were very rude and not only did have to keep asking for them to put more in the bowls so did everyone else not a single one would make eye contact with you and after asking 3 times for queso and the lady not ringing it up she looks at me and tells me well I’m going to have to charge you, well no duh but when I ask you 3 times for it and you couldn’t be bothered to get we have an issue! Just bad all around don’t work some where if you aren’t happy

    Horrible experience, Ryan is a horrible manager. He treats customers with no respect. Argues with customers. I will never go back to this location and I’m not recommending this location to anyone. Customers should be treated better. If he’s having a bad day it’s definitely showing. No one smiles and everyone looks like they hate their job.

    Never never order from here the staff is terribly rude ! Ordered chips and queso blanca salsa along with a burrito bowl. Paid online went in and picked up my order which was 10 mins late by the way! I drive home and open the bag and no chips the queso is there but no chips and my bowl is not specified the way that I ordered it! So I drive all the way back to the store and tell the staff working and a guy team member yells were out of chips you have to contact chipotle contact us.com! Why wouldn’t they have notified me in the beginning? ! I had to drive all the way back up there for something they could have told me ! How rude and nasty of this staff! I will never order from this location again!

    Sorry but I have had the worst burrito bowl ever from N Olmsted. Ordered from app and they definitely didn't follow the order. Very chincy with cheese and barely any of the 2 meats. The guac should not have been served. Bad color and taste. Better luck next time.
