*EDIT*Because of this review the owner went back on providing a credit to redeem themselves and instead decided they cannot make it right with my family. So, say nothing about your bad experience and you MAY get a refund or food remade "within an hour of receiving your food". Any other owner would make this right especially if its a bad review and "not the norm" from their company. Absolutely take your business elsewhere since they care more about money than customers. Pleasure doing business with you folks.*EDIT* One of the WORST experiences I've had in a while. Ordered TO GO and waited over an hour for 2 kids pizzas that were burnt so badly dogs wouldn't eat it. Ordered a large deluxe with light sauce, got a large UNDERCOOKED deluxe with WHITE sauce. My wife broke a tooth on their cheese bites. Hodge Podge was sad too. Chicken and potato skins were dry and chewy and the ribs were nearly all fat. Was given wrong dipping sauces as well as an attitude for not tipping. Pretty glad I didn't tip for that horrible "meal."

I used to love this place. My wife and I frequented for the pizza. We booked a birthday party in the party room (which is much different drom the back of the restaurant). The day of the party, there were people in the party room that I booked MONTHS in advance. They "accomodated" us to the back of the restaurant where all 50 of my guests were forced to cram and crowd the kitchen entrance. This was extremely frustrating as the party that was occupying the room only had 10-15 people! To be very clear, the service from the waitresses was fantastic. It's Arturo that is the problem. When asked about a discount for the party room that I didn't get to use, he looked at me and offered to take $2 per person off the bill. SERIOUSLY?! He's so worried about making money that he's forgotten who puts the money in his pocket in the first place. Multiple people from that party will NEVER patronize that establishment again due to the way Arturo handled the situation and his lack of empathy for ruining my daughters first birthday party. I feel bad for the employees who are affected by the owners greed.

I ordered a large sausage pizza earlier today to go. Was burnt & tasted worse than a frozen pizza cooked. My man reminded me that our 1st experience, several months ago, was perfect. We dined in that time. He barely ate 2 pieces and couldn't eat anymore of what he called garbage. I tried a piece and said yuck. He ordered Chinese food, we ate that for dinner instead. The pizza in our garbage can. What a waste of money.

Hole in the wall bar with table and booth seating for food service. Their menu is well priced and they have a nice variety. Our order took quite a while to come out, but everything was seasoned and cooked well when it arrived. The Dino burger and their Hot Italian are good! Service was great.

Order for first time in about 8 years an this is what we got. Half cheese, other half pepperoni. They burn the cheese half an of course don’t notice until I’m home. Can’t believe they would even give someone a pizza like that. Very disappointed. Hard to get good service anymore…

Not even slow service - we got no service ! Brought my 10 yr old sister to grab some pizza on a Thursday night and we walked in and seated ourselves since no one acknowledged us. There are literally 6 people at the bar at this point. We sat at the table in plain site of the servers for 25 minutes. No acknowledgement whatsoever. Eye contact was made so they knew were sitting there but chose not to address us. No menu- no hello - no drinks. It’s not like I could have sat at the bar where the 6 people were getting amazing service- I have my underaged sister with me. What gives ??? My family just discovered Arturo’s last year and loved their food but this will be the last time we go.

Good, clean bar with good food, great drinks and fast service. Try the chops or steak, unbelievable! This is an update: my wife and I threw a 50th Anniversary party for my wife's sister. Arturo's was fantastic. The waitresses were outstanding. We had a ball and the party was a success. The party room is cozy, but fit all of the guests fine. The food was very good and there was plenty of it. The waitresses kept on their toes with drink orders. No complaints and I would have a party there again in a heartbeat.

We ordered sheet and half for my daughter's birthday. Any business would take an order of this size with some care or so one would think.... the pizza came burnt!!!! We were so disappointed, not to mention our embarrassment. The pizza didn't taste as bad, the guests were decent and ate it, which is why a two star.

I called to order some food they said just pizza. I asked if I could substitute the sausage and pepperoni on a deluxe for chicken they said $3 upcharge so I changed my mind and asked for just cheese. My cheese pizza tastes like pepperoni like they dropped pepperoni grease on it. And I get this pizza all the time so I know what it’s supposed to taste like. Attempted to call back multiple times tonight they wouldn’t pick up the phone.

had a birthday party yesterday and ordered a full sheet of pep, half sheet of cheese & 25 teriyaki wings delivered. food was on time, and DELICIOUS. There was only a couple pieces of pizza and no wings left. Everyone in attendance asked where the pizza was from, and i proudly said Arturo’s!

