i do not recommend. the girl who took our order was very rude. asked for no whipped cream and of course… there was whipped cream on it. secondly, we got 2 blizzards and one was perfect but the other one was literally so bad. it almost seemed like they made it prior, put it in the freezer, and then served it to me. it was as hard as a rock. really disappointed.

My mom and I went here to get an ice cream cake for my birthday, she's dying from cancer and wanted to do something nice for my birthday. it was a log shaped one with plenty of room to write Happy Birthday on, but they refused to. They didn't seem to care what we wanted. Whatever happened to pleasing your customers?! The people working were young, immature, and extremely rude and didn't seem to care. They ignored my mom when she tried to talk to them. We won't be going back to any Dairy Queen ever again. These corporations don't care want their customers want or care how they're treated. So I will be telling everyone how they treated my mom here and tell everyone to never go to any dairy queen again.

Ordered with door dash the girls working 4/24/2022 didn’t give my dasher my whole order my dasher called them right in front of me they told him to bring a screen shot of my order made him drive all the way back up there just to ignore him at the door because they were about to close wouldn’t answer his phone calls so I called they answered and told me they can’t do anything about it I would have to get a refund from door dash…then why say come back with a screen shot??? Not to mention she had a real nasty attitude it’s funny how they want to be mad because they messed up..

Drove about 15 minutes and showed up at 930, placed an order for a chicken basket and was told their grill was off for the night. I am just extra disappointed. Please post that you turn off your grills an hour before close somewhere on your website.

The ice cream was good but the appearance was horrible, so messy and lopsided, about to fall off the cone.

Was not happy about the prep and quality of the food Had to go up a few times and get my meal right and some of it had to go back the second time because of an excuse of how they cook Texas toast apparently they have a new way of cooking it up there or frying it or baking it or cuz he definitely didn't have it in a toaster The chicken fingers I had to send back I ordered a six piece and two of them were chicken finger size they were stubs that they tried to pawn off his full pieces and they would have been really good except that the oil tasted a little rancid But the Texas toast which I had a son back twice apparently there's a new way of preparing Texas toast toasted on one side but absolutely raw and doughy on the other side and they said that's the way they cook it or make it or prepare it however they tried upon that off on me before so I was not very happy with my meal

The only thing good from my $30.06 dollar meal was the large ice cream cone. The fish was microwaved and old with a piece of translucent lettuce and maybe a 1/2 teaspoon of tarter sauce on it. It tasted like lake erie water. Disgusting

This DQ has been a staple for our family for 2 decades. Their great food, delicious blizzards, and most importantly friendly staff have made this restaurant a highlight of our week. Finding a location that my wife and kids look forward to, is affordable, and has quality food is a blessing especially in our location. Your effort and attention to detail are noticed.

This location is always very clean. The staff are friendly and accommodating to order changes and substitutions. Nice size restaurant with a full menu and outdoor seating right out front.

This is the best experience I’ve ever had at a DQ! We aren’t from here but come into town a few times a year to visit family and on our most recent trip we stopped to get some food because a friend recommended it if we are DQ fans. I usually don’t leave reviews but felt like I had to based on the amazing customer service and overall experience. The food was fantastic and they double checked to make sure we had everything we needed, which is such a pleasure when you’re moving in a hurry. We will definitely be back next time we’re in town!!

So the kids wanted to go here sober got meals and ice cream new chicken finger basket with rings was ok wish it was a bigger basket no texas toast . Kids loved the chicken fingers and double cheeseburger hubby didn't like his cheeseburger .. he got the regular double cheeseburger not the steak burger and he said it tasted pre made and just warmed up. Not very flavorful so hence 4 out of 5.. however the ice cream made up for it my son loved the unicorn rainbow shake which he loved real strawberries in it the other 2 hot fudge sundaes and the hot fudge was in plentiful.. mine and my husband's ice cream was also very well put together and plentiful on the hot fudge .ice cream needed more stars it was that awesome..everyone working was very kind and polite. Especially to my kids.. so much patience a definite plus.. this is a very good dairy queen

Spent almost $60 on food and all the burgers were cold, cheese wasn't even melted on the burgers and missing ketchup. Pretzels were hard and cold and didn't have the cheese with them. They also forgot a whole sandwich. When we asked for the items to be remade they said they could 'heat them up' because they were busy. Didn't compensate or offer anything to make it better except they did remake the cold burgers. Won't be going to this location again.

I love coming to this location! Always clean and never get the orders wrong. Me and my family personally love coming on Mondays cause hotdogs are 1.50$

Stopped in for free cone day. A few people who walked in after us got served before us but the girl who made our cones handed out quite a nice size cone for the confusion. They hire great kids there.

This is the best run DQ by a mile. The food is always fresh and the service is always top notch. The workers greet you with a smile and are very polite. The dining room is always clean and well managed. This is the only DQ I will go to given that it always exceeds expectations. Please do yourself a favor and try this location, you will not be disappointed!

This is by far the best DQ and best fast food restaurant I’ve ever eaten food from. The service is amazing. As an avid steelhead fisherman I work up quite the appetitive on the river slamming steelhead. The north Olmstead DQ is my go to Uber eats delivery straight to my fishing hole on the Rocky river. There is a Dq closer than this one but the NO DQ puts out the best product and I can call the restaurant and ask for extra flame sauce and they always hook it up. Clean, great service, great food. The manager is amazing as well and goes above and beyond to accommodate the customer. I just love this place!

