September 2021: My brother was visiting from out-of-town and we needed a quick bite to eat that was near Great Northern Mall. I wanted to take him to a non-national chain restaurant (and explore the more unique places in the Land), but my options were limited due to time and we needed to jump on the freeway for an early morning road trip. We settled on Bob Evans... We each got the Farmer's Market Breakfast (2 pieces of bacon, 2 scrambled eggs, hash browns, and 2 slices of french toast). It is not a true 3.0 rating, but somewhere in the 3.4 - 3.8 range. Pros: * The restaurant is clean and has a fresh open feel to it. * The decor was inviting. * The staff was friendly, but very busy as people were pouring in for the morning rush. * Food was good. Not great, but edible. * Reasonable prices Cons: * The the food was good, but not as good as I remember back 5-10 years ago. My guess is that biscuits and gravy are their specialty. * The bacon tasted like it was microwaved instead of fried. I know that it seems petty, but there is a difference in taste.

Yummy brunch. The food tasted fresh and not too greasy. We also had loaded home fries (not pictured) which were really good too. Our server was attentive and helpful. Good experience overall.

Well, my daughter took me there today for Mother's day. Food was great. We had steak and eggs. The steak was delicious! But there was a few things I wasn't too happy about... My grandson got french toast with powdered sugar and my daughter had told the waitress that he didn't want the powdered sugar so he had to wait a few minutes for a new order of french toast while my daughter, son in law, my hubby and myself had gotten our breakfast already so we waited for him to get his breakfast to eat together. He's 11 years old. Then he got the wrong drink. We also asked for sugar. Like 10 minutes went by and no one brought sugar so my coffee got cold waiting for the sugar. My daughter had to get up and get some sugar. But over all, we had a good time. It's been a while since my daughter and I haven't gone there for breakfast. Oh, we also had to wait like half hour to be seated. But either way, I enjoyed being there with my daughter, grandson, son in law and my hubby. ❤

one evening had a burger, and it was definitely the worst burger I ever had. It tasted horrible and looked even worse. The waitress was kind of rude and I think she didn't like the fact that my lady didn't speak English and I had to translate. I tipped according to the services, and I hope she wasn't happy with that. I was a waiter when I was younger, and regardless of people's appearance, nationality, race, or whatever , you treat them with respect. She didn't show any respect at all. Will never go back to this place. 👎👎👎

Excellent breakfast today. One of the best Western omelettes I've ever had there. They really need to work on consistency.

I have gone to this Bob Evans for more than twenty years. The food in the past was always good with friendly service. Went here this past Monday, and the food made me physically sick. In addition, the service was slow. This restaurant needs to be visited by the local health department, and the corporate management needs to make major changes here!

Very very very attentive. Thank you Jen for making me and my mom's visit such a pleasure! Wonderful server! So effervescent. Food was really yummy and generously portioned. No rolling of Jen's eyes when I asked for the extra blue cheese dressing after already having two. We will be back again definitely!

A nice Bob Evans. We had a party of 6 and we were seated comfortably. Are food came quickly but was hot and good. Friendly service.

Haven't been to a Bob Evans in @20 years. The food hasn't changed and it was perfect. Loved the sausage gravy and country fried steak. Service was good and staff was attentive.

This is the only bob evans restaurant I will go to. The food and service were great. All the other Bob's are going downhill but this one still has the great quality that Bob Evans restaurants were known for.

Service was ridiculously slow, cold dry dinner rolls. Asked for fresh rolls, got more of the same. Never had this issue at other locations. We asked for brown gravy and was told they Only have white or chicken gravy yet, the chopped steak had brown gravy. Weird. See

The food and service quality have declined drastically in the last two years. I ordered the ham savers meal to go with carrots broccoli and dinner rolls. The broccoli wasn't cooked, the rolls were cold and hard and they over cooked part of one of my ham slices because it was very hard and brown. Also it took forever to get this meal even though the restaurant had very few customers there at the time I went there 4 pm.

Me the other half went there on our off day while we waited for our dog to get fresh and "doggylicious" at Petsmart at Great Northern Mall. Hailey the waitress waited on us. She was polite, friendly and attentive! Got the Farm Fresh breakfast meal 2 eggs, link sausage and 3 hotcakes...my other half got the meat omelette and hashbrowns (sorry no pics) our food went fast just like our service was (lol!) EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!!We would go there everyday if we could!! Will definitely be back! Thanks Hailey and Bob Evan's great job!!

