Cashier came across as rude and prejudice, she stared at us from the time we walked in, until we left. She never gave a greeting as you would expect from an employee, especially if you are going to stare people down.

Mick is an entitled old man who gives off the idea that he doesn’t need to be kind to customers, I handed him my money and he rudely said “now wait just a minute I’m not ready” then when he finally took it he got mad that his hands are dry and he had to count the cash, I said it should be $70 let me know if you need more and he said “I don’t care I still have to count it” like obviously? I was just communicating? Needs to be humbled, you can’t be rude to guests when they’re just existing.

The manger was questioning why I was purchasing so many items. Asked me where I’m coming from and many other unnecessary questions. Very unprofessional manager and staff if I can give a 0 stars I would.

Prices are avg at best. You can find some unique things you wouldn't expect at a wholesale food place. They have every kind of to go package you can imagine. The customer service is usually pretty decent. Last couple times I've dealt with some miserable young lady. She yelled at me for using a big bill, that was all I had being sent for items from my work.

I buy regularly from this small store since I walk with a cane or rollator.

Store itself is nice big selection of food kinds feels like a Sam's club on a smaller scale ,prices can be sky-high on frozen family meals steaks look freezer burnt and male manager with dark hair is loud obnoxious and rude ughhh,store on brookpark road is better and bigger

Always friendly helpful staff, well lit, and clean. Good stock of most items, but some things are fairly priced. Others are reasonable. Some items are the larger size you couldn't find elsewhere. Restrooms clean and has ample parking. They offer to put your purchases in boxes for you, which is nice.

Very good selection of food. I do a lot of cookouts and they have beef brisket at a good price and pork shoulder also to keep the smoker busy all summer. Also good deal on wood charcoal - though smaller chunks. I also get my mozzarella cheese here in 5lb blocks for my homemade pizza and cheddar 2lb blocks at a lot lower cost than other stores. Their frozen food selection has a lot of items that are hard to find some other places (many in bulk packaging too big for me but perfect for large family). A huge selection of spices is also one of the reasons I will shop here. The staff is always helpful and online ordering has made life a breeze. They do not have bags but will put food in boxes for you at checkout - environmental plus without the hassle of having to remember your own bags every time.

Very clean!!!! Customer Service was fantastic! I found an item with the wrong price on the shelve, and a gentleman replaced it asap. Had trouble finding fish patties, and another gentleman politely opened the 📦 so I could see the content, then walked to the other side of the store and brought me pretzel buns. The cashier even went above & beyond, looked in my cart to see what I had, and got boxes. She had to insert my card, rang me out and packed the items in boxes. Impressive!!!!! Also their attitudes towards me was phenomenal 👏!!! I'll definitely be shopping their more often. Hell, I might even fill out an application, because it's people like this you want to work around 😉

Love buying bulk here and not having to worry about having a membership to pay for on top of buying bulk.

They have so much of everything. Personal shopping for the home and also items and food for larger parties and restaurant purchase.

The store was clean and employees very friendly. Found a few things not available at my local grocery store. Overall, I didn't think the prices were overly fantastic, but it's a fun place to wander around and see.

Proces are slightly higher, but I've never been disappointed in their food. The Christmas cut out cookies are so easy! I save a lot of time and less mess. Also, their shrimp is very good.

Get in get out , never long waiting in line, or you an place order online and pick it up Curbside. They have a great selection of frozen and a good selection of fresh as well. I think you can also place orders in the store

Went to pickup Christmas Cookies to decorate. Nice and friendly staff.

Long time ago they used to carry great desserts from Sweet Street. I was not at all impressed with the desserts that they carry now. It's still good for basic restaurant supply needs. Wish Sysco had a retail outlet.

Normal GFS! I wish more people knew about this place it kind of is like a hidden gem.

Horrible place to work Darrell is very rude to his employees. He shouldn’t be Assistant manager.he rolled his eyes several times at me and demanded me to go back to my register when I was putting away and watching my register at the same time and I had no customers there . I think he needs a little more training

Cashier 'Emily' went on a rant because I paid for $75+ dollars of stuff with a hundred. It's what my work gave me, they should be able to handle bigger Bill's doing commerical orders. So after complaing like inwas taking her personal money, I said "sorry that's all I got sent with". She then replied "You're taking all my bills!" As i was leaving she called a manager and got more change. Didnt seem worthy of a rant.

GFS is always a good place to shop it has a nice variety of things. Much, much quicker than going to Costco or BJs.
