New faces no greetings and long waits. I ordered online over an hour in advance and waited 15 minutes after my pick up time. Then sandwiches were done and they forgot to drop the fries more waiting. They love to talk to each other-hear they complain how short staffed and mad they were at employees for not coming in. Unprofessional. Well you made me mad and all my other others were cold when I picked them up. Ugh where are the old faces? They give the same response please email us details of your experience, which I did and surprise no response. Go to the Avon location 1000% better

I love Penn Station's artichoke sandwich. I'm vegetarian and the options for me are limited here, but honestly I would never think about trying anything different. The artichoke sandwich is one of the things I try to get everytime I'm in Ohio. I love the fries and cookie too. I know it's unhealthy, but it's so good.... I try to stop here before the airport and bring the sandwich on the plane with me to eat while traveling.

Ordered a Chicken Cordon Blue and small Fries, spent $13. When I got back to work I had a Rueben which I hate. I called immediately and the male manager apologized and said come when it's convenient he was putting my name in the book. Went back today- surprise my name wasn't in the book. The female General Manager was less than friendly and said she'd doesn't give free food. I tried to pin point the exact day but couldn't because I paid cash. So I wasted my $13.

The employees and food here are THE BEST!!! Everyone is super friendly and the food is always delicious! We've been eating here for many years and they take great care of us! This Penn Station isn't the closest one to us, but in my opinion is the best! I highly recommend this location.

Yummy delicious subs made perfect. Had no first hot sub here and enjoyed it thoroughly.

The service fell all the way off. The foods decent but they take forever now, and the young brunette lady with glasses that completely ignored me when I greeted her (rather than it be the other way around) found it too stressful to ask what I’d like to order. She simply pointed to where I should stand to place an order while she kept socializing with her lazy coworkers. I’m not an animal. And when I finally got my order 25 minutes later, it was still missing the fries and cookie I paid for until I reminded them. The place used to have way better management.

So, my daughter gave me a partially used gift card to this place. I had never been here before so I figured I'd stop by and grab a sub. During checkout I ran the gift card.. declined. They ran it about six or seven more times.. declined. After that one of the guys behind the counter started laughing saying those gift cards never work here, they're always a problem. It's not the card, it's a problem on our end. The guy ringing me up says well, I can't lookup the balance, I'm too busy.. then just proceeds to stand there. Now mind you, I came in at an off-time four people in the store, maybe five, including me and I'm the only one at the register. Anyway, I pulled on my credit card and paid for it. I came in the next day and ordered a sub. During checkout I ran the gift card.. declined. They ran it about eight more times.. declined. I finally asked them, can't you just check the balance? I know there's money on it. Oh yeah, two clicks on the register and it pulls up the balance. Then, the lady behind the register says, oh... that's why you got declined, you don't have enough money on that card to pay for your sub! I said.. well, there's money on it! And she just keeps repeating herself over and over, you don't have enough money to pay for your sub.. blah, blah, blah. Then just stands there expecting me to pay for the whole thing. I said.. there's money on the card and that's my money, what do you expect me to do just not use the remaining balance? I said.. use what's on the card then whatever's left over I'll pay the balance. Finally, she rings it through. I really don't understand what's so difficult about it. People use gift cards all the time and that's standard practice. I'm not exactly sure what's going on here however, it seems a little corrupt! Since, these are the only two times I've been to Penn station subs, I can't tell you if it's a problem with this particular location or the franchise. Anyway, if you're going to go here I would highly recommend not using a gift card. I just can't help but wonder how many people they have cheated out of their remaining balances.

Order a large style sub that was big enough to feed 2 people easily. Did not cheap in the turkey. Taste fresh and delicious. We would eat there again when we are in the area.

Sandwiches not made the way we ordered. Also the short young lady with the short blonde hair ( that was on the grill) was not nice at all. She needs to be trained to work with the public. The other two employees (girls) were nice.

All the employees have always been so pleasant over the many years I've been coming here and the girl who I just interacted with this evening was absolutely phenomenal and working her butt off as was everyone.

Extremely slow service even though there’s 4+ people working. Due to the slow service, food is cold and staff is unfriendly. Would recommend going to a different location if you really want Penn Station.

I’ve come here a lot over the years. I know the process when ordering online and getting fries. You come in and the start the fries then so they are fresh, no problem. However there is a woman at the register who is not very customer friendly. Came in to pick up my order and before I said anything she just said “you’re gonna be waiting a while”. No hello, are you picking up? Just pretty much a dont bother me attitude. So I wasn’t sure they even started my fries, really poor customer service today. Not sure I’ll be back for quite a while. Very disappointing.