It's a shame when the computers go out everyone forgets how to cook. I admit it was a busy breakfast but waiting 10mins to get at least a drink I was slowly losing faith. The server said there computers went down so they had to do it "old fashioned" by writing the order on a piece of paper and hang it up for the cooks (which I thought that was still how line cooking worked? ) The topping on the experience was it only being me and my fiancee, two families of 4 sat down served ate and left before we even got our food. Once we got our food it was cold and our sausage patties was raw and pink (in photos even though my phone pictures aren't the best) We eaten there before and it wasn't that bad but yikes....

I love our local Bob Evans and got this great Cobb Salad from them which was fantastic! Their breakfast is always good, too!

Went on Thanksgiving for eat in. No wait for table. The lobby was packed with people picking up take out orders. Most were not happy with more than a 1 hour wait to pickup their orders. Dinner was served sloppily. Gravy on my green beans,mac and cheese was inedible,food only lukewarm and they ran out of dinner rolls. Servers were rushed and had to plate up their own orders. Our server was nice but running around like crazy. I still left her a 25% tip because she did the best she could do with what she was faced with. No Return Thanksgiving for me!!

I want to give them a 5 for food, but after being trained/working at one...expectations are far greater than results at times. I could chalk it up to having a trainee make my scrambled soft eggs - but if that's so...THEY'RE BEING TRAINED THE INCORRECT WAY!

I got take-out yesterday for my mom and I. She wanted a ham and cheese sandwich 🥪, but they didn't have that . So she ordered a Rise and Shine breakfast, which includes 2 eggs 🥚 any style bacon 🥓 or sausage hashbrowns and 2 slices of banana 🍌 nut bread. I wanted, and ordered a 3 meat and cheese omelet which came with home fries and toast. The total order was $21 and change. Portion sizes were good, and the clerks were very nice. I picked up a take-out menu for future orders on my way out. Food was great when I got home 🏡. Very pleased 😌 with the entire experience.

Got sat right away. But on one came(probably there a good 25 minutes) Finally I got up and went and asked. Hostess never told server she sat us. Food wise bacon appetizer was still oinking Mimosa was a waste of money The OJ had no flavor Kinda disappointed I have had wat better service at busier times. You were not busy

Always quick service, good coffee, and great breakfast. Very good value for breakfast, lunch, and dinners. Nothing too fancy but options if you're looking for something a bit different. Homemade style of food better than most meals made at home.

I was in and out of here in less than 30 minutes. The staff was very professional. The food was very good. I had the blueberry pancakes 🥞. They were fantastic as always. Pair that with a double order of bacon 🥓 and I was in heaven. It was the best part of my day.

Breakfast 5/28/22 Family of 5 Food was good but the service was great. Best server we've had since pre pandemic. Sam the waiter was really friendly and attentive but not pushy! Great job.

North Olmsted, Ohio. I ordered Bob Evans through an online catering app. We had a breakfast retirement party for an employee. I picked up the order. The manager, Kristen and the cook helped me bring the huge order to my car. Both very helpful and the food was AMAZING! The breakfast was a big hit! Thank You!

Wow, so much to say! Great service, and the food was 100% on point. The waitress said the cook has been working there for 3 decades, and boy can you tell! Amazing job crew, keep on keeping on.

Since I previously worked the kitchen line I get that fact that a rush can put ticket times in the red, but when the food comes out late cold and under cooked... smh I'm no Karen, I didn't want to see the manager to try and ask to comp meal or discount, this isn't that kind of train. Just do better. I made it to Sui Chef so I know food.

Bob Evans is always a great place to eat, 9.5 times out of 10 they get everything right and have great service. Their food is always hot and fresh. The service is always very good and the employees are kind, respectful and consistent. This is one of my favorite places to eat.

Most of the meal was good. The sausage links were under cooked though. I picked up 2 minutes after my time that said it was ready but my food was already cold. Everything tasted good though after I reheated it and fried the sausage more.

It was not busy, but they were so short staffed that they only had 1 side of the restaurant open. Our waitress (which may have been the only one) was spectacular! She did an awesome job all around! She kept our drinks filled, kept coming back to check up on us, was so pleasant and friendly! Thank you so much!
