    Waited about 20 minutes for assistance in shoes. They paged for someone 5 times before someone finally showed up.. She was very helpful, I have no complaints on the employees. I then had a return, got in line in one of the only two available registers, waited about 10 minutes, line didn't move at all. Went to the other one, another 10 minutes waiting in a non moving line. They were waiting on assistance to come that they paged for. So I came back home with the item I needed to return; I'll try another day. Needless to say, it's easy to see why all of the Sears stores are closing. I used to love shopping at Sears, now... Not so much

    We have bought many Kenmore products in the last 20 years and have never had any real issues. Last year we bought a Kenmore Elite Refridgerator. After 14 months, the compressor went. Because, it was more than a year, labor was not covered. We called Sears Repair Service to fix. After initial consultation, they had to order a new compressor, which is made by LG. They could not come back for 17 days and we had to live out of a beverage cooler. For the initial 20 min. consultation and the follow up 45 min repair, they charged us $485 in labor - seems like Sears is making a hefty profit on the faulty equipment they are selling. We have come to find out that there have been multiple class action suits dating back to 2005 against LG for these compressors. Why would Sears continue to use a product that is not performing and then choose to make a profit on the mistake. This will be our last Kenmore product.

    Bought a Diehard battery on line with free installation on Oct 13, 2018. I used $21 in rewards. There was also a $30 credit card application reward "apply and use" which did not work. When we arrived they then said there was a three hour wait. So I tried to remove the exchange battery myself but the one terminal was frozen. We cancelled the order, however 6 days later we only received a partial refund and the online status does not show the cancellation and we were not refunded my $21 in rewards points,. Called Sears online overseas customer service and they said they would resolve this. Days later they state that the store must issue the refund. Called the store and the manager said give it a few days. Called back days later since there still was no full refund and no cancellation status. Tried calling the manger and was put on hold. He never came to the phone. Called back again and no one answered the phone. On 10-18-18 submitted an Attorney General and BBB complaint. As of 10-30-18 they have been unresponsive to the BBB complaint. BBB automatically diverted my complaint from North Olmsted and sent my complaint to their HQ in Chicago. What a den of thieves!

    I always enjoy my trips to Sears, they feel nostalgic and I always find something to add to my tool collection. Ordered online with in-store pickup and the process was smooth and easy. Excellent staff even offered to carry my order out to the car. I have found great tool deals on their website, and have never had a problem with their in-store pickup option. Text message tells me when it's ready and I head over to pick up my stuff. Easy highway access and ample parking make it an easy stop.

    My dryer needs to be looked at. I used their website to schedule an appointment. It showed me the first available and I picked that. I got a call that day saying they couldn’t make it out and had to reschedule. That’s fine, it happens. Today I had an appointment scheduled for 1-5pm. A four hour block. Nobody shows up. I get a call at 5:24 pm saying the technician won’t make it out before 6pm. I told her to cancel, which she seemed less than bothered with, since I don’t want to be stringed along for weeks on end. Unhappy with the service.

    Worst customer service I've ever experienced. My craftsman lawnmower tractor is not starting. They sent an unprofessional technician to take a look at it. It seems like he was having a bad day and didn't even want to take his time and inspect the tractor. It took him 2 min to tell us that engine needs to be replaced due to our neglect... Really? that's not true and we would never spend this much money on a lawnmower and basically neglect it. All I wanted is another technician to come out and diagnose the problem properly, but they wouldn't allow my request. I called the store manager and explained my experience to him and asked for a solution and he basically told me that I'm out of luck. Never will shop there again.

    Was truly a well kept store to the end. Employees were always very kind and gave amazing service. The store was always very clean when I visited it prior to and throughout the liquidation sales. RIP Sears Great Northern, your location will be missed.

    Yeah my spot is open. I will never order appliances anyplace else. I Will shop at Sears until they lock me out. I need my store to be older than me, have great customer service, have employees who will find the answer to my questions and brands I have heard of. Don't write off Sears.

    A well kept store chock full of clothes with a wide array of mattress selections. Great Northern Sears is alive and well, and the prices are amazingly low. While sometimes hard to find salespeople and customers, other peak times are super-busy and crowded. An unusually good Men's department and a better than expected Toy department upstairs.

    I used the Amazon ship-to-installer program for my new tires. Everything went smoothly and my car was done within an hour of my scheduled start time. Job was done well and quickly. Will absolutely recommend this place for all tire installs. Price was perfect too.
