Best food ever. So clean and healthy. Never had a bad experience. Great falafels and salads. Reasonable price. Family owned and local.

If I could give them 10 stars I would!!! Love love love this place!!! There food is delicious and always fresh and hot!! Mmmm mmmm I’m eating it now!! I love chicken shawarma entree!! A must try if you like good authentic Lebanese food. I drive 20 miles to get it but its worth it all day!! Highly recommend!

Great Lebanese grill. Nice and clean interior. Everyone working there are very friendly. Perhaps the best grilled chicken I have had! Sittoo's platter has plenty of food for a good price. Garlic sauce goes well with the food. Try it! ✌️

Simple, unassuming and spot on, probably the best way to describe the experience at this Lebanese restaurant. The service is speedy and the food tastes fresh and well prepared. Try the Fattoush salad, it tastes great and priced right.

Fantastic place. The staff was so polite and friendly. It was our first time here they walked us through everything and came back several times to see how everything was and if we needed anything. The food came out very fast and it was not only awesome but very reasonably priced. We had the hummus which I normally don't care for but this was good and not overly garlicky like most places. I had the Sittoo's combo and my wife had the steak shawarma sandwich and spinach pie. Everything was fresh, well prepared and tasted fantastic. We also grabbed a baclava assortment,a coconut bar and pitas to take home. We'll definitely be back when we're in the area again. Keep up the great work!

Chicken shawarma entrée is my go to dish here! This has to be the sitttoo in town.

Sitoo's is a Lebanese restaurant located in North Olmsted, on Lorain Rd. It looks small on the outside but it is long and narrow on the inside, able to seat approx 60 people or so. The decor is nice and interesting, with several wall art and lighting reminiscent of the Middle East; and the music too! Very casual place. Take out or dine in. If dining in, you order at the counter (2 menues are propped up and ready for browsing---nice!) And sit anywhere; they will take the food to you. So you don't need to wait to be seated---it was confusing for me at first but it didnt take much time to figure out. I was jonesing for something different so I ordered their spicy kafta pita. Lean grilled ground beef, onions, parsley, spices, tomatoes, pickles, tahini lemon dressing and Sitoo's hot sauce, in a pita bread. I was expecting more veggies (lettuce or something else?) to give it a little more 'filled' pita sandwich rather than flat, which was disappointing. BUT The smell and taste is amazing though! Had me a walnut Baklava for desset and that was as flaky and sweet as heaven. Price was good for the sandwich. 1 star deduction due to flatness of the pita sandwich---could have had more veggies. Will come again.

This restaurant is a family restaurant, the owner is super friendly and the service is great, but if you combine the price and the quality of the food and service, I will give this place 10 out of 10

Our lunch was prepared hot, to order and amazingly fast given how busy it was. The staff was very nice. The food was delicious and portions.were generous. The store was very clean and tables were being quickly wiped down as customers left. Parking is not exactly plentiful but wasn't an issue for us. I would go out of my way to go here again based on how nice the staff was.

I LOVE Sittoo’s and you should too!! Here’s why: Friendly, amazing staff. Always greets me when I come in. Excellent food! I often get the spicy kafta sandwich, and have been trying to get various things for my husband to try. Their pita is crisp, meat seasoned and deliciously tender. Their tabouleh has a mouth watering taste and texture. My husband tried their business man lunch and enjoyed their falafel. But he moreso loves their scrumptious peanut butter brownies. I always pick one up for him when we get takeout! I have sat in their booths and their service is wonderful. They bring the food over and even come ask how you’re doing. Such great folks! If you’re in North Olmsted stop by this cute restaurant! Excellent prices, friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend

We have driven by the restaurant a ton of times but never stopped until the other day, the girls working there were very friendly. we told them it was our first time so she gave us extra time and asked if we had any questions she described anything we did have questions on. When we did order we got a sampler and it was very good, highly recommend

My experience was good until they started slacking on their dress code. Piercings should be something to wear with your friends when hanging out. Not when serving food. It’s not sanitary.

