This is the worst place ever to eat. The sign states they open at 10:30 am but at 11:30 am they still aren’t open but have employees in the store. They said the chicken isn’t ready so they can’t open. Where is the manager at? Why is she or he not fired yet?? I have been coming to this location for a while now and I swear I love Popeyes chicken but no longer like or want the bad service. The employee are smoking blunts outside the store. Maybe they eat all the chicken or are too high to cook the chicken. I don’t know. Let’s hire some competent staff and rebuild this business. Fire all the terrible high employees.

Disappointed!!🥴 If done right the food is great! They just can’t get it together up there. I will never get food from there again. Popeyes needs to take some pointers from Chick-fil-A. Sorry just being honest!

I have ordered 2 popcorn shrimp, the portion of each is too small, they gave the shrimp in a tiny coleslaw box instead of the regular rectangular box. The amount of shrimp was too small and also they didn’t give any cocktail sauce. I regularly eat popcorn shrimp but today I totally disappointed with their service.

Super slow service. Unprofessional atmosphere. They just tell you to come to the window. The woman before me put the order in they must have ran out instead of notifying her at the point of ordering, She had to wait the whole process to get up to the window for them to tell her they ran out of her item. My shrimps were overcooked to the point where they were chewy. I had a lot of fries The breading on the shrimp wasn't bad but being overcooked killed the taste. Like chewy rubbery balls waste of time and money.

Do not go here. Management and employees are hard to deal with, take too long for your order. Had to wait 1 hour for a 16 piece, when told it was a 7 min wait. Went inside to ask about it and they told me to wait another half an hour. Didn’t get a refund or my chicken. One of the worst places I’ve ever experienced. The employees were rude even though it was an online pickup order. If I could give it no star I would.

If you're closed at 700pm can you please change your Google hours so I don't drive all the way to N Olmsted for no reason. I love Popeyes, I miss Popeyes. Never had this issue on the west coast. The ones in Ohio would have made me think Popeyes are just no good

Arrived at the store around 5:30pm. The drive thru was closed and the sign directed the customer to the lobby to place the order. But the doors were locked. Then an employee (with a drink in her hand) came out and said they were closed for about 30 minutes due to an incident. This is not the first time encountering issues with this Popeyes. And I don't eat fast food a lot. I like the food, but this location is terrible. They really need new management. I'm never going back there again.

Terrible long wait. No staff is working here. Food is ok. I put in mobile order but the lobby is closed. So have to wait in an hour long line. Food is cold. When u get it. Never again. Go to kfc instead or another better Popeyes if one exists. If there are no employees here why they open. Waste of time. Shouldn't have to wait an hour for a mobile order.

Me and my brother went there to get food as I was ordering the power went out , I was bummed out but luckily they took care of us! With no problem! Thank you guys keep up the good work ! Food was great to they deserve a race so hope the owner treats them as they treated us !!!!!!!!!!!

Food tastes like every other Popeyes. Service is extremely slow. I was the only one at the drive through, and my order took way longer than it should've to prepare.

Food was good. Service took forever. Tables were dirty. Price wasn't bad. I don't like garbage on Tables and the seats. Maybe short of help. But just nasty.

If I could give them no stars I would... waited for an hour. Its drive through only (doors were locked) because they have no staff and people were waiting 30+ minutes just to place an order go to Cleveland location or Amherst service has always been slow here in North Olmsted now its unbelievably slow

Okay y’all…we all know how it is when you want your food a certain way and you’re in no mood to fuss with mistakes so when I say I looked at the reviews for every Popeyes in the area….I settled on this location and I am so glad I did. The wait in the drive through was maybe 10 minutes but I’ll be patient for a well-made chicken sandwich with no pickles. The lady at the window was extremely kind and it might’ve been some of the hottest, freshest Popeyes experience I’ve ever had. With an online order! Glad I picked this location, too often do I have trouble with my Popeyes order. Fantastic service!

I went to the Great Northern store waited 30 min in line, was told majority of my order wasn't available that day. Went to the west park store and the dining room was closed couldn't go inside. Drive through was stopped. One customer outside the store said they were waking on a shipment of supplies. Booth were on the same day. The only reason I gave a one star rating is because they don't offer 0 or black hole ratings.

Sorriest place in North Olmsted. Waited 25 minutes in drive through, they did not have enough chicken for 10-piece SPECIAL they're promoting. They didn't tell us this at the speaker, instead they told us AFTER we paid. Had to substitute a different item. After all that- Did not get all my order of $30! Live 30 minutes away, so called as SOON as I opened my bag and discovered items were missing. Called, line busy....Posting this 2 HOURS later, line STILL busy - The phone HAS to be off the hook. They will be closing soon and I just wanted to let someone know this happened so that I may receive a credit or coupon or SOMETHING! Gas is TOO high to be going back when I have no other errands in that area today. And to top it off, our LARGE side was HALF full- so we paid the large price for a SMALL. This is the worse restaurant I have EVER been to in North Olmsted. This city is pretty upscale when it comes to their facilities and quality of service. Totally disappointed with this POPEYE'S. It has really put a scar on the brand.

Only the drive through is open and they must be TERRIBLY understaffed. We were 4th in line on our arrival. They were very slow taking orders and making people wait. The car that was two ahead of us placed a large order and had continued communication issues with the employee taking the order; she kept goofing it up, not the employee. Then more "please waits" and we gave up and went elsewhere. Not sure if we will return.

