Good number of products on site. Staff was accommodating, but could have been a little friendlier. I was disappointed that my size (large) in the jackets were sold out on more than a few options. I didn't get the jacket I really wanted, because I didn't want to wait. I feel like they should keep their inventory stocked, especially with common sizes. I also found it to be true with their riding gloves. This is the beginning of riding season. Keep your inventory stocked.

Is this store closed? I seen reviews from a day ago on 4/9/23, but today 4/10/23 at 514pm there is nothing. Doors latched and even a FedEx delivery ticket on the door. Edit: The store is open I was told they were closed this day due to staffing issues which is understandable. Rating change from 1 Start to 4 stars after visiting the location.

Cycle Gear is a pretty cool place to visit for motorcycle gear, parts and accessories. They seem to have most of the basics in stock while carrying a decent selection of popular items. I would like to see them expand their space and add some more big brand names to their riding gear inventory. My favorite part about coming here is the friendly and helpful staff. In my experience, they greet you as if they are seeing an old friend coming in. I appreciate that the staff is available to assist and answer questions without constantly hovering over. I've personally worked with Taylor on several occasions on online orders, item returns and in store purchases and she does an excellent job. Every visit was easy and hassle free and I've left feeling like I was chatting with friends about gear and motorcycles instead of just going to a motorcycle store. Thank you Taylor and Cycle Gear staff!

Went shopping for summer riding boots for touring. Clerk was really knowledgeable and pointed me to a pair that was exactly what I needed. Saved me $$ as well. Great place to shop. This type of experience can't happen buying online.

The staff here was very helpful and friendly. They replaced my warranted item with a new one from the store. I have purchased several clothing items from Cyclegear and been very happy with the overall quality and features.

Store is really clean and well organized. The staff is extremely helpful. The location of the store seemed a little strange to me. It's tucked inside of a plaza that does not strike me as a location that would appeal to bikers. The other Cycle Gear locations I have been to were all stand alone buildings that seemed more conducive to organizing bike rides and motorcycle shows. This place does not appear to lend itself to do that easily.

The guys there were very helpful and worked well with us trying on a lot of helmets to see what would fit. Very knowledgeable! Thank you! We drove almost 2hrs away so it was worth it for the help they gave.

I walked in never coming to the store before, I spoke to Adam and told him what I needed and he gave me multiple suggestions and went into detail on every product and was super knowledgeable and professional. Being new to riding I didn’t have much of an idea of what products are “good” and Adam broke everything down easily for me to understand. I believe that he’s a trustworthy and knows his stuff.

The jacket my wife bought was exactly what she wanted and fit great so I’d give that 5 stars. Considering that we were the only two people in the store, we got a hello when we walked in and the associate pointed out where the jackets were then basically stayed up front. No help looking through the jackets for what she wanted and as we both looked for shoes/boots there was zero help. I would give the service a 1 star.

Great deal on tires for the Harley and the service was Amazing. Definitely recommend, Adam had our tires mounted and balanced in record time. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They also had great prices on helmets and a huge selection.

This cycle gear has quality gear and a variety to choose from depending on your budget. The Assistant Manager, Lauren, made our experience as first time buyers pleasant. She was patient, knowledgeable and extremely courteous. 10 out of 10 would recommend this location to a friend/family member.

I don't recommend getting your tires mounted and balanced anymore. It should take 20 min to mount and balance a tire. Usually they called me within the same day, but recently they told me a 2 days, I called back after first day wondering what was going on to be told Friday is now when they would be done due to only one guy knowing how to mount and balanced and said he didn't wanna miss any sales because they only makes $ from commission, So I went up to get my tire and rim because I found someone to do it within the hour. And soon as I get there wouldn't ya know not busy at all and 2 guys behind the counter just chatting it up...this place has unfortunately gotten lazy young workers ....shouldn't take 5 days for a 20 min job. Especially when the store is empty.

Drove about 50 miles to find a place with a good helmet selection. Cycle Gear did not disappoint! Tons of all style helmets and brands. The salesperson was a great help with helmet choices and fit.

Lauren and Bailey are awesome! Super helpful and patient with me. Bailey answered all my questions and helped me out with finding some solid boots and and a solid helmet. The store is super welcoming. Will definitely be back, when the time comes.