Sittoos (North Olmstead) is the CLEANEST restaurant we have patronized in a very, very long time. The dining room and rest rooms are immaculate. Seriously. You probably will not find a watermark! The food is even BETTER. The businessman's lunch and vegetarian combo is two of our favorite, but the chicken shawarma is to die for. They allllllways have the freshest salad, grape leaves, Tabbouleh, and rice of anywhere in town. Absolutely amazing. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful and its always a pleasure dining here. Highly, highly recommended.

Huge fan of Sittoo's. Fresh, fast, friendly... So I got the chicken shawarma salad which had a complete, large, chicken breast, juicy and perfectly seasoned on top of a bed of fresh lettuce, tomatoes, onions and peppers. For less than $11, I think fresh, healthy food, a clean place and friendly people - it's well worth it! My husband had the beef shawarma salad which was a very hefty portion of beef - at least 8 or 9 ounces, which is substantially more than you would get anywhere else for $10.95.

This place has amazing hummus, falafel, pita, wraps, shawarma, and more! Anytime we’ve ordered the ingredients are fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced! The garlic sauce is to die for as well!!

Clean and the food is delicious as well as a good sized portion while not being to pricey. The service is always excellent! The employees are always friendly and well kept as well as attentive!

I absolutely love this place. My son and I stopped by on our way back from watching the Cleveland Browns beat the Arizona Cardinals. My son had the beef shawarma and I had the chicken shawarma. We also got some falafel and spinach pie. All the food was amazing as always. Thanks!

It's a great Lebanese restaurant where you can enjoy amazing food! Everything is clean! Prices are really affordable! The food prep is fast! The best thing is that you won't recognize the owner from the employees as he works as hard as they do behind the line in the kitchen!

I work in Dearborn, MI which has a TON of options for delicious Middle Eastern food and have to say that this ranks right up there. What really surprised us all is how FRESH the ingredients were and and toasted pita for the shawarmas really made a nice touch!

Tasty, satisfying good in a relaxing environment keeps us coming back to this family favorite. Comfortable, unpretentious decor partnered with good service, reasonable prices, and appetite-satisfying dishes. The chicken lentil soup is a personal favorite, and I have yet to be disappointed with any dish. Sure to be a return customer over and over and over again.

Fantastic food and wonderful people. Always hot and very fast. My go-to shawarma sandwich spot. I’ve never met anyone who didn’t love sittoos after trying it. Can’t recommend enough!

Excellent Lebanese food! Hoomus was very fresh. Be aware, not a full service establishment, you order at the counter , they do bring to your table. Generally fast service. My only beef, very skimpy on pita, one for a good sized small hoomus, 60 cents for each additional. If your getting entrees, best to fork out $ for a bag.

So delicious!! We love the pita sandwiches with Zaatar fries, so good! Shay was extremely kind and helpful while we were there.

This is one of our favorite restaurants in the Cleveland area. We have a lengthy drive to get here and still find a way to eat at Sitoo's in North Olmsted as often as possible. Very tasty food at reasonable prices in a clean, pleasant dining area. Can't wait to return.

Pros: EXTREMELY clean, cashier was so kind and helpful, fast, efficient service BEST hummus with best hot sauce I’ve ever had! My husband loved the baba! Kids loved the beef shawarma, lamb pita, and garlic sauce! Cons: I was so excited for the kibbe and falafel, but unfortunately both were extremely dry. So we didn’t eat more than a tiny bite of each. The sauces that came with those didn’t taste like much. Not sure what they were. My husband didn’t love or hate the lamb patties. I think he was expecting slices of lamb like the beef and chicken in his combo. He loves lamb, and didn’t get a whole lot of that flavor he was looking for. I’d like to give it another try sometime, but not sure how quickly my husband would want to go back. Again, I stress, the best hummus and hot sauce I’ve ever had. Could have just been an off night with the kibbe and falafel. Overall, I’d prefer to give a 3.5, but that’s not a option, and I just couldn’t give a 4.

This I swear is the best take out Arabic food. It's way better and cheaper then Aladdin's. I got the same salad (Fatuous with chicken) from both places and Sittoos was better and cheaper.