Placed an order online. They closed the restaurant early and didn't bother to notify me. I live a little more than 20 minutes from this restaurant. When I called the restaurant the manager got smart with me and didn't seem to have contact information for his boss or corporate in order for me to get a refund. While he was trying to lecture me because I placed my order on-line he told me corporate has them closing at 8pm, this was at 7:15pm on a Friday. At the very least one of the 3 or more people working in the restaurant could have called to notify me they weren't going to make my food and they likely could have refunded my money to me without me having to jump through hoops to get my money back.

Drive through was incredibly slow despite not being particularly busy. Seemed like they were literally cashing everyone out one at a time. Luckily we weren't in a hurry, but don't go here if you are. Had to wait after ordering for 2 chicken sandwiches and sides, and they were telling everyone they didn't have white meat in mild, so clearly the store wasn't prepared for the minimal demand they had. On the positive side, the food was quite good.

The line in the drive thru was moderately long. It appeared they were doing one car at a time. The whole purchase took 25 minutes. Wanted Cole slaw as there are no other vegetable choices. Girl apologized they were out, she stated they had been out of Cole slaw for 2 days. This is the second time I've come here and they have been out of Cole slaw. The order was correct and the chicken and potatoes and gravy were tasty. Staff was nice. Doing the best they could.

I love Popeye's Chicken. We got it for my birthday, it was hot and crispy. Staff was very nice and fast. This restaurant gets bad reviews but honestly I think it's the people that are rude and impatient. I love this restaurant

We use the app for the coupons. Went to drive thru. And had to wait for food. I don’t mind waiting However I feel like more care should go into packaging up our food. Lack of having proper packaging for food would be better. I feel like we didn’t have the proper amount when they give you the smaller portions when you order the larger side items. I ordered the family meal with 2 large side items. However I got smaller packaging for the side items which doesn’t look like it equivalent the the large container. Please bring back the proper sizes Good food but definitely need more employees. But they did put all the hot sauces, honey and mustard on the side.

This was possibly some of the best fried chicken I've had in a long while. They have definitely mastered that Louisiana flavor. It was just as good the next day out of the microwave at work. I ate too much chicken.

It took forever to get through the drive-through. I waited 15 to 20 minutes to even order. The only reason I lowered the score on service and atmosphere is because, as soon as they started to ask me my order, I would order one thing tell them it wasn't the end of my order they'd give me a total and I'd have to tell them I had more again. For everyone in the line that had patience, at least the employees could have patients as well. I also understand that places are understaffed and they are tired, but still a little would be nice. The food was great, and they got it out quick and easy, nothing missing, so that's an A+ in my book

My family wanted two can dine 5 piece dark chicken with two sides but the north olmsted location didn't have dark meat and need to offer better portion size of mashed potatoes for price of $9.99.

I did a mobile order...When I got here it wasn't ready!!! I had to wait 28 mins!!! Whats the point of a mobile or if its not ready??? People that came in the drive thru was finished before me. Thats crazy!!! They forgot my red beans n rice so I had to get out my car and go inside to get it. Only good thing is my chicken was hot and the lady was nice!

Girl working drive up was not respectful lacked customer service skills did not thank me and say have a good day she opened the window and said my total and handed her my card she handed it back and shut the window she then returns with my food I say thank you she says nothing and closes the window and to top it all off no spoon for the sides and no napkins. 06/03/23 time 6:30 -6:45 pm . Chicken was very good .

DO NOT COME TO THIS POPEYES. I do not know why it is still open. I have never written a review before because I've never had an experience this bad, but I'm still really upset. The front doors are kept lock, despite it being 4pm and other customers are somehow sitting inside. I waited in line for 15 minutes, with THREE cars infront of me. I would have left, but I physically could not. Then, when I got to the speaker to order, I waited another 5 minutes, because the girl inside kept telling me to wait. Once we got to the window she said again it would be a minute, and my mom asked how long it would be. She said she didn't know, and my mom said we couldn't wait too long because my dog was in the car about to overheat. After hearing this, she hands us our drinks and a bag of food that was sitting next to her the whole time. Also the drinks were wrong, and there wasn't any straws or napkins. I understand that working in fast food can be a lot, especially if your understaffed, but with the amount of problems this popeyes has it truly should not be open.

I go here because I do love me some Popeyes, but this location is hilariously terrible. It actually blows my mind they stay open, service is slow enough that they almost definitely lose 40%+ of business they'd get otherwise. Employees are incredible rude too. I'll actually get Uber eats or doordash from here to avoid the line sometimes, and I've had to get refunds after an hour SEVERAL TIMES because the drivers give up.

I don't even know where to begin. The food? Amazing! The service? Very top notch! Probably my favorite Popeyes that I've been to. You may have a bit of a wait but considering the fact that this location is understaffed, I think they're doing amazing with what they have. I don't know about you, but I'd prefer friendly staff and delicious food over rude staff and decent or nasty food. I will be returning again! 😋

The new staff you guys have are great, they seem to love their jobs. The atmosphere was unexpected for fast food the crew was singing seemed to be having a great time. The food was fresh and we didn’t wait long. I read the reviews but I’m glad I tried them anyway. Great experience

It was horrible. 15 minute wait in drive though, girl did not take our order right, Over 20 minutes (in a downpour) to get our order. Then she told us is was $12 for a coupon of $4.49 each for 2. The when we showed her our coupon she still got it wrong and said it came to $24. My husband was so angry he threw the coupon on the ground and left. To make matters even worse trying to talk during the downpour got the inside of our van wet. This is the second time we went here and there won't be a third! Horrible horrible horrible One one star because there was no 0
