Horrible freaking services!!! Ordered a pizza and they got the order wrong. Then I took a bite of my cheesybread and pulled a nice long curly piece of hair!!! Called the manager and he didn't seem bothered by it. Disgusting. Don't even bother. Last time I was there the one guy was rolling the dough with no gloves, figured maybe his hands were cleaned... but I guess they don't wear glove, or hair nets, and obviously can't read directions properly.

Wow wow wow, no one is wearing gloves at this location. Im surprised they are still opened. I mean seriously their cashier touches money and then prepares the pizza..... WHAT THE HECK?!!! Very unclean. Avoid if you care about cleanliness.

We ordered the "Epic pepperoni stuffed crust pizza" and added extra cheese. Got the pizza and there was no pepperoni at all. I called the store and the person who answered was apparently not trained in customer service! He said he was the manager. Very unprofessional and rude! He said that you have to add pepperoni to the toppings! False advertisement and horrible customer service. He didn't even offer to fix the order. Definitely won't choose Papa John's again. Better off ordering from the expensive places like Angelo's in Lakewood! Way better customer service and worth the extra money!!

I am only giving 2 stars because of the very nice man that was working in the store. If not for him I would not even give 1 star. Ordered 3 of the papa bowls. They tasted ok at best but as far as the portion size and toppings that were in them very disappointed and they have the nerve to charge $8.00 each. Wouldn't mind paying that price if there was a bigger portion or at the very least more toppings in them. The quality and quantity just does not justify the amount that they charge. I would not even consider these bowls to be Shaq snack size. Shame on them. Will not order anything from them again. Also the enormous packaging they use for these bowls does not make sense. Rectangular plastic container with a cardboard sleeve over it and then put inside a small pizza box.... things that make you go hmmmm

So tried ordering on line and it told me my bank card was not valid. So went to store and paid there. Checked my bank account and they charged me 4 extra times. Now that is 134$ in pizza. Call they say call tech support and it does not work. Called the store back manger says there is nothing they can do. Pizza has spiral down since the change in ownership. You can no longer pick up a slice, that's how discusently thin it is. Toppings are so skimmed that no 2 slices taste the same. As a long time patient Papa John's customer, I am done. No more paying for this trash!

Called and ordered pizza (call center answered this was at 10:15 pm.) I specifically asked I know you close at 11p.m. will I have any issues getting my order, he says no that's just for carry out delivery is fine so I order the total is 35 dollars, they tell me an hour, so after an hour I just happen to look at my bank account and see they credited me my money back, so I call no answer so they closed like I had suspected which was why I asked to begin with, so the next night I order at 9:55p.m. (call center answered again) keep in mind they are out of state possibly out of the country, I order my same order from the night before, and he says ok that will be 73 dollars and I'm like how for 1 pizza cheese sticks and a dr pepper, so I tell him to please connect me to the actual store he does no answer so long story short I got pizza hut I will never attempt to order from them again

Visited tonight and stood at the counted for about 5 minutes, was talking to my partner and waiting for someone to appear. We didn't see anyone in the shop. We kept waiting but walked out about another 5 minutes later. We thought maybe the store was closed or something was wrong. We sat outside and finally a staff member appeared and we could see he had headphones in. With the time the counter was unattended, they could of been robbed. Very slack and dangerous work practice. Nobody knew we were waiting there. Ended up leaving cos that's just really unacceptable.

This is the location I use about once a week. A gentleman works there that is very nice, however, he spends his entire interaction telling outrageous jokes, and then hands me the wrong order almost every single time. Luckily I started looking, and caught it today before I left. But then I was left with a sloppy, super rushed pizza when they tried to fix the mistake. The man asked me to pay $6000 for my food, and I definitely didn't get $6000 worth of service.

Ordered a pizza for delivery Took an hour and 10 minutes to get the pizza Then the delivery person just knocked on the door and left the pizza on the sidewalk and left.

So no one wears gloves at this location...AT ALL. I ordered carryout online and when I picked up my pizza I was in a hurrry and got home I noticed a piece of hair embedded in the cheese. Once I got back to the location to return the pizza I noticed no one had gloves on and were wiping their hands on their pants, and one guy was even smoking a vape pen and sneezed and coughed in his hands and arms several times and never washed his hands, nor did the guy who hopped from making pizzas to come touch money and the drawer. After I alerted them about the hair he even walked up and wiped his hands on his nose and then proceeded to wipe them on his pants and shirt. I couldn't have been more disgusted. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. Once I was pulling away I saw them all huddled around the pizza that I had just returned. Guess they wanted to look at the hair that the guy who wasn't wearing gloves and had hair up and down his arms and a full beard left on my pizza....Smh.

Pizza is good. Prices are little hight but I go when I can use promo. Usually 25off code works so fine with me I'll order. It's good pizza

Dont understand why Everytime I come here my online to go orders are never even started . Says 25 min wait and only ordered things... The store is so dead and order not even started.

I don't know what happened at this location but no toppings whatsoever...also have a no contact delivery but they want to pound on the door and go to a door that's not even lit up for delivery. Oh then he asks if I even order it!

Service was excellent but Pizza was not okay. I ordered the new Large Stuffed Crust Pizza online for my family and I and I don't know if it was the dough, crust, salsa, pepperoni or cheese but it tasted so bad. Maybe it was uncooked or the dough that they used was too old but the whole Pizza itself even the some of the crust with the cheese inside were awful. I don't know if I would recommend anyone to buy here. Maybe it's just the location because Papa's Johns used to be so good before. This is my personal opinion. I would not recommend it.

I was a former GM at the old Bedford OH location when I was 21. Jerry, the GM at the North Olmsted location was my area supervisor when I worked at Bedford Papa Johns. He was a great area supervisor then. Jerry is the MAN. The FINAL BOSS of general managers. The North Olmsted store always looks clean. I have had zero issues with any of my orders in the last 10 years. I'm 44....and that GM has been with the company for 20+ years. That is impressive. Puts my 5 year stint there to shame lol. Everyone there is nice. Everyone there does a really good job. Especially the last two years, in the mistd of this covid $hit $how. Keep up the good work.
