Cool place for kids. Great for birthday parties. We had a fun time. Lots of games to choose from. Somewhat expensive when you have a few kids. They stamp your hands when you walk in so your kids can't leave with someone else. The food is not the best. Lots of free parking.

Wow it’s been a minute since I’ve been here. The remodel and update is super welcoming. It was relatively clean for a restaurant where kids get to run wild. Don’t expect 5 star dinning but they have stuffed crust pizza so big win. All the games were easy to play and my kid had such a fun time. I would highly recommend getting the time limit vs the credits on the play card. Also don’t forget to pause the time so you don’t waste time while your eating. We do plan on coming back, was really impressed with the attentiveness of the front door employees. We didn’t know you had to get a mark when leaving, the employee loudly told us to come back to get marked so people & kids can be accounted for. Makes me feel good that if I loose sight of my kid for a second I don’t need to worry about them walking out the front door.

Nice place for our granddaughter's 4th b-day party. She had a great time. Games and food where good. Surprised they didn't come around and wipe down the games and rides. With Covid I think it should be a requirement.

Good location to go to for a chuck e cheese. The neighborhood is safe. The staff is nice. A bit pricey, tho. A pizza, 2 drinks, wings and a game card... Is gonna run you about 70 bucks. Literally.

We held our 5yo son's birthday party here on a Sunday afternoon. The crowd wasn't overwhelming and, although there were 2 other parties and several other guests, the kids easily could find access to the games that they waned to play. There were plenty of activities for all ranges of kids ages and the adult guests also seemed to have fun playing with their kids - the unlimited game pass helped level up the enjoyment. Our party server greeted us as soon as arrived and was timely with the various party activities as purchased, like pizza delivery and cake. However, they were unenthusiastic and unable to answer basic package questions like how long the unlimited game passes were good for. Generally, all observed staff demeanor was robotic and borderline seeming unhappy to be there. We saw one staff member become visibly annoyed by the excited shrieks of party kids when Chuck E Cheese was announced to be coming out to the dance floor soon. Most of our adult guests had not been to Chuck E Cheese's with their kids every or in many years and were interested in returning again since the new unlimited gaming feature and layout changes. The food was also much better than expected and there were many comments on how much better the pizza is now than at the Chuck E Cheese's we formerly knew.

Always a fun spot for the kids. I feel like they nerfed all the jackpots to just 100 tickets so it's lost a bit of it's appeal. If you want to keep good momentum playing I recommend getting two swipe cards because there is a timed delay before being able to swipe again. Kids still love it but I've found better arcades around the area that kids like too.

Really good ambience for the kids and family, I wish all the employees were happy at the time I was there but it fine, we enjoyed anyways. We have a really good family time🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 competing, winning the jackpot price's and more... the pizza was soooooooooooooo good😍🤤🤤

Great experience. My son is on the autism spectrum and has attended their sensory sensitive sundays for over a year now. The staff over in North Olmsted always goes so above and beyond to accommodate and make him and ALL the kids feel so special every single time. It’s his absolute favorite place in the world because of them thank you staff of North Olmsted you guys are special we appreciate you!

Kids had a blast. Tables needed cleaned. It looked as though they weren't wiped down after the last birthday party. Overall good

Cheesy bread is worth the combo. Pizza is better than expected. Games are carnival style, probably 4 yr and up.

Chuckee cheese has definitely improved greatly since I was a kid. The pizza was amazing. The card to use for the games with the attached bracelet wad amazing, and they had great games/attractions for all ages. My youngest is 7 and disabled and they had things for him to do. It was bit difficult to get him in and out of a few things, but overall, it was great. My only complaint was the employees doing the birthday party and playing chuckee were less than enthusiastic. This is a kids place can you at least try to act excited? Everything was brilliant. My hubby and I were impressed and the kids had a blast.

My kids love coming here. It is frustrating though that a place that’s main goal is to provide games for kids to play, constantly has numerous games that aren’t maintained and aren’t working. For the most part, my kids find enough games to play but as a paying customer, I want the games to all be working and in good order. Also, when my kids go to redeem their points they frequently want an item in the display case but the person says “sorry we are out of that.” However, the they have two to three bins in the display that are full of the items but they won’t take them out of the display?

A smaller mouse house but still amazing and fun. Staff wasn't bad, only thing was the dance time with Chuck E the mouse came out afterwords and wasn't the most enthusiastic around the kids this time but there was only like 5 kids around but they were waiting for him for the dance. But the game selection and placement is nice for the size and a great fun time.

Is the worst place I been. They dont have tickets to redeem. The machines does not work and they will took your money and you will not play. I paid $25 and We dont spend 20 minutes until the machines took all the points with the money and my kids could'n even play. They don't have machines to ride on. I has been in others Chuck E. Cheeses much better than this. For me is a BIG NO I will not back.

Had a birthday party there today & every birthday table was occupied with people which wasn’t said before booking. There was no room to even get out of your seat a bunch of kids that weren’t with our party touching all over our table & stuff. The staff was rude wouldn’t grab the toy my niece wanted because “she couldn’t reach it” then she picked another and fought with us about which color she could have. Very bad experience I don’t know if it’s new management or what but we’ve had parties here 4 years in a row and this will be the last.

It was a good experience. If you haven't been in a while, they no longer have physical tickets to turn in. You can get a card and there are different amounts you can purchase to put on it. All the tickets now are e tickets, so they will stack and will be easier to save up for those big prizes. It was afford. Food was good. Kids loved it!

My daughter and I are from Maine. We see Chuck E. Cheese commercials all the time, but we do not have one in Maine. So needless to say, we absolutely loved this place. She had tears in her eyes as we walked in. The price was great for her experience. We will definitely go back on our next trip to Ohio!

If I could give zero stars I would. Chuck E Cheese did not come out once while we were there (over an hour and half). The prices for game cards have gone up so much in price with no more deals. Some games and photo booth out of order. Not the place it used to be.

Kids love this place as they have lot of games. Pizza and drinks. Rest rooms are good. A bit dissatisfactiob that This place had some games were out of service

The employees here are not kid oriented at all. It feels like they hate thier jobs. Chuckie cheese used to be a fun place. The least they can do is have someone dressed like chuckie. Overpriced pizza as well. They have cure videos on the tvs but all you can hear is the games.

Went early on a weekday. Didn't wait for time at any of the games. Kid was able to run all over and had a blast. Would recommend the timed cards opposed the points as with kids you can just go from game to game to game. And not have to worry how much points you have left. Can also join Chuck e club and first timers get 500 points enough for lots of goodies from the ticket counter.
