Jared I want to say thank you for keeping customer service a priority!! I recently took my ring in for inspection and cleaning. I was greeted by smiling faces and everyone was more than willing to help me. Holly greeted me and the rest of the staff jumped in to help out speed up the process. What a prime example of teamwork!! I came back a few days later and the same thing happened!! Honestly I was shocked!! Customer service used to be a priority but recently with everything going on with Covid and staffing shortages it has fallen to the wayside!! Jared your staff at the North Olmsted location takes customer service to another level and you should be proud!! I have and will continue to HIGHLY recommend this company!! Holly and the rest of the staff should definitely be recognized for the great job they are doing!!! Bravo!!

My now Fiancé and I came in Jared not really sure what we were looking for. George immediately helped us out as soon as we came in the store. He was so knowledgeable. He explained everything we needed to know. He took his time with us and answered all of our questions. He helped me design my dream ring. The team who works here is also so friendly. we purchased my diamond ring from here. I found it on James Allen and they ordered it for me.The service was really really great and they were wonderful. Why I am giving them 2 star, when diamond arrived they called me and they handled me the diamond but they initially forgot to remove their receipt which was for 6k and the diamond price was 12k so they literally made double profit. I am not sure if that's their profit margin for every purchase but I did not feel great seeing the original price

I’ve been a decade long Jared customer but I purchased a citizen watch online for a deal I couldn’t pass. Watch arrived with a dead battery so I took it to Jared. They replaced my battery and cleaned the watch I’m currently wearing for no charge. I love their quality of service.

My fiancé and I went to find wedding bands. George helped us find the perfect ring and we found the perfect watch for my fiancé to wear on our wedding day. He was very helpful and informative. He answered all our questions and we had a great time with George. I highly recommend going to Jared’s.

I will not use this location ever again. Went there in December for my jewelry inspection and felt very uncomfortable. The two guys weren’t overly welcoming and it seemed like I was inconveniencing them. The one tried to sell me something on sale and then said “ya interested?” Uh no…Then I just found out today that they never recorded my inspection (doesn’t surprise me). Not to mention, they damaged my husband wedding band when we got married and tried to blame it on me. Stay away and go to the Cuyahoga Falls location.

Please read this before purchasing— it may change your mind before you spend thousands of dollars on an engagement ring. I purchased my wife’s wedding ring in 2020. We had it custom built. After a year the diamond cluster on the ring falls off. I took it back in to get it “repaired”. The cluster was crooked upon handing it back to us. I immediately said the ring is still messed up and the lady working gave me a rude tone and reluctantly took the ring back. They finally gave me back the “fixed” ring. It was straight at this point but a year in on a brand new expensive engagement ring already getting issues. Recently, my wife and I went out to dinner. When we got home, the top cluster of diamonds was now off and missing. I call Jared support and they tell me during Covid since I didn’t take the ring in every 6 months for inspection (during Covid mind you) that their cheap ring is now not covered under warranty and they will do nothing about it. A new engagement ring shouldn’t fall off 3x in the span of three years. Once again — DO NOT BUY from this company. Sickening.

I can’t even begin to express my appreciation for George and the whole weekend crew. The environment at the Great Northern store was so laid back.. So chill… The staff was so knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy at all. We even left and checked out a couple other places, but ultimately came back and made our purchase from Jared because we were so impressed with the over all environment … I can not suggest them enough for all your jewelry needs!! Thank you for helping us find her forever ring!!!!

Used Jared for resizing my engagement ring and it had to be sent to another location . They messed up the engraving. It wasn’t the person working behind the counter. The engraving was correct on the paperwork and typed out. It was just poor craftsmanship all around. The band was unsymmetrical and the engraving was jagged and sharp. Now I have to send it elsewhere and wait weeks. Very frustrating and a total waste of time.

We were looking for wedding bands and just stopped in to get ideas. George was fantastic, and we ended up buying both of our rings that day. Very friendly and patient, great eye.

Went in with the intention of buying myself a watch and having mine and my wife’s rings cleaned while I shopped. Was greeted by the bearded long haired employee who asked me what I needed. Before I could respond he begins yelling across the showroom to another employee, presumably continuing a conversation they were having before I got there. This went on for almost a full minute before I could tell him what I needed. Finally I was able to ask if he could clean my rings and he just places a small tray in front of me. I’m new to jewelry cleaning, and the rings total more than $9,000 together so I ask what I need to do. How long does it take, do you charge for it? He seems annoyed that I’m interrupting his conversation and says “just put them in here and we’ll clean them” He goes and cleans the rings. Brings them back and sets them down, walks away without saying a word. Needless to say I went somewhere else to purchase my watch. This would be a one star review if not for the other more professional employees who are courteous.

We had a great experience at Jared’s this evening! Our salesperson, Alexis, was amazing! She made us feel very comfortable, she was knowledgeable and patient during the whole process. She explained things thoroughly and stayed past her scheduled time to make sure we felt confident in our choices. She made great suggestions and I really trusted her opinions! Thanks Alexis!!

My engagement ring was purchased from Jared, and after having fantastic experiences with their staff through the cleanings and warranty coverage, we knew we wanted to get our wedding bands there. Sep was a hilarious, knowledgeable, and honest employee to work with! He made the process of choosing bands easy and fun, and has a strong beard game. We’ll continue to go to Jared!

From the moment I walked through the door John gave me a platinum plus customer service experience. I came in with an issue, that was to fault of him, and handled me like a VIP from start to finish. He was able to get service expedited on my wedding ring. While he was taking care of the paperwork he invited me to the lounge for coffee, by the time I finished making my cup of coffee he was walking over to me with paperwork in hand. He’s someone who understands service and I truly appreciate that. I’ll tell all of my friends, family and business partners about John!!! He’s a keeper!!!

I came here a few weeks back and had the pleasure of meeting with John. I have never bought a ring before and he was very easy to work with and pressure free. He took the time to ask what my budget was and show me options in my price range. He also thoughouly explained lab grown diamonds versus natural. I was nervous about the proposal but it went off without a hitch this past Sunday at our favorite place on Cape Cod, Provincetown. She of course said yes! I didn't want to review him right after purchasing for fear that she would see the review pre-proposal haha! Thank you John and thank you Jared! During the pandemic her store environment was always up to standards. My jewelry is expertly cleaned and inspected biannually by Holly. Your company is blessed to have Holly as an employee!

The team in N Olmsted is absolutely wonderful! I’ve been in several times and worked with several different sales people and have always left feeling like we made the right decision buying my engagement ring here. Rob and Tom helped me create a unique piece from my mother’s and late grandmother’s engagement diamonds. They assisted in helping me create such a special and timeless piece that will be treasured. They communicated with me the whole time - from the wax mold until it came in. They were very professional, but also very funny, kind, and sensitive to such an emotional piece for me. If you have any special pieces that you want to remount or create into a new piece to wear and remember your loved ones, don’t just let it sit in a box. Recently upgraded my wife’s diamond. George, our salesman was fantastic. He explained the settings, cuts, grades, everything. He spent a long time with us. When I told him we would think about it he just said “ if there’s any thing I can help you with in the future let me know”. No pressuring us, no getting other sales people to push. A few days later we bought the new diamond, it’s beautiful. Like I said George was great. Holly, the manager, made sure everything went smoothly and Tom, another salesman, assisted in finding the right in their inventory. They work well together as a team. Highly recommend.
