Paid for a $70 order and it’s missing multiple times. They also made their own substitutions without asking. The order is missing rice and two skewers. Called them and they are rude and said they are out. Not apologetic, no refunds, just plain rude. I wouldn’t do business with them. Shameful!

I would give zero stars if possible. Worst service ever! We ordered a large tray of knafah at 2pm for a pickup at 5pm. We arrived around 5pm to pick it up and it wasn’t ready. We asked the staff that we were waiting for our large tray of knafah. The woman at the counter said it should be out soon. We waited almost an hour and we still didn’t get our tray. We asked what the problem was and didn’t get a direct answer. The woman couldn’t tell us what the issue was and that the cook wasn’t giving her an answer. The cook actually hid in the back and wouldn’t come out and talk to us. We even bought over $100 worth of groceries and returned everything right away. What kind of service is this? Who runs a business like this? I am never shopping here and I recommend no one else shop here either. I repeat this was the worst service ever!!!!

I ordered a small tray of knafa and was told on the phone it would be $16. When I got there in person, it was $30. I was confused but purchased it nevertheless. Two weeks later, my wife ordered a large tray and again on the phone we were told it would be $40-$50. We got there in person and all of a sudden it was $60. All in the holy month of Ramadan. A very typical family owned grocery store jam packed with items. Ya Hala carries traditional sweets and a small grill for take out. The chicken shawarma with fries was reasonably priced. However, the chicken could have more flavorful. It is carved from the skewer and put on the grill. The fries were lightly seasoned and again could have been more flavorful. Willing to give it another try.

The chicken biryani is dynamite. The people at the party loved it and the staff at Ya Hala were very accommodating.

Ordered four gyros with my aunt, they charged us for five. Called back in about it immediately and they said we can just get a free one to compensate next time. Called today and explained the situation and asked for the free gyro and the guys responded "I dont know what youre talking about." Very bad and rude service

If you are looking for that right place to find your middle Eastern food, then this is the place you need to be at. They have a great store, produce section, and more. However, they also have some great cooks there that make some great food. They are the best in class in the Cleveland area.
