    Terrible service, the staff refused to acknowledge our existence with the manager sitting right in the lobby. We eventually had use the self order kiosk. When our food came it was substandard. My wife took one bite of her food and wouldn't touch it again. The sauce packets were so filthy and nasty that I took a picture to document it.

    This is how my online order was received from the Taco Bell in North Olmsted, Oh. There should have me ZERO reason anyone put this on the package and give this to a customer. It smells so burnt even if the employees was cooking blind folded they would have been able to notice it wasn’t right. Waste of my time, amazing how bad customer service has become.

    Well just got a soft taco supreme combo and it was a big mess pretty much. For no reason because they literally only had a pinch of lettuce and cheese on it. A couple pieces of diced tomatoes. Having a shortage of workers doesn't grant the right to do a terrible job. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because everything was in the bag, including more sauce than I asked for and a straw and napkins, which all should be in there anyways so I don't know why I'm giving it any recognition. Half of the people in the back look very lazy.

    It’s very simple: change your fryer oil. It’s really gross. Maybe I should eat less Taco Bell, but the people who run this place should follow the simple rules involved or just stop and give up. The chips should not be inedibly bitter. Just lazy workers supervised by a lazy manager. Pay a better wage and get better managers. Crazy thought.

    Ordered 3 Soft taco Supreme combo and a nacho bellgrande, was first handed a crunch wrap. Then after the nice girl at the window apologized and handed me what appeared to be the correct order to find out after I get back to work the are not Supreme just regular tacos. How hard is it to squirt sour cream on a taco? And people honestly believe they need a higher minimum wage?I don't think so

    I went to this here a few weeks ago and they made me stand at the counter waiting before they finally said the could not take my order use the kiosk. I had a coupon which I was trying to redeem and I told them that, they still would not take my order. Asked for manager, she would not do anything, she said I was being rude. I asked for corporate office phone number they refused to give it to me told me to find it myself and refused to give me their names and the told me to leave because they said I was rude to them. I just shook my head and left because I am not going to fight with lazy people. Sad this used to be a good location but not anymore.

    Has to be one of the worst taco bell franchises around. They barely put anything in the tacos and, the quesadillas have more cheese than meat. The customer service is sub par at best. I know it's not a 5 star restaurant but Jesus they need to be trained in customer service.

    They gave me someone else's order and then I tried to call because I didn't realize until I got home. The phone rang and no one answered, I call one more time and they took it off the hook.

    Ddive through, 25+ min wait for our $18 food order to only receive $7 worth of our actual order. I would go back for our missing food items but will not be wasting any more of my time tonight

    The lady at the drive thru, who is supposed to take the customers at the front is extremely rude and only focused towards her kids that she brings to work. She didn’t care about my order as well as the other customers that came to the front and told us to order at kiosk, I ordered at the kiosk and then I stood by the counter because I wanted to pay cash. The lady saw me 3-4 times but didn’t ask me if I need help and then I paid with credit card. Would never return to this location ever. This lady should be fired or atleast be given a warning. Other people have also reviewed Nd they are talking about the same lady. If the lady is reading this, don’t take free money from the businesses if you don’t want to work right.

    Not all Taco Bell restaurants are the same. This one, well, it's pretty awful. Obvious lack of concern or care by the line kitchen staff, which probably stems from poor mgmt, training, and owners. Like on each taco we got, there was MAYBE a teaspoon of "meat". Lettuce was old and turning brown. It was a joke. Every taco shell was broken in half down the seam. Not one of them was intact. You literally have one job, to make tacos.... and how can you break every one of them? And skimp so terribly on the ingredients. Also ordered the limited time only Enchirito - it tasted like the ingredients were rotten to me. I couldn't finish it. Thankfully the taco bell by my office is a stellar operation. Stay away from this one in N. Olmsted, though.

    I ordered a steak quesadilla with a side of creamy jalapeño sauce, and a sprite.. the lady gave me a quesadilla with no side of creamy jalapeño sauce and No creamy jalapeño sauce on the quesadilla .. i also hate tomatoes and there is tomatoes on it ( there isn’t supposed to be ) also told me i never ordered a sprite and looked at me like i was stupid when i asked for it. she was very very rude. would not come back.

    On the night of Dec. 6, 2022 there were 2 employees working the drive thru. One was male and one was female. The female employee took my DoorDash order at the speaker. I have been delivering this place's orders for years, keeping them in business during the pandemic for very small pay on my part. The order had 20 sauce packets, which I clearly asked the female employee if they were in the bag she handed me. She told me to my face the hot sauce packets were in there. I have had issues with the sauces being forgotten (which are emphasized to be important by the customers I deliver to) so I checked the bag, opening and reclosing the sticker "seal", There were ZERO sauce packets. I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and pull around again, even though it was a long line, and ask for the packets. The female employee then refused to respond to me at the speaker after I mentioned it was me again. She would not give me the packets. This kind of behavior puts my job at risk. The customer was upset and there was nothing I could do, it was 100% the employee's fault. Pure disrespect. I will not deliver food for this establishment nearly as often anymore. This employee should be removed.