Had a wonderful meal at Arturo's Bar and Grill in North Olmsted. My wife and I stopped in for a late lunch. Our waitress was super nice. My wife ordered a small pizza and I went off script and ordered a NY strip that I if they could blacken, which they did. Wow! That was one of the best steaks that I had in a long time. My wife said the same for the pizza. We'll be back.

Such a great restaurant! We stopped there after visiting some family before heading home. The waitress was great, very personable and took great care of us! She even got my daughter a coloring book and crayons to use, which my daughter loved! The food was excellent as well! We all enjoyed each of our dishes! I would absolutely recommend Arturo's to anyone!

Enjoyed appetizers and pizza here. Everything was great and very fast. Local spot that is easy to get a drink or enjoy some time away from the hectic mall.

Casual Friday night we decided to hit up Arturos, and it was delicious! Pizza was excellent. The beer was ok. They could use a few craft beers to be honest. Our server was friendly, quick and efficient!

Look out for this place, especially if you are a musician looking for a small bar to play at just to kill some time and feel like playing a small bar. This one is a rikidink bar and might as well be called Losers. It could have been some losers that I came across at this place and not necessarily the people that own this place or work here. I was followed by the Police after I left this place and not sure why but when I asked the officer, they said that they were not following me even though they were. I had to go to the officer and talk to him myself to get things out and straightened out.

Pizza is the best. My children are treated so well. Servers are on top of it. This is our family's favorite local joint. We are loyal to this place and bring all of our guests here. I hope to bring my grandkids here in 25 years. It is the quintessential North Olmsted fixture. It is my happy place.

Very yummy pizza. Not too busy when we went. Also a bar atmosphere which I'm not too big on but others might be.

I have now been here twice for "parties". They do have a party room but it was being used. Mr. Arturo was kind enough to set us up in the back of the restaurant/bar. It was perfect for our event. The waitresses were super! On spot with our drinks and our food. Definitely going to plan more events there! Thank you!

This a great local place that has great food, friendly service and easy to get to with plenty of parking. They also offer take out. Quick convenient food is excellent and if your lucky you get to see the one and only Mr. Arturo!!!

One of the best all around bar restaurant combos around. Have a quick sandwich or a catered meal. Better than average selection of all types of alcohol. Some of the best prices in town. Old school neighborhood place and family friendly.

This was my first visit to the bar. The service was fast, bartender served everybody. She was polite, made great mixed drinks. Brian and I ordered a pizza with White sauce and sausage and pineapple & CHEESE BITES were spot on. Thanks for a great visit

Was there with a group for an event - reserved the whole side room. Service was fine at first, but then non-existent, even for a simple task like trading a ticket for a bottle of bud light. After trying a few times to get someone to come over, never again saw the server, so I gave up and left without my drink. Food was fine - very greasy pizza. Chicken tenders were crisp and the best thing of the night.

I wish I would have tried their dinners. Next time. They have some unique things like chicken paprikash on the online menu. I hope they didn't decrease their menu due to Covid like many other places.

This place is just- fine... The wings are dry ,even those that are slathered in sauce. The pizza somehow doesnt taste great as leftovers which is unheard of but is again...fine. if you dont get extra cheese dont eat here at all. But 1 extra star because staff were kind

I go to the bar every now and then, the burgers and pizza are great and have no equals. The reuben and french dip were'nt that great but, Its a bar, and a damn great one. I think you'll like it!

Really good pizza. We have ordered a few times and haven't been let down. The full sheet pizza is a great deal when feeding a large group. Their jojo's are really good also.

Worst pizza ever. Had it made twice and still not cooked how was ordered. Asked for well done and dough was raw..not once, but twice Spoke with Marc, and nothing was done. Just told to never order again. Wasted money and time but been doing that for 38 years.. don't know how stayed in business.. Trust me, wouldn't waste my money..

Delicious! Food came out hot. All of our dinners were delicious. Pizza, Spaghetti, Reuben, and French dip!! Our waitress was so friendly and attentive to our needs. Way better than a chain restaurant.
