We went there to put money on one of our pre-paid cards and waited at the register for almost 15 minutes for a cashier that was doing God knows what? After waiting and looking and calling around for one we left w/o achieving our goal! But there have been other uneventful visits that resulted in me lightening my wallet, so I give 2 stars because of that..

I go here because it's close but you have a very rude staff member there. She has been there for years but sorry I'm taking you from stocking to ring me out. Get a new job if you don't like it. And yes honestly I wouldn't either. Cashier's shouldn't be stocking shelves while people are waiting.

This place is pretty neat and stocked. Employees seem friendly and professional. Pretty good prices for their products.

Slow. Older lady cashier spent so much time talking non business related things with a customer who already paid for their items. Doing so while customers were waiting to check out and also WITHOUT THEIR MASK on at a period like this is unacceptable.

Honestly the one guy who works there is ALWAYS miserable & he closes early. I have sympathy for you man but cmon stop bringing ur personal stuff to work & stop closing early

I’ve only been to this DG a few times but every time I do the male cashier complains about his personal life to every. Single. Customer….almost in a way that makes the customer feel guilt tripped for even shopping there, for instance my last visit he was complaining his hip hurt and he “really shouldn’t be there” and made it seem like the manager was “forcing him to work while in extreme pain” idk it just made me uncomfortable like what am I supposed to say; I literally just came here for a mop and now I gotta be subjected to his woes. It’s honestly just really annoying and cringe to have a grown man whining constantly, if you hate your job so much then get another job.

This is my favorite DG! All the girls working here are wonderful, and I've never had a bad shopping experience here. The store is well set up, and always clean! Now only if they could keep the milk cooler from breaking down....

The employees at Dollar General in Fairview Park OH are wonderful. They are always friendly, knowledgeable and considerate to all who come into the store. They are even kind when you have a return. Kudos to the Great Customer Service Team. Thank you for all you do!

Usually pretty clean, prices are good, but sometimes you have to wait on a cashier(which I get they are doing other things but there should be atleat 1 other person in the store).

Love the new location! Pretty good finds from time to time and they have a large selection. My only gripe is one cashier has zero personality, makes everyone wait until she's ready to acknowledge you and at times will hide in the back to avoid rining someone up. All and all I'm very pleased with this new location.

I show up there at9:50 while the door is locked and they're looking at me shake my head while they close at 10:00 and I just drove 15 minutes for nothing9/30

I called on the phone to see if they carried a vitamin I am talking. The girl checked the shelf told me they had it and the price. She was very nice. And the store manager at this store is always friendly be and courteous to me and all the customers !!
