$5 upcharge for a half handful of soggy fries. What a joke.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Food poisoning my girlfriend from a chicken finger kids menu item? How about you take control of your cross contamination and get your workers in line. What if that was a child that ate those chicken fingers? I'd be careful if I were you because you might have a lawsuit on your hands. Don't let your kids eat here cuz they might get sick, or anyone for that matter.

The location I went to is now GONE. I don't know why. Their food was excellent. I always got the Philly Cheesesteak and fries. My son always got the chicken and fries. Was hot, delicious, and quick. I was sad that they didn't last at this location! I recommend if you have one to go eat there!

Staff was incredibly rude and never put ranch on my chicken California. They almost handed my food to the wrong person and kept yelling over each other so I couldn’t even hear them. I used to love coming here but the staff has ruined the whole experience.

I don't know who made my sandwich tonight but it was the best damn sandwich I've ever had. Keep it up 👍

My father in law dropped his entire meal and when we went up to buy another we were given a replacement free of charge. I always get good service but today they went above and beyond. Love the staff and (who I assume to be) the management. Always friendly!

A friend introduced me to this several years ago. I rediscovered it a few weeks ago while scoping out the food court for vegetarian/vegan options. I opted to try their veggie philly-style. It tasted good but was very messy to eat. I wanted bottled water to drink and they had to retrieve it from the back. I did notice they had free fries offer with reg. philly sub purchase at an April 2019 visit.

Charley's is a amazing sub hango it place with delicious and authentic food. This place should gain more recognition to be honest. The food tastes more authentic then most common sub places. Recommended for a quick dinner!

Sandwiches have taken several steps back in taste and quality. Good fries and friendly workers. Drink was flat, dispenser problem probably. Bad time of day maybe late afternoon. Chicken California used to be the bomb.

Good food but really steep prices for what you get. Their cheese fries are amazing and I always go with the philly cheesesteak. Unfortunately I do not eat here often due to their ever raising prices. Our total was $23 just for two philly cheesesteaks and two orders of cheese fries. Once again really good food but that is a bit much to pay for only 2 meals without drinks.

Freshly prepared items that taste great. Employees are friendly and go above and beyond. Get the original cheesesteak or an order of wings...or both. This place is great!!!

Always quickly prepared and the taste is consistent, which is good thing! I'm a chicken sandwich and loaded fry kind of guy.
