This is the line that I’m looking at and I’m still not even close to the pick up window!! Making it worse I have been in this line for 30 minutes and due to the set up of the parking lot and location I have no way of getting out of the line even if I wanted to cancel my mobile order! This location just reopened and they took away the mobile order pick up. One of the associates just shared that they are going to be all mobile! And, a different associate shared that is always this bad! and I’m in line at a restaurant that closed 15 minutes ago and I’m probably 30 minutes before I can pick up! I will never come back to this Chick-fil-A location in North Olmsted Ohio! And trust me giving cookies is not helping the situation. Nor is it when staff are playing around with the doors and there’s 30 plus cars in line!

Disappointing experience with half-filled soup bowls. I’ve worked in fast food and would never serve that to a customer. 👎🏻

Maybe it's nostalgia and the fact we don't have many (if any) chick-fil-a's by our house but we love their food and this location did well. Kids ordered 30 nuggets and they were all fresh and ready fairly quickly. Dining room and bathrooms were clean as well.

Chick fil a still has solid food. This location is the slowest location I’ve ever experienced. The last 4 times I have used the drive thru I have waited over 30 minutes for orders as simple as an 8 count nugget. I will be taking my business elsewhere as this food is not worth a 30 minute wait. PS, don’t bother complaining in their app, they’ll just give you a free ice cream cone and send you on your way.

We went there this past Thursday at the great northern location. The food was great, fresh, and they had the play area opened up so my 3yr old was super excited. I dont know what made her more happy the fact the play area was open or that the employees took her to let her make her own ice cream cone. It was a great experience and really friendly service.

Looove the Spicey chicken deluxe with mac & chz. Also the FROSTED LEMONADE is ridiculously good, it's like creamey frozen goodness🤤

Terrible wait times. Service is so slow. Every order I have placed at this restaurant is mmmmm they get wrong. The owner/operator at this location does not respond to feedback from corporate. He is happy to take your money but fails to deliver!

Love Chik Fil A. Hate this location (drive-thru). We've given it three strikes, and it's out. Its closest to our home so we want to love it. But be prepared to wait at least 30 mins any time you go. This franchise has majorly missed out on the usually stellar Chick-fil-A efficiency memo.

My first time going. It was everything that they advertise. Fresh, great tasting food. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. They were of course super busy and it didn't interfere with their quality. I don't have to tell y'all to go because EVERYBODY is always there. 😁

Service at most Chick-fil-A are top notch, just as this location is, employees are Friendly and Polite. Food is always fresh, hot and drinks nice & cold. Prices compare to every other fast food restaurant. Only problem here.... You must turn Right out of the location, in most cases taking you away from your destination, having to turn around in a near parking lot to get to freeway, mall, etc.

Food was very tasty and fresh! Service was very polite and efficient. Wait was terrible. Much longer than usual. I'm not sure why they have only one window open and they take payment through the same window/door they deliver the food. Suggestion: to have a menu further up where the line is so you don't have to struggle to read it and ou can decide before you get to the order taken not at the moment you get to the order taker.

Tastes like every other Chick-fil-A. I do have to acknowledge the speed of the drive through services. No matter how busy the drive through is, you can be sure you will get your food very fast.

I love Chick-fil-A. I try to avoid this location, though. It always feels way too crowded (even when there aren’t many people there). Access in/out of the parking lot is tough. The playground is either closed or full of kids too old to be in there. I seem to always have some kind of issues arise at this location. Other than that, the people are nice, the food is good. It’s the same CFA experience we all know and love.

The drive thru set up at this location is so bizarre. You can't get to the menu because people are outside taking orders. Make sure you know what you want before you go. The employees are always extremely nice but the food has gone downhill. The chicken sandwiches have shrunk, my chicken today was full of gristle, and the tomato was so rock hard I could not eat it. I guess they're gonna be greedy now too by using lower quality product to save a few bucks. Damn shame.

Have absolutely no idea what they are doing compared to other Chick FIL As. Fries were burned...yet soggy. Waited 15 minutes in a drive thru even though there were only 4 cars in front of us...only to get our order and have it be wrong.

Drive through order. This was Labor Day and the drive through was packed. I did not time it but think I waited about 20 minutes for three chicken sandwiches. Food was good and the wait was not something anyone else skipped so cant really fault that. The lines at the counter inside were long and the place was apparently very busy. As expected everyone was polite and the order was accurately filled.

