Great selection. Not a whole lot of space to move around. Employees like to chill 5 deep behind the counter while just looking at people waiting in line instead of ringing anyone out.

only giving 1 star so i can write the review. felt very unwelcomed, some lady with blonde hair was very rude and acted like she hated her job so she had to take it out on customers.

Had a great experience here today, Emmy was particularly helpful and considerate! She noticed I was struggling with a lot of items bought from previous stores, and helped me with them, making it a lot easier to shop in this store. Also the checkout experience with her and another associate was great, including the gift wrapping. Will shop here again.

The store was nice, but the staff were not. My friends and I were walking around and the staff was like watching us and kind of following us around. We wanted to go in the back and they wouldn't let us even though I was 17. Then, when we tried to leave, a woman working there accused us of stealing a pack of gum we had been looking at, which of course we didn't! Honestly, it was a really uncomfortable experience, the Spencer's at the Great Lakes Mall is MUCH better.

They always have really cool stuff in here. Ages of shoppers range. Employees are friendly & helpful.

They had a good selection of lip, nose, etc rings and the sales person was very helpful in explaining why my daughter needs to be careful with using different gauges.

I know that I am not in the Spencer's brand store often but at this location I was able to find the Nintendo brand's Mario hat for a Halloween event at my fiancé's family's campground and it was perfect. It was the exact type I need ed and they had the other characters Luigi and Waluigi's hats but they did not have a Wario hat and he is my favorite anti hero- hero from the Super Mario Bros. universe of Nintendo Games. Maybe Nintendo will come out with one. Also their stock of different shirts and other items made the visit great.
