Second time in store. Figured I would give them another chance. Went to purchase putter. I had to ask an associate 2x for assistance. He casually ignored me and help 2 other people. Will not return to this store again. Same experience both times as if I didn’t belong in the store and or that I am not wanted there. Horrible customer service.

The worst ran store in town! I understand your busy but a week and a half to get one club fixed is ridiculous. Not to mention the poor customer service. Got hung up on 3 times, then put on hold for 20 min. If and when i get my club back definitely won't be wasting my time at golf galaxy.

While they have most items you could be searching for, this store is a joke compared to the one in Akron. A total "flop" and waste of time driving there to see the cheapest used putter going for over $160 and in horrible condition.

I did a club fitting with JP that was so fun we had a blast I had to buy the driver I was so comfortable working with him he is awesome

Just had an amazing experience at GG in North Olmsted, OH...they were able to help me return some FJ shoes that I was sent by FJ as a replacement for a malfunction. Instead of waiting on FJ, GG got me sorted right away with a new pair and is sending them back for me...what a great experience

I recently bought a fairly popular and not inexpensive golf glove at the North Olmsted Golf Galaxy location, the cashier informed me that the sparkling white glove couldn't be returned because “they dont usually do returns on gloves”. I would say a glove tearing after 2-3 holes is a special circumstance, in this case I would be wrong. In my eyes this is terrible customer service, again maybe I am wrong. When one purchases a glove, like I do exclusively and often, from Golf Galaxy you expect a certain level of quality, finger holes forming, I get that, its very soft leather, but for the back of the hand to tear is unacceptable and for them to not address that is bad business. I have spent, in the last 6 months alone, a few thousand dollars, maybe more at this North Olmsted Golf Galaxy and for then to tell me to buzz off isnt okay. Sad to say they will no longer be on the receiving end of my money, and I will be telling all my golfing buddies and anyone else that cares to listen, about the terrible customer service. I will take my chances online I suppose. Bad, bad business…. Garbage customer appreciation and service…..

My second time at this store. A awesome experience both times. The staff asks if you need help. Eve one friendly and enjoyed my shopping experience. I have purchased from this location online before but finally finally visited inside. I don’t know where the negative reviews conform but all my experiences have been excellent

Great service. Got a new putter today and wanted a new grip put on that was similar to the grip on my old putter. I was not expecting to be able to wait and not have to go back to pick up later in the week. By the time I went up front to pay and walk back, they had it almost done.

Horrible experience. I know that in todays age there aren’t many competent retail employees but I went in to exchange a driver for the same one but different loft. I was extremely clear that I just wanted to exchange not return my driver. I went to find the one I needed because no one offered to help me (ok fine) when I went to finish the exchange the cashier returned the driver and my wife’s card was refunded (it was a gift from her). They completely ignored what I wanted. When I asked why the manager basically accused me of trying to do fraud because I didn’t have her card with me. After a hour they basically shooed me out because they were closing. Long story short I have been without a driver for a week, missed multiple rounds and lost out on the money I have spent for my outing. All because they couldn’t figure out a simple exchange.

Ryan fitted my son for new irons , and he did an awesome job. I'm 62 years old and have been golfing since I was 6. I know the game well, and Ryan impressed me with his knowledge. He knows the golf swing. He took his time, and was very thorough.

Went to Golf Galaxy on July 31, 2022 at around 11:00AM. My wife is looking to buy a set of golf clubs. I figured that they wouldn't be busy as most people would be golfing. I was correct, there were only about 8-10 people in the store. I asked an associate if they could help me out. He said I needed to schedule an appointment for a fitting. He said it would cost $99 but that I would get that back if I purchased clubs from them. That seemed reasonable. I asked if they could get us going. I was told there wasn't anything available. I spoke with Charles Hood and another guy(don't recall his name) I was there for another 45 minutes. I purchased a putter and my son purchased a driver. I never did see anyone getting fitted. All I saw was a lot of associates walking around and "looking busy". Maybe other stores are better, but I'll never go back to this one. One bright note, The cashier, Nicole was friendly and nice.

I personally think that this is a very nice Golf Galaxy. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. They have never been pushy but are always willing to answer questions if needed. They always have a nice selection of clearance clubs that are often very close to brand new at good prices. Wide selection of clothing, bags, golf balls and anything else that you need.

Golf Galaxy is simply the best full-service golf shop in the greater Cleveland area. You can get any type of club service there you need from regripping, reshafting or simply have someone check your clubs to make sure they're still good to use. In addition anything you seen on TV or in ads is probably for sale at the store. The pro there named Mike is one of the best in the business at helping people get more pleasure and success out of their golf games. Don't sleep on Golf Galaxy for club fitting or new clubs. they also usually have a great selection of used clubs that have been traded in by people that want to get new stuff. I highly recommend them for all your golf equipment and apparel needs.

A must for your golf supplies. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Top notch customer service from people like Chole and Alexis. You'll definitely see an improvement in your game after taking lessons from a Pro like (Mike Masterson)! Overall a great place to shop..

This is not a bad golf store. Sometimes, the price is right. But, other times, the internet wins out and you can find a better price online. I would buy more used clubs from there, but I often find they are a bit too highly priced. I haven' t had any problems with the staff at all. I do wish the cost of club repair would come down. I used to take all my clubs there for years to get them re-gripped. But, the price of installation caused me to start re-gripping my own. Now, ironically, I love working on my own golf clubs. So in conclusion, I would say this place is a great place to shop for certain items. With many other times, you can find a like item for cheaper online.

This review hits the middle. 5 stars to the associate who helped me pick out a new 8 iron grip and installed the new grip. He was very helpful and the price very reasonable for installation. 3 stars for cold weather selection of women's golf wear. There was only one golf knit hat. All long sleeve wear was thin. Nothing like the men's Hagen quarter zip cold weather tops. No ladies sweaters. I also didn't find a thermal vest either. Sizes were on the scarce side for ladies looking for L. I guess ladies aren't suppose to play cold weather golf or buy men's wear.

Not happy with the assistance in buying a golf GPS watch. No one knew anything about them! However, after I decided on one, Patty was very helpful in assisting me with ordering the color I wanted at the kiosk.