Honestly I'm real disappointed here, I walked in at lunch time with no one else in here. I was greeted by a girl who was super short and upset which was real off putting. I don't 100% make that a negative because ppl have bad days and I'm understanding. The part that really upset me is this, I asked what usually comes on the Chicken Philly and she named mushrooms, onions, peppers, mayo. I said "ok give me everything but mushrooms then". I ordered and then looked at it as I opened up and saw pizza sauce, I looked at the receipt and she put every topping possible on the sandwich but mushrooms. Like I clearly didn't mean everything possible in the restaurant when I just asked what usually comes on it. The problem here is that I'm on my work lunch break so I don't have time to go back and get it remade. The fries were good and parts of the sandwich were fine but the last thing I wanted was pizza sauce on it. I give it 2 stars because I'm sure if I went back and made sure I didn't take common sense for granted I could probably get a decent sandwich. Ultimately though I think I'll just look elsewhere in the future after such an annoying experience.

The price no longer makes Penn Station a go to destination. $34 for two regular sandwiches, a medium fry and two small drinks. Yes, the sandwiches were good but the cost is just ridiculous.

Horrible experience.. the lady who was making my sandwich didn’t wear gloves, when I asked her she says she had just washed her hands ( i didn’t see her) I proceeded to point out her coworker wearing gloves and how unsanitary it is NOT to wear gloves while touching/ cooking food. She had the AUDACITY to say the sandwich goes in the oven and kills the germs !!!!!! i will never go to this location again. TRAIN BETTER/ DO BETTER !!! I didn’t pay a total of almost $80 for your workers to be rude/ unsanitary!!!

Food was ok, definitely skimped on the meat, service was ok not sure if they were training someone or they're just confused?

Always good food, especially the bread. I used online ordering for the first time. Works fine but didn't see a mobile app.

The food and service were good. However, we had to listen to political news on the television. I don't see how making customers listen to political viewpoints can be good for business. I do not plan on revisiting for that reason.

This specific location is terrible! I drive out of my way to go to a different one. Everyone always has a attitude. My last time there after having my order made incorrectly twice I asked for a refund, apparently in doing that it irritated the person making it (who turned out to be the manager) and she literally threw the sandwich across the back counter and huffed and puffed over to the register to give me my refund. Didn't even speak a word to me as she was doing it, not one apology. I did contact cooperate and they sent a coupon to be used at any location but the whole experience was just disgusting.

Ordered a light veggie sandwich only for it to fall out of the bag onto the floor because of how greasy it was! So soggy I couldn’t even eat it. Hands down the worst sandwich I’ve ever had and a complete waste of money

Excellent steak and cheese sandwich and french fries. Service was lightning fast.

I love Penn Station. I often order on doordash when its free delivery, otherwise the cost of an $8 sandwich becomes $23 after fees and tip....its no wonder anyone uses delivery services these days....but the food is always good.

They didn't add the French fries to the order which was around $7 Dollars, so I had to reorder. No option for using a Debit card, it charged everything as a credit. That would have added $15 Dollars more through my Bank. I had to pay with cash, but they need to notify the customer before hand. Not worth the money for eating there.

Use to come here all the time. Stopped back in after a few years to see if they still got it. They don't. After waiting a half hour they realized that they forgot about me, then made my food on the wrong bread with toppings I specifically asked be left off. Couldn't have dropped the ball harder. Your experience may differ from mine, but for me, I'm out.

Best pen station out here! Friendly and professional staff! Will someone please give tyrone a raise he deserves it! Every time I come to this location he’s always working with a smile on his face and giving it his all!

I have been a longtime satisfied customer of penn station but over the past few years their sandwiches have gotten narrower and narrower with a smaller amount of meat and veggies. They are not much wider than Jimmy johns slim subs. I stopped going to all Penn Station restaurants for almost 2 years now. I don't mind paying more for a good sub but at their higher price point i just feel like I'm not getting my moneys worth especially when you see their subs are skinnier and more expensive than all other subs out there. Its not just me, a lot of long time customers are saying the exact same thing. Its really sad because they have a very good product but i hate that feeling that I've paid way too much for what their giving me. I dont mind mind paying more for the same but not more for Less.

We always ordered steak and chess subs. We like to have them at least once a week. Good subs and reasonable price, $6.00 for a 6" sub...

Amazing food! The bread is soft and flavourful! Strings of cheese, sautéed veggies, fresh cut fries! Real lemonade! Wish it was closer to home!

It was great. We went in right before close when we were driving through the area. The employees were very polite and attentive even though they were closing which was really appreciated.

Penn Station is amazing. The employees are on top of their game here. The food is always cooked to order and their fries are always hot. No complaints from me, I've never had a bad experience here and I love going here. 5 stars with a high recommendation of taking the whole family for lunch.