    Went last night with 3 friends after a cconcert. The colored man working the drive through was rude and when I got home my tacos had MAYBE a bite of meat in them ..... I have a picture as well. I understand we were in line late... but maybe he shouldn't be working at taco bell if he wants to go home. The attitude was disgusting not to mention the food was AWFUL quality. I'd rather go to the east side locations. Smh

    No exaggeration, 75% of the times I go here or order online, my order is wrong and I receive incorrect items. The staff are friendly but do not know how to read. Way too consistently wrong and not worth coming here anymore.

    I had a soft taco Supreme. I also got a Baja blast ;the waiting line took a little while, but their food is always so delicious. My sister and I come here pretty often . Amazing as usual.

    I went to this Taco Bell through the drive-thru. I've been eating at Taco Bell for years. I used to work for the chain. The food was yummy and hot by the time I got it home which was nowhere close to where I was. I was quite impressed.

    It is faster for me to drive from Westlake on Bradley Road and Detroit to this Taco Bell, order food and bring it home versus the one in Westlake. This taco bell really has their act together and I can't remember them screwing up any of my orders.

    I come here often through the drive thru, and the food is almost always spot on. Today I picked up in store and the restaurant was spotless. i was greeted by a professional and friendly manager who checked on my order and made sure sauce was in the bag. Food was delicious and placed neatly in the bag. It’s not often nowadays that you see employees in fast food who actually care so I commend the staff here.

    There is almost no "meat" on the tacos. Even if you buy the 20 dollar box. Not worth it. Try the one in westlake or fairview. At least they give you your money's worth.

    This Taco Bell has become my go to when my wife and I either don't want to cook or are craving some quick Mexican food. This location always delivers on customer service. The food is always fresh and hot, and I have not had a time where they are out of anything. Plus being open late, gives the option for a late night meal or snacks.

    It's a typical fast food restaurant, but at times it can take quite a while for the drive thru line to move. There's been times we've sat there for 15-20 mins.

    I've been to this taco bell quite a few times since I live close. It's pretty sold in terms of fast food restaurants. The staff is pretty friendly for the most part, the one lady who does the window a lot is funny so I like her and the manager there was pretty polite when I've seen him. My biggest knock on the place is they don't seem to handle a rush well. Especially if you go inside, I once did a mobile order then came inside to get it and waited 40 mins to actually get my meal. Manager said sorry but offered nothing for my wait. it was a lunch rush and busy but they only focused on the drivethru, a cook came over and asked me about my order like 30 mins in lol.. I also don't like that the mobile app sometimes doesn't align with what they have, nothing worse then getting there and being told they are out. That being said, my order has never been wrong from what I remember and the food is always satisfactory. 1 star off knock for my reasons above but if you are in the area and want some taco bell this spot is good, just make sure you go through the drivethru lol.

    Let's face it . If it's quick and easy, it's fast food and we all know the warnings against fast food nutrition. BUT in a pinch when nothing else is available, nothing like a beef taco on a soft shell. Or better yet, a crunchy gordita which offers hard over soft. Pizza lover? Try their Mexican pizza.pruces are competitive with other fast food restaurants. It tastes like American made versions of Mexican food that I'd make at home sometimes. Tasty.

    I dont know why I keep coming to this location..i have had numerous problems with this location..I went inside to place order..told to use kiosk to place order..ordered everything spent 24.95..I order 2 burrito supremes 2 crunch wrap supremes and 3 hard tacos..1 crunch wrap was just lettuce tomatoes sour cream and nacho cheese..didnt get my 3 tacos no napkins no sauce...i watched a worker carry a dirty looking bin full of cinnamon twists no gloves on touching the bottom of the wrapper while touching with no gloves proceeded to watch her stack them on top of each other meaning her hand on the bottom of wrapper touching and bottom of wrapper touching other cinnamon twist their being stack on..also kiosk was out of paper so my receipt didnt print and I have no proof that I paid for it...the KIOSK was out of paper..and was told oh well by a staff member over the phone...

    was extremely disappointed with the service today. website says open until 10 pm and i tried to pick up my prepaid mobile order at 9:10 they told me they close at 9 (despite my order being placed prior to 9) and when i asked if i could be refunded i was ignored at drive through speaker. my whole lunch break from work was wasted. Staff was extremely unprofessional.

    Just left this location 5 Minutes ago on 12/18/2022 at 8 pm. We waited for 15 minutes at the drive through near the order microphone and kept getting told that “they had a lot Of orders” but there was literally no One in the parking lot or drive thru in front of us. After we threatened to leave and told the car behind us that we were leaving and needed to back out and the car behind us also tried to leave, the lady finally asked us for our order. We are going to be calling corporate because we have never experienced such lazy and downright rude customer service. I think the drive thru lady was taking a break and lied To us. I have included the time of our visit so whoever it was that was in charge of the drive thru can be identified if corporate is looking at these reviews. Absolutely horrendous service and if you are lazy, do not work in this sort of position.

    I received a burrito with a piece of a blue glove inside. 1.that’s disgusting, 2.blue gloves are for medical and are not food service safe. Gloves like that are only used in food service for taking out trash and cleaning. I hope to god the person preparing my food didn’t do one of those things before making my food. This was so disappointing. After a long day of work eating gloves is not on my list of things to do. Never stopping at this Taco Bell again. Sloppy. Also, the cashier Lydia asked me to leave a review on the survey on the receipt because ‘we’re having a contest and I want to win’ not very professional. But don’t worry Lydia, I left a review on that survey! Unfortunately, I don’t think you’re gonna win.
