As
a
two
star
review,
I
consider
this
a
space
where
I
had
enough
issues
that
I
do
not
plan
to
return,
but
others
may
have
a
better
experience.
This
is
how
I
consider
star
ratings:
5
star
-
I
have
no
recommendations
for
improvement,
the
experience
was
great,
and
I
will
return.
4
star
-
I
have
some
recommendations
for
improvement,
though
the
experience
was
still
great
and
I
will
return.
3
star
-
There
may
be
some
notable
improvements,
but
generally
I
may
or
may
not
return.
2
star
-
There
are
some
improvements
needed,
the
experience
may
be
lacking,
I
will
not
return;
however
others
may
have
a
better
experience.

Something
went
very
wrong
in
the
experience.
I
will
not
return
nor
would
I
recommend
to
anyone
else.
From
a
staff
perspective,
I
did
not
experience
any
rudeness.
Some
staff
were
maybe
a
little
short
in
responses,
but
I
wouldn't
say
rude.
The
optometrist
was
friendly
and
kind.
From
this
perspective,
I
would
say
staff
is
closer
to
a
4
star
as
described
above.
Timing
of
my
appointment
was
a
bit
frustrating.
Although
I
was
able
to
get
in
and
start
the
process
on
time,
it
took
just
shy
of
two
hours
to
finish.
I
only
saw
two
other
patients
in
the
office
during
this
time,
so
am
not
sure
why
it
took
so
long.
After
my
appointment,
it
was
only
about
5
minutes
to
order
new
glasses
since
I
knew
what
I
wanted
for
frames.
So
from
an
appointment
perspective,
I
feel
we
were
closer
to
a
3
star.
Nothing
earth
shattering,
but
it
also
left
me
feeling
there
might
be
something
better
in
terms
of
experience.
Ordering
of
frames
was
in
the
range
of
a
4
star
until
I
was
told
I
had
to
come
back
to
pick
them
up.
This
wouldn't
have
been
frustrating,
except
that
round-trip,
it
takes
about
50
minutes
to
the
store.
The
concept
seems
odd
to
me
given
that
glasses
can
be
ordered
online
and
sent
directly
to
a
home
address.
I
waiver
between
a
3
and
4
star
as
the
selection
of
glasses
and
general
store
is
decent,
but
the
non-shipping
is
off
compared
to
other
options.
This
is
also
a
driver
for
me
why
I
am
ordering
sunglasses
online
as
opposed
to
in-store.
The
location
and
business
hours
to
me
are
a
1
star.
The
first
challenge
to
me
is
that
10
years
ago,
this
location
made
a
lot
of
sense
as
we
did
some
mall
shopping
while
waiting
for
appointments
or
glasses.
However
now,
I
only
go
to
the
mall
for
eye
appointments
and
glasses.
The
lag
in
appointment
times
or
going
into
the
store
to
pickup
glasses
is
a
dedicated
trip.
In
addition,
the
business
hours
list
10AM
opening
time,
but
the
mall
doors
do
not
open
until
11AM.
So
effectively,
I
have
a
window
of
11AM-6PM
to
pickup
a
glasses
order.
Unfortunately
those
are
also
work
hours
and
require
another
hour
from
work
(due
to
drive
time)
to
receive
the
glasses.
Unfortunately
I
am
not
sure
this
location
has
much
flexibility
in
this
due
to
the
mall
hours
and
no
exterior
door
for
customers.
Again,
at
2
stars
I
expect
others
may
have
different
(some
better,
maybe
some
worse)
experiences.
But
for
me,
with
other
options
that
have
better
hours
and
better
access,
my
next
appointment
will
be
at
a
different
location
for
both
an
eye
appointment
and
glasses.
I
don't
see
this
as
much
of
a
staff
issue,
but
more
of
a
store
location,
shipping
policy,
and
available
hours
issue.
