👍👍 A very unique thing, me and my family were hungry and saw a food truck parked in front of the location. We though it was a normal truck for food and we went and parked by the truck. We realized that if was a separate kitchen outside as renovations were being made to the location. We didn't bowl but... People often mention bowling, lanes, good, lane, time, alley, party, bowl, service, great,

Nasty manager with a rotten, toxic, and gaslighting attitude. I tried to order a drink here and my ID was with the kids who give out shoes and billiard balls. It was this huge problem, everyone was asking when my birthday is and how old I am since I look “super young.” The manager finally comes up and starts grilling me about the info on my license. I sighed and rolled my eyes at this as I answered his questions, because I’ve already been asked my birthday a bunch of times - which is tomorrow BTW!! - and now everyone who works there knows my information. The manager called me nasty and told me to leave! Over a sigh and an eye roll, like I’m some 12 year old kid giving attitude to my mom. I wish I would have called the police since he had such a hard time trying to figure out if my federally compliant license was real or not, I should have let the professionals help figure it out. By the way, they did not ask for my YOUNGER brother’s ID when he ordered drinks? That man is the worst manager I’ve ever come across, totally rude and unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend patronizing this business.

Nice bowling house. It's not an entertainment center like many of the other Rollhouse Alleys and I think this is better. I hope they don't lose the bowling alley atmosphere . I bowl in a league there and have been there for a few years. The bartenders do wait on the men's leagues like waitresses I'd like to see the "waitress service" on all lanes..not just for the men's leagues .

A very unique thing, me and my family were hungry and saw a food truck parked in front of the location. We though it was a normal truck for food and we went and parked by the truck. We realized that if was a separate kitchen outside as renovations were being made to the location. We didn't bowl but ordered food from the bowling alley, I can say confidently. The food, was amazing. The tater tots had such a great flavor, burger was super well made. Fries were crunchy but not too crunchy and not to soft. Tater tots again, had an amazing flavor. The beef and cream with some hot sauce made everything amazing. Totally recommend this place if you want to eat here!

On a wed night ladies league. Decent experience for the price ($22/week) but cost of food/drinks is a bit steep. Tastes delicious, though.

We aren't very good at bowling but we love to play! This place is clean, has modernized equipment and a wide selection of bowling balls. Comparing to other local lanes, however, we were disappointed when we were not permitted to use the assist ramp for our 3 year old (a metal ramp that can be set at the edge of the lane allowing a ball to be set on top and rolled off) due to "policy". Because of this policy we'll have to stick to going to other, accommodating local lanes for the least the next few years.

I was very disappointed by the service I received here regarding tickets bought online and the fast lane reservation. We had planned to go cosmic bowling for my son's birthday with his Aunt and Uncle that live in the area. To ensure we had a lane at a decent time I booked online, not knowing that I shouldn't have paid for the children's tickets there but could do so at the bowling alley in order to get the children's rate, $8 less. The fast lane wasn't available either due to staffing issues, so we waited 45 minutes to get our shoes and lane. When we asked for a refund of almost $30 for the fast lane and children's tickets that we paid adult pricing for, they told us to call them next week, they couldn't process at that time. I can understand that everyone is short staffed at the moment, but with 4 employees behind the counter, only 1 was helping customers. I have tried numerous times to call and receive the requested refund. The manger will not return my calls, is always out of office or just lets the phone ring until an employee picks up who is unable to help me. I have also tried to email or get in touch in anyway possible. We live 2.5 hours away. This is the only way I am able to get in touch with anyone. I'm not asking for much, just what is fair and would appreciate a response. Thank you.

Went here with my family for cosmic bowling and we had a good time, but they really, really need to have some sort of safety lighting on the stairs. I wiped out on the last stair and hit my face (hard) on a bowling ball, broke my glasses and twisted my ankle pretty badly. My mom tripped on it twice, and two other people in our party also almost fell. I get it being dark is part of the experience, but the safety aspect is concerning. My fall could have been a lot worse— it’s an accident (and a lawsuit) waiting to happen.

Good pizza, great service, and drinks were decently priced. They also serve jello shots, bummer that they ran out before i could try them, because so many people had ordered them, but I'll be back to try them! :)

I had fun! But be aware... There's 4 steps down from the lobby to the lanes! The 4th step isn't marked very well. I tripped a few times and I saw somebody else trip a few times.

The remodel is beyond nice! Wow! The spaces are all modern but the bowling alley still has a nostalgic “bowling alley” feel. Well done!!!

They are low on staff but still pulling in as many customers as possible and just providing bad service. Waited half an hour for a lane malfunction to be fixed. They cut off food service due to too many orders, but still don't allow outside food. Won't return and I do not recommend anyone come here.

They are all about money now. They are called “Roll house” but only have 20 lanes that are always booked for events. Don’t trust their “open” schedule on google. You are best to call ahead. Even with that, they put their focus on the arcades and escape rooms. They kicked out most leagues and high school teams. The lanes are always dry. If you are a bowler don’t go to this “bowling alley”. The reason I give it two stars is cause they at least have a kind staff who are always nice.

