Great family restaurant with good food and staff. Been here many times and hope for many more.

Wonderful experience today at Canary's Family Restaurant! Friendly and attentive staff. Refills for coffee and drinks as staff walks with pot in hand. Breakfast food delicious and hot right from the kitchen, just as ordered. Smiles around the room from patrons and staff. 😊👍 Will be back again soon!

My first time here. Lived up to my expectations and reviews. Good food. Reasonable price. Clean. Good service.

I understand running out of ingredients but I don’t understand why on earth they would put salad mix with carrots and cabbage on our burgers! The tomatoes are almost green and the onions are old and dry. Our burgers were carelessly tossed into our take out containers. Our onion rings are hard and burnt. They cost way too much for the amount we received. If you don’t want customers ordering takeout, then you should just eliminate that option. You don’t have to be rude and give us bad food just because we ordered takeout. We won’t be back after this experience.

Breakfast was great which my wife had and its always good, today I thought I would have a patty melt instead of my usual breakfest. It really was uneatable, the burger meat was like mush, it tasted awful. I wish the owner would take the time taste this taste this.

My wife and I went here for the first time 2 weeks ago. Now we find ourselves going almost once a week for brunch. The staff is friendly, the food is good, and the service is speedy. I would definitely recommend going here if you want some good food, breakfast or lunch they have some good choices.

The restaurant has a larger than expected seating area with plenty of space to move through the room. There is plenty of parking and no steps to navigate. Service was very personable and attentive without being overbearing. The food was well executed simple diner fare. We had one breakfast meal and a lunch salad and both were good. The coffee was hot and bathrooms clean…enough said 😁

Good place to go for a quick bite. Food is good place is clean and decent prices too. I did happen to have a hair in my food so it was returned and I did not get anything else. But... I would still recommend it as it was probably an isolated incident and hasn't happened in the past for me. I don't recommend the desserts though. They did not taste fresh and the rice pudding portion is extremely tiny. Other than that I would go back.

First time my wife and I were there. Was not disappointed. Good wholesome food, good service and clean. Got beef tips and noodles and my wife got roast beef. Food was excellent and perfect sized portions. And paid $20. Recommend it highly. Would go back. Thanks for a great meal

went there on my birthday and everyone was so great. The food was delicious. The waitresses all sang happy birthday to me and one of them bought me a piece of cake, someone in the restaurant paid for my husband and my dinner. I was so overwhelmed with gratitude that I cried joyful tears. I felt like I was at cheers :-) Keep up all the good work everyone

Enjoyed the food. It was excellent. Service could have been better. Not sure why we were tuned into the back and then forgot about. Had to go and find the waitress multiple times for drinks and food. Hopefully if we stop back at some point, we can be made just as important as other customers and not have to chase workers down.

The food was outstanding!! 5 stars on the food, 1 star on environment. However, at 6:45 in the morning, the last thing I wanna do is here grown senior men blaring their cell phones while they watch videos on YouTube, TikTok etc. It was like dueling cell phones. You really should have a rule against that. Nobody stopped them. Turned a 5 star experience into a 2 star.

The food was very yummy here! It's also much larger than you'd think inside! The service was pretty good (we felt a little forgotten when we needed refills, but once we finally flagged the server down, she got it for us right away). I would recommend stopping by here for some good homemade food

The service was so fast we were not ready for the food to be placed on the table. Portion size was generous. The fish fry was good and the other guests liked their meals of chicken BLT and patty melt. Wait staff was attentive offering refills on water and lemonade.

I highly recommend breakfast. I haven't tried the dinner menu, but the burger was pretty good, but nothing special, and the french fries reminded me of frozen plain fries. Which is fine because they are good. There was just nothing to write home about. But, that being said, their breakfast is a must try, and the hashbrowns are just spectacular! My verdict is 4.75 stars.

Clearly a successful restaurant. Parking lot was packed but we walked right in and was seated immediately. This restaurant is a well oiled machine, serving and cleaning up after customers quickly and friendly to keep people moving in and out. Food was delicious and extremely fair priced. Highly recommend

Friendly, quick service. Standard breakfast- no fancy frills, kind of what you'd make at home. Good prices!! Grandchildren love it- cleaned their plates! Only complaint-- bad coffee; its weak, not much flavor.

This is a family friendly restaurant. It's tucked in a shopping plaza but definitely look for it! It's clean, reasonably priced and good food. The staff is friendly and efficient. It's a plain atmosphere but clean. I will definitely go back!

I was not expecting this...All of our restaurants ideas bombed and Canary's was our last hope. Boy,Did they ever knock it out of the park! The food was awesome,the coffee was solid and they have the best clam chowder I've ever had...even better than the kinds on the east coast! After going there,We will definitely be going back again. The prices were VERY Agreeable and service was great. Give these guys a shot and you will not regret it!

I love Canary's. The portions are a good size, and and the price is very good 👍Today I got a Mexican omelet, and added some jalapeños for a little more kick 😀😋 The restaurant was very busy, had 4 couples waiting to be seated. I thankfully called in for take out. The wait was a little longer than usual, but it was Sunday morning and that is normal. When I got home 🏡 I found out that I had no toast, and no chili. I called to let them know, and the receptionist apologized, and said she would tell the cook 🍳🙄 Other than the snafu the meal was delicious 😋😜

I love this place. Canary’s is my favorite restaurant. My girlfriend and I go all the time. The breakfast is phenomenal and it’s served all day. Honestly I’ve never gotten anything I didn’t like. You could pretty much order anything on the menu and trust that it will be excellent. None of that is even the best part. It’s affordable and the food is ready faster than any non fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. You sit down order and then your food is at your table when you’re not even halfway done with your coffee. It’s incredible. Now let’s talk about the staff. The service is excellent. Highly recommended by me.

I have been eating at Canarys since I was a small child. Decades later the food is just as amazing and the service equally so. One place I will always return to. Cannot beat the food, ESPECIALLY for the price.

Canarys is a good breakfast spot. I have only eaten here for breakfast and they have really good biscuits and gravy and amazing skillets. I love the Mexican skillet and the vegetable skillet with jalapeños. I like it spicy! The price is right here too. It's nice that they haven't raised their prices like everyone else. It's reasonable, tasty and quick. The service is usually good. Usually.

Ordered online. When the I got there the lady told me that my food wasn’t ready. Even though I was certain it was sitting on the counter. I told her what I ordered. She looked at the receipt and told me it wasn’t mine. I sat there for 10 minutes until another lady looked at it and said it was mine. Great food but it was cold by the time I was able to eat it. Really frustrating since the First Lady looked at the receipt TWICE and told me it wasn’t my food.

This is always a great place to eat. The food is good the atmosphere is friendly. I've dined here many times. The waitstaff are always kind and friendly. The food is enjoyable and the prices great. Its more geared towards older people and seniors but I love the comfort of dining here with friends

near perfect basic breakfast at Canary’s Family Restaurant in north olmsted today. short wait but long in flavor. every cooked as ordered. and a great value you. ( inexpensive. )

Wow. My wife and I ❤️ this place. First off the establishment is super clean. Next the service is fantastic provided by a plethora of great women. Lastly, the food is amazing served at a very fair price. Thank you so much Canarys for all uiu do. We tell all our friends.
