If
I
could
give
less
than
one
star
I
would.
The
nightmare
began
with
being
offered
a
1pm
reservation
for
Saturday
at
this
location.
This
location
closes
at
1pm.
Why
would
a
business
offer
reservations
at
the
exact
time
they
close?
Neither
Avis
or
Uber
Customer
Service
can
explain
why
this
happened
but
the
supervisors
I
spoke
with
agreed
this
is
not
how
reservations
work.
I
wasted
an
hour
of
my
time
driving
down
there
for
nothing
despite
arriving
at
my
scheduled
pick
up
time.
After
several
hours
with
customer
service
trying
to
find
out
where
the
staff
is
that
is
supposed
to
be
fulfilling
my
reservation,
I
was
offered
a
reschedule
for
today
at
9am.
The
new
set
of
problems
include;
Receiving
a
compact
instead
of
the
mid
size
I
payed
for.
I'm
6'5"
so
this
is
a
real
problem
as
I
cannot
even
sit
up
straight
in
the
car
that
feels
more
akin
to
a
child's
toy.
This
rental
is
intended
for
Uber
so
I'll
be
driving
this
tiny
vehicle
around
for
12
hours
which
is
a
very
big
problem
for
me
as
I
barely
fit
in
the
vehicle.
This
location
currently
doesn't
have
any
bigger
sizes
so
I'm
stuck
with
a
car
that
is
way
too
small
for
me.
Furthermore
no
compensation
has
been
mention
from
Avis
or
Uber
as
far
as
what
they
are
going
to
do
about
lost
wages
for
losing
almost
2
days
of
work
because
of
this.
Apparently
it
will
take
Uber
several
business
days
from
today
to
"escalate"
the
situation.
Clearly
the
communication
between
Uber
and
Avis
is
entirely
broken
in
their
partnership
as
one
keeps
referring
me
to
the
other
for
responsibility.
I
talk
to
Mom
and
Mom
tells
me
to
talk
to
Dad.
I
talk
to
Dad
and
Dad
tells
me
to
talk
to
Mom.
I
wish
I
could
say
that
game
was
fun
but
it's
not.
While
I
was
in
the
store
the
associate
ringing
me
up
got
a
call
from
what
sounded
like
a
Uber
driver
who
was
broken
down.
This
has
me
very
concerned
on
top
of
everything
else
the
rental
might
break
down
on
me
while
I'm
trying
to
cover
the
cost
of
wasted
time
and
money
from
all
of
this.
Would
recommend
Uber
drivers
steering
clear
of
this
location.