It's the second time I ate there, I wanted to try the pimento chicken, it was ok. Not really a fan of it. Hit my stomach like a lead sinker, shared half with my dogs, they loved it along with the nuggets I got them. My stomach felt bad for two days. People love this place personally I will not be eating there again. obviously my stomach can't handle it.

The Chick-Fil-A in North Olmsted is always busy. People are often wrapped around the building waiting for the drive thru. They get through the line pretty fast. Today we ordered through the app and picked it up in the store. Our food was hot and ready when we picked it up. Of course the sandwiches and fries were amazing. Ordering through the app., we also had enough points to get a free cookie. The cookie is amazing. If you’ve never tried one. My kids and I think they’re better than Crumbl’s chocolate chip cookie. But you’ll have to decide for yourself.

A bunch of staff stood around and only one person ordered food. The potato chips are soft and cool. And there are so many little pieces.，

I was never able to get any food because no one came to take my order at the counter! I stood there for almost 5min and Nothing! So I left.....I was astonished at this type of service or lack there of from a Chick-fil-A

This is insane. Almost every single time im here they give me measly portion sizes. Why am I getting literally fried crusts as nuggets?? I bought 8 nuggets, got 7, including 2 crusts that were fried and passed as nuggets with NO chicken, and measly nugget sizes. Only got two regular sized nuggets. Not to mention the whole bowl of soup that I bought that was only halfway filled. I paid $6 for a half bowl of soup. Nice!! I don’t mind sitting through the long lines when it’s busy, but can you at least just double check the quality you are Giving us? This has been a problem for months now and I will stop shopping at this location now. Only thing redeemable are the friendly staff . Photo is the LARGEST nugget I got next to a small packet of their ranch. Don’t shop here unless you like being hungry after your meals and wasting your money.

I know I'm in the minority here but I can't see what all the hype is about Chick-fil-A. Don't get me wrong it's tasty food however I just don't feel it's worth the money. We ordered a simple chicken nugget meal and an extra drink because we just wanted a snack and we're going to split it. It was good however it just seemed as though it was lacking in something. The chicken was small and puny however the fries were delicious with a great texture. Overall it was so-so. Definably not what I was expecting for almost $13.00... If your a die hard fil-a fan than great...if not I don't think this meal would have made you into one unfortunately.

Always a pleasure. How do you not love chick-fil-a. Even with the economy created by the current administration you can still get chicken at a fair price. Recently tried the Mac and cheese and it’s amazing. Overall the food is consistent and of high quality. The people could not be any nicer and they jam orders through the drive through like there’s a prize. Love love love this place.

The girl who took my order in the drive thru was rude and unprofessional and the wait was ridiculous. It took 40 minutes to get through the drive thru and once you start in the line your stuck until after you order because all of the poles. Worst Chick Fil A I've ever been too.

This is the slowest chick-fil-a I have ever been to! Be prepared to wait in the drive-thru a minimum of 30 minutes every time you go no matter the time of the day. Every other location I’ve been to the workers are outside taking orders and the line is super fast. Also, you can’t get out of line with the poles you are stuck waiting.

Cheese sauce is just a low quality Alfredo. Was expecting something a bit higher quality for $6 for the smallest cup ever. Chicken was alright. I guess I don't get the hype or understand why the lines are always so long.

Chik fil a in general gets 5 stars food-wise. BUT this particular location leaves me sad every time. The line is insanely long no matter when you go, and the parking lot design itself is awful. That aside, you’ll wait about a half hour for your food and every time they’ve forgotten something on my order!! Just go to a different location and I’m sure whatever extra time it takes to go to one further you’ll make up for in not waiting forevvvveeerrrr for your food. :(

Very good, at first I thought I wouldn't enjoy the grilled chicken, but after a good try and some thinking, I have to admit it is a good and healthier option than the fried. Also I can't forget to mention that we had a huge order on a drive through and the line was lapping around the building, yet I didn't see a single person return for a complaint, and neither did I.

Food a Chick-fil-A is always good but I sat in the drive thru like for over 20min to get it. If you want faster service. Go to the Chick-fil-A in Parma. There service is faster and the food taste just as good. A increase in speed will definitely lead to a increase in stars on my end.

Honestly I love this place best place to take the family to enjoy an incredible meal. Dining in is the best treat because they treat you like family and the place is very very clean. Trust me your going to come back again

They were very very polite and respectful, this is the 1st time I ever ate at one of these and was floored on how good it was. The chicken noodles soup was incredible. I will definitely be back.

Very good customer service. The owner was out in the dining room making sure everyone was enjoying their food. Very clean and a nice upbeat crew. Will definately go back. Old fashioned service. Love it!