The folks at my local North Olmsted Cycle Gear are awesome. I ordered a new set of tires from CG, had them shipped to this store, and took in my wheels to have the new tires mounted. A couple days later they were mounted on my BMW Cross Spoke wheels and looking great with zero damage to the rims. Everyone I talked to on the phone and in store was great as well. It's also nice to have a local store to have tires mounted, and also be able to buy gear like helmets that you really need to try on to know if it works.

I debated whether I wanted to purchase a helmet for my autistic son. But, the young lady that assisted us was very patient and accommodating. She helped him try on a variety of helmets and let him decide on the best helmet for him. He really enjoyed the process and went away holding his helmet all the way home. I've never had a bad experience at this store.

Sales associates were attentive yet allowed me the space needed to browse without added unnecessary “assistance”. Questions were answered when needed and checkout was prompt and effective. Also, and this one was really welcoming, all the jackets, gloves and pants were meticulously in order. From extra-small to 4 XL, all the garments were perfectly hung on their respective hooks and hangers.

I went into the store not knowing anything that I needed for my upcoming motorcycle class and left with a helmet that was properly fitted and some gloves. They carry a great selection in store which is nice to be able to get the perfect fit before you buy. They also carry the Redline oil soni don't have to order it either. Staff is wonderful and always helpful.

Great service and selection, considering there isn’t much local competition. Meaning, they don’t have to but keep inventory anyway. This is the go to for helmets, and I’ve noticed other items like boots have a bigger inventory now too. While there last week I met a unusually informative and helpful person named George. Turns out he is a company director. With people like him running things they will continue to be successful. Pass my thanks on to him!

I just had the most wonderful experience here! I wish I would have caught the woman’s name who helped us because she was very knowledgable and friendly! This was our first time trying on and looking at helmets (they had a really big selection, which was great) and she answered all of our questions without getting frustrated or annoyed. I think I am one of the only people that needs a kids small helmet and I am 30 years old, but this place had one! Thank you again for everything!!

The people were very nice and friendly. I took a tire in to have it changed and after 2 days they couldn't get rhe new tire seated on the rim. They lost my valve cap that I ordered for my bike. Now I have to find another place to finish my tire. I wanted this place to work, it's close to home and the people were great. That obviously didn't matter if they couldn't get the job done.

Good experience shopping for a one piece leather racing suit and boots. The lady looked up my potential size and offered a couple of sizes to try on. Was nice that a dressing room is available. These items aren't in my opinion easy to purchase online because fit is everything and cycle gear has a good selection to choose from. Both employees very helpful and explained the discount program that is available that I did purchase. Also needed oil and good selection is available. Lastly in stock were rear stand spools I needed for my new GSX-S 1000.

I had a great experience at cycle gear. My wife and I came in to purchase helmets and pick up our intercom. The store was very busy. Taylor, was great. She worked with us while attending to other customers. We never felt rushed she took her time with us. She gave us great info about the helmets that helped us choose the right fit. She worked discounts, price matching, and ordering all while the store was crazy busy. Don’t know how she did it. She was very pleasant to everyone despite the crowd. When I picked up the helmets. She installed the intercoms and explained how they worked. I also purchased a phone mount that ended up not working. And had an issue with one of the shields on a helmet. Taylor stopped by our home to fix the helmet issue and bring another mount that might work. This was all after the store closed on her way home. All issues were resolved. Thank you Taylor for all of your help. Cycle Gear you have a gem in Taylor.

Great place for gear. Large selection of choices from different manufacturers. They are prompt and very courteous with help in finding specific needs. They also go to other warehouses to find items if not in stock. Direct shipping, easy return policies and decent pricing- cool store.

I picked up a second used bike this summer, now it's time to put it to bed for the winter. I need a cover for a 2003 BMW k 1200 RS to protect it from sawdust in my garage. There's a cycle gear about 5 mi from my house so I ordered the cover, unsure what size I should get, from front tire to rear tire it's about 85 in, not knowing I ordered the largest size. There was no sizing guide for my bike online. I got to the shop they had the item waiting for me, and I told the dealer what bike I had, and the measurement, & the dealer told me that should just be about right, but that it might not go all the way to the ground. Turned out the cover was foot and a half or so longer than the bike a very very generous excess, it certainly will do the job but not as close a fit as I would have liked.

Courteous, professional and fun people to interact with. Cycle Gear North Olmsted has always been a great place to visit and but motorcycle items from. My orders have always been put in promptly and shipping has always been quick and correct. One of my favorite places to shop... and oh yea, bike night is coming back!!
