Unbelievable is how i can explain my experience today at Starbucks this evening. I was with my brother, i wasnt even buying coffee. He ordered a venti spiced cold brew and tipped the lady $2.50 as well. The girl who was making the drink was doing it incorrectly, my brother inquired about this, one of the other ladies working came over to help, explained that the first girl was new andnthat she would make it correctly herself. A few minutes go's by and some lady we never seen emerges. Per her name tag she was Mandi. She was very rude, very aggressive for no reason. Said that we can have are money back if the coffee wasnt right and that she was calling security if we didnt leave immediately. When my brother turned his back to her, looking at me as if he couldnt believe this was actually taking place, Mandi proceeded to give him the old middle finger. We decided we would wait for the security she supposedly called but,after a few minutes it was clear, Mandi was also a liar. This took place on November 21st, 2016. At around 8:20pm at the kiosk inside of Great Northern mall. Just in case on of the actual management staff see this and wants to check the camera pointed at the kiosk.

Great place for a migration stop! Tell your friends you can get a great cup of Starbucks coffee here. It will give you a real lift! ( written 3/28/21) I have been getting my coffee here for over 10 years. The coffee, pastries, and service is great! The baristas / crew are very friendly and always give you a smile free of charge! Absolutely disgusting service. Saw the older lady with blue hair pull down her mask and spit in someone’s drink. Will NOT be returning to this location

A couple staff members were very rude coffee was horrible this time in there multiple times always had great service great coffee I guess they were having a bad day

This location is right inside the mall, it’s right in the middle of the floor so it’s very easy to spot. The line was long at first, but it went surprisingly quick!! I didn’t know the name of the drink my daughter wanted, I just told them its red & yellow and it’s a summer drink. The barista knew exactly what I was talking about, she got the drink right!! I was able to get 3 drinks using my stars I won from the Starbucks instant win game, so my whole order was FREE!!

Tried to order from app. Payment would not go through. Payment was $6.55. Went to order at the stand, came to $7.05. Would not honor the app price. Cashier blew me off and said they won't honor the app price.

I almost enjoy going to this location rather than any stand-alone location. The baristas are always friendly and on their A-game. My mom (who doesn't get Starbucks much) had trouble deciding what to get and the barista was kind enough to offer suggestions to help her.

Starbucks in the Great Northern mall. Always so friendly. And my boyfriend drinks at least 1 Mocha Cookie Frap a week, so when he says this location make Fraps the best I believe him.

I won't give a bad rating just because this is a paid for franchise, but Starbucks coffee to me is too bitter tasting, and I just can't stomach it. In addition to the fact that they put illegals in front of our military men and women is something the corporation should be ashamed of. It is time to stop being dividing in this nation and uniting for a change.

Perfectly serviceable Starbucks. They always seem busy and I personally don't find it worth it to wait in the lines they routinely have. If you can hit this at the right times and they aren't busy, great, otherwise I would just wait or get a coffee elsewhere.

Cute Starbucks. They have a nice little area in the mall, and I would be comfortable spending some time there if I had work to do. My drink was made pretty well, not the best I've ever had, but that's totally fine.

I like this starbucks, because the employees are nice. I refuse to drink starbucks coffee though because I disapprove of the company. However, I will not penalize this location but I cannot award 5 stars. I purchased an sugared beverage for my gf since she is a diabetic and they were more than happy to assist!
