The entirety of this Starbucks is a 12/10 for me! The people are so sweet and go above and beyond the n customer service! The orders come out QUICK and are literally always right! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Give these people a raise!!

I go to this location 5days a week and every day they are super friendly and cheerful. Spreading those good positive vibes onto the next person. Today I was having a bad morning and Marissa noticed. Thank you for making me laugh and helping turn my day around !

I've never been able to understand the Starbucks hype. Well after stopping at two gas stations yesterday that didn't have any coffee made at 8:30 in the morning I now understand the Starbucks hype. Thanks for always having hot and fresh coffee made even if it's overpriced. By the way I also observed your employees completely hustling and I was really impressed with their team and how well they work together to get these orders in and out. Thanks for a great coffee.

Jen was amazing. Her greeting to take my order through the drive thru was enthusiastic and sincere. I have a better understanding of why there is a constant line of people in the drive thru waiting in line for beverages. Thank you Jen for being kind and sincere. Thank you for being a hard worker. It does not go unnoticed. Keep up the great work. Reminder to always tip your cashiers. These men and women deal with the public constantly all day.

Long line in the drive thru but I ordered online and went inside to get it in minutes! Great job staffing to handle the rush!

Eventhough they were busy, they were very efficient in getting the drinks out in timely manner. I told the cashier that I had to go back to work and she reassured me that they are working on it and it'll be out soon. Great customer service!

Usually have a good experience however today my wife wanted a coffee and ordered ahead, it was made incorrect which is no problem. When I asked the barista to remake the coffee she was more than happy to however instead of reading the sticker that says what's in it she asked me to which I replied I'm not sure what her coffee order is so just whatever the sticker says and she says okay then proceeds to ask me what type of milk and then still makes the coffee completely wrong. Dont get me wrong the staff is super friendly and willing to fix any issue just if your in a hurry you should choose somewhere else.

First time at a Starbucks in years never know what to get so I don’t go but I pulled up said I’m not a Starbucks person and with a great attitude she said you will be after this purchase I asked what should I get I like sweet I trusted her recommendation and loved it few jokes at the window while I was waiting! I gotta point out I never get that kind of spirit or humor when go to any fast food definitely lifted me up if I could I would give more than 5 stars thank you!😊😋

Seriously so disappointed in this location. Ordered a venti chai tea latte with no water and a chocolate chip cookie. My chai tea tastes like nothing but warm milk and they completely forgot the chai. Paid $8.60 for warm milk and a cookie. The warm milk I could've done at home for free. Ridiculous. Oh and I don't use the app so that means nothing will be done about the situation..

Big variety of coffees very clean and the employees were really nice

Very very slow service. Also ordered a brown sugar espresso with regular milk and got oat milk which I find really gross and changes the flavor of the drink.

I can count on my hand how many orders were wrong over the last 5 years. They are quick, effecient and they get my name right 🤣🤣 just wish Avon PD would sit in this dangerous lot and watch the people run the stop sign and almost cause accidents daily....very dangerous parking lot

Today the young man on the espresso machine was amazing he informed me that my breve was made and not the usual and he was concerned my foam would not be as expected , it was better and I appreciate the honesty it speaks volumes of the management at this location and the staff always takes care in their handling of customers

I love coming to this Starbucks because it's not always as busy as others. The staff here are ever so friendly every single time I have come here to get a coffee or cake pop or a juice. Whatever it may be they are always kind. I always order a mocha frap with almond milk but recently I ordered peppermint mocha made with oat milk and it was amazing. My wait time for getting the drinks is no longer than 5 to 10 minutes some days. I love that it's drive-thru because I often have a child in my car and it makes it convenient for me not to get out of my car and have my kid running around inside the Starbucks store. Just remember to tip your barista. And always enjoy the Starbucks convenience of the drive-thru coffee.

Visit this Starbucks on 12/17 after work. I saw someone I knew and this person was whispering to other employees. I know it was about me. I won’t be returning to this Starbucks again and a call to corporate will be made tomorrow. It made me feel very uncomfortable.

I'm not a very huge fan of Starbucks at all, but due to lack of other options, I was forced to dine there 3 times over the weekend. Food was ok (not a great value), but customer service was second to none on all three occasions. Good job!

They make great drinks and are very kind and give you what u want your way and even make great recommendations on drinks .

They brew their drinks weak. Had them remake and omitted vanilla to make it seem stronger. Called and they told me another starbucks could remake it.

I don’t like it when the Java Chip Frappuccino is dripping and makes a mess in my car. I am shocked that the person making this drink (for probably the 100th time or more) is not cognizant of this. For that reason, no tip.

I go out of my way to order from this Starbucks compared to others. Staff are always so nice to me when I go in to pick up an online order or when I'm ordering inside. Sometimes out of dairy alternatives, but still worth it.

There was an older gentleman giving us our coffee in the drive through and he was so energetic and happy! Made our day