Went there today and paid 21.00 for a cold horrible dinner, the double cheeseburger were cold like they were left overs from lunch. Fries were cold too. I just wonder what was I waiting for? Not for them to cook the food. Yuck foo! There was a flyer on the window stating when receipt day was. As if someone would come back after purchasing that swill. My husband said he would rather eat an old shoe. Maybe the grill has run it's course. It's very obvious that the people working there could care less what they are selling you, may their next meals be just a horrible. I would give no stars but it won't let me. If you go there stick to ice cream.

The last few months every order I purchased was not what I asked for but you don't realize it until your home and eating it. The condiments that are suppose to be ingredients in the blizzards were either missing or very little. The food itself was good. I really don't want to buy desserts at this store anymore because its disappointing every time. Years ago they were great!

I went to Dairy Queen Grill and Chill for lunch for my wife and I yesterday. My wife originally wanted a shrimp 🦐 basket with fries 🍟, but I was told they didn't have that till spring. So after naming the whole menu to her over the phone 📱 she settled on a stacked 2 cheese 🧀 burger 🍔 with fries 🍟, and a hot fudge sundae. I wanted to get that as a meal, but they only did drinks on combo meals, not desserts. I ordered a flaming 🔥 hot cheese 🧀 burger 🍔 and fries 🍟 with a choco extreme mini blizzard. Having ordered ala-cart the order was more expensive than I thought 💭. Just wish they could do desserts with combo meals. When I got to the nursing home 🏡 with the order, my wife took 1 bite of the burger 🍔 and decided she didn't like it, but ate the fries 🍟 and sundae. I ate my meal, and her burger. Food was good, but I don't think 🤔 it was worth the money 💵.

The interior of the place is great! Looks newly renovated and has a little bit if a nostalgic theme. Food is delicious, and the staff is great :)

I often visit many Dairy Queen’s across northeast Ohio and this location has never let me down. They have quality managers teaching the kids how to properly cook the food! And the bacon on the burgers is always crispy and delicious. Best burgers when cooked right and these folks do that!

Best burger I've had in a while. Staff was polite, service was fast and everyone was in a good mood. I swear the head grill guy has been there for 20 years, I see him every time I go in. I always leave happy when I pick DQ.

We went here last night and spent $31 on a couple shakes and 2 blizzards, might as well have been 4 shakes, because we could literally drink our blizzards. Was basically a drink with chunks in it. And when trying to scan for points they "don't do that at this location". Won't be returning to this location..

Ordered a large meal but was given a medium food was bland no flavor and staff was rude and snotty the upcharge for a blizzard was 4 dollars and the prices were ridiculous 2.29 for a ice cream cone like really I went to the one across town and paid only 12.89 for a large of the exact same thing talk about price gouging. Don't go here unless you want to pay outrageous prices for something that you can get across town for cheaper. They did have a friendly atmosphere and only the manager was rude that's why only 2 stars

If this is the North Ridgeville location, they don't participate in the UpsideDown or it's Free program and usually don't take coupons. The place employs a lot of high-school aged peeps, mostly females. The service and food is pretty good -- average as DQ goes. The N. Ridgeville one gets slammed at certain hours in the warm season. I've never had an error with my food, though. If this is the one near North Olmsted/Great Northern mall, I've only been once. It was fine.

No line in drive thru but they have you pull ahead Bring no condiments but tell you they are in the bag They are not, don't bother putting condiments on sandwich that they asked you if you wanted when you ordered. Annoying

Ordered two medium blizzards through the drive through, total was about ten bucks which was fine, nothing wrong with them but they somehow mixed up the order. Understandable and I was told it would take a few minutes which I was fine with, I understand it was busy. Five minutes rolls around and a girl different than the one who was previously serving me told me I “can’t just pull up and order at the window” and to “be courteous next time” which wasn’t the case, I had ordered at the speaker, things just got mixed up. She was very rude, obviously communication and customer service isn’t her strong point.

A local favorite. Although they're known for their ice cream and ice cream cakes don't sleep under burgers and chili dogs. They do a good job with some of the menu items that people don't really know about. I've enjoyed going there since one of my kids had a high school job there so perhaps unbiased but that kid is in college now and I still eat there from time to time.

Got a Reese blizzard by a slim white girl at front desk today and she was very nice and polite got a laugh out of it her too need more employees like her. Order took maybe 1min

11.99 for a large blizzard and they dont even have a scanner to allow us to use the app.. They dont take Apple pay either… Ridiculous.. DQ by my house does all that and the blizzards are no more than $5… Owners here are greedy and their food sucks.

Took my family to 𝐃𝐐 and they truly loved their desserts. We ordered butterfinger, m&m, chocolate chip cookie dough and Reese’s blizzards 🥤🥤🥤🥤. Good customer service 👍🏾

Ordered 2 blizzards and a pup cup and everything was half melted, the blizzards were more like milkshakes. Very disappointing.

If I could put zero I would that was so sad. I got a cherry stopped cone. I asked it wouldn't be made til I got to the window and it was cracked and dripping when she handed to me. I said that was just done? She said yep and I got to throw away my ice cream

Is one of the area's best treats in hot eat it's greats and hot eats it doesn't get any better than this did anybody in the nest my favorite go too spot to take care of my friend but to take care of my friends with great treats