Under construction, but the management needs to learn how to put oil on the lanes! Unless you are 20 years old and can crank the ball that hard ... my spare ball hooks half the lane width! It should NEVER break that much with properly pulled lanes. The remodel is a work in process, and it does not appear to be very well thought out. Hopefully, it works better when it's finished than it is right now, or I won't be back for another season!!

RollHouse North Olmsted left much to be desired. Their customer service was lacking and staff were notably rude. The online reservation system allowed bookings when all lanes were full, leading to frustration. Additionally, the 40-minute wait for a refund added to the overall dissatisfaction. Do yourself a favor and go to Fairview Lanes.

Great place, great music on Saturday nights, the new game room looks amazing, and the and the refreshments are delicious. Can't say enough good things, can't wait for all the renovations to be completed.

Typically priced. Could definitely benefit from having a handful of lighter bowling balls. Also seems that certain lanes fair better than others (e.g. lane 7 is better than 8).

Went for a kids birthday party. My son had lots of fun and it was the appropriate amount of time. So glad they bought it and kept things going. Will definitely cone again. Pool tables looked really nice as well.

Only been here 3 or 4 times so far as it is a bit of a drive (about 40 minutes). I really enjoy coming here though. The building/environment is pretty nice. The screens all work and aren't from 1980 with the resolution of a potato like some local places i go to. The food is great. Havent had a bad experience yet.

It was better before Roll House bought it. Called for lane repair (dead wood in gutter) front desk wouldn't answer the phone. Walked up to the front desk and it still took 30 minutes. Food isn't as good either. Coffee isnt as good. Non dairy creamer only. And you cant get a hot dog anymore. TV between lanes 47 and 48 has been broken and unserviced for 3 months. The lanes themselves are still in good repair though. If they get their act together it could be as good as it used to be. The general attitude is that they think they're doing you a favor by being there. A noticable lack of customer appreciation that didnt exist under former owners. C'mon folks, you can do better.

Went in this evening and saw they had a birthday party going on. Whatever, cool. Good for the kids celebrating. However, they closed the kitchen for the duration of the party, to anyone not involved in the party. Which we were originally told would be like 20 minutes and extended for like an hour. If you're going to close the kitchen to anyone else, just stay closed for a private event. It was honestly really annoying and totally almost killed our evening. Cause not even half the lanes were taken up by the party. We've had a lot of really cool times here. They have amazing food, it's really affordable and honestly a lot of fun. But this experience really soured our mood. We luckily got food eventually, and it was really, really good. But. Having to wait waaaaaaay past when I wanted food, because *just* the kitchen was closed for a private event was a major let down. Oh and apparently the GM chose a Saturday with a birthday party to train 3 new people. Like, just train them a different day or decline the party. I debated the rating for this review for honestly, far longer than this place deserves. My experience today in a vaccume was definitely deserving of a 2/5 (which I'd consider a not okay, not absolutely trash horrible rating). But my experiences overall with this place are deserving of a 5/5. Ultimately I decided that while this type of business practice won't keep me from returning, it definitely will if it happens again. Thus the 2/5.

Fun, family bowling day on Saturday. Ordered food, it was good. Lanes are oiled and they accommodate you if you need a lighter ball. Staff is great

I stopped by since it reopened. I did talk with the person who reserve's and books time for the lanes. They are in the process of remolding and extending certain areas to upgrade. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable. Wonderful experience. I'm looking forward to joining a league and being part of the community.

This was a really fun place to have a gathering to bowl a few games. Prices weren’t too bad we played cosmic bowling which was $18 including shoes for 2 hours of unlimited bowling 🎳 a really fun time.

I bowl regularly at Roll House, both with a league and to practice. Went Wednesday, April 13 at 11:30 am - during advertised business/open bowling hours. Doors were locked tight and the lights were off. Waited 15 mins. Still, no sign of life. Called the Roll House phone number, which reached an automated messaging system with the recording still saying, “Buckeye Lanes.” No option to leave a message. I checked the Roll House Facebook message; nothing about being closed. A few other customers came and went, as the doors remained locked. I left and went to another local alley to practice. I know Roll House North Olmsted is removing lanes and making other changes (like no longer hosting Saturday night leagues) but at the very least, it would be nice if the website and Facebook pages were updated for customers.

The Rollhouse is a very popular place for bowlers and family fun. This location in North Olmsted has a new menu full of many hand cooked appetizers and sandwiches made fresh to order! There is open bowling, leagues, tournaments and Cosmic bowling on weekends nights . Rollhouse has a sit-in bar as well with bartenders providing excellent service to patrons.. Check it out when you can:)

Absolutely love going here, but really upset that their website says they have open bowl every day and when I showed up today with my family they stated they did not have open bowl due to league's. The alley was almost empty and they had 3 employees doing nothing behind the counter... Wish they had better reliable information and did not make us stand and wait for 15 minutes before finally telling us they didn't have open bowl.
