I was surprised how good the food was here. Grabbed a 6$ hot n ready pepperoni pizza. Crust is delicious, good proportions (cheese to sauce to pepperoni) cooked just right. One of the best tasting pizzas I’ve had. Definitely the best little Caesar’s I’ve had. Picked up 3 pm 6-2-23

More than half the staff there needs to be fired. Rude as hell, I called 5 times to place an order and they just sat there staring at the phone and walked away when a customer came in. I called one more time and miss piggy picked up and was rude as hell and said they are short staffed so they are closed and hung up. They weren’t short staffed and weren’t closed. Just lazy.

Always get what I expect there and for the price, it's tough to beat. I've spent alot more on pizza at other spots and been so disappointed.

Called to place an order while I was waiting outside in my car. Could clearly see employees standing around but no one decided to answer.

The evening manager is extremely unprofessional and rude to customers. I called to inform her that our pizza tasted old and sour and she was very nasty and even went on to say "stop calling here". I sent my complaint to corporate office because poor customer service is what keeps customers away. We want to feel understood and like u care about our satisfaction. I will never step foot in that location again and i hope she is spoken to about her nasty attitude.

I once ordered a ton of pizzas same day and they were very accommodating. It did take some time and I had ton of pizzas left over, but happy that they helped me with my order and even helped when I wanted to cancel one of the pizzas I ordered. Friendly staff. Down to earth. Pizza is very good for convenient purpose. You should definitely try their stuffed crust most cheesiest pepperoni pizza!

You just can't beat the pizza for the price. This is my go to place for pizza night with a big family that won't break the bank.

This place is the worst!! First, the customer service is nonexistent, not from the manager and certainly not from the "kids" that work there. Cleanliness is something that I would say is also nonexistent when I see one kid walking around with a broom upside down in the kitchen area, another one mopping while another one is preparing the pizzas. We have been going here for a couple years but will not go back again any time soon. Not sure what happened but the people that are being hired leave a lot to be desired on all levels. And the hype on that pretzel crust pizza is just that, all hype. Not even close to what is being advertised.

Rayna and crew have provided phenomenal service more times than I can count. Busy or slow, they handle orders quickly. Food is good and staff has been excellent. Thank you North Olmsted Little Caesars!

They are always so awesome at tweaking the pizza for me. I have been Keto for years and scrape the toppings and sauce off the crust occasionally for a treat. They add extra sauce and don't cut the pizza so it's easier. They are very nice there!

Moved to the area recently walked in, and there was a child working behind the counter in the kitchen doing the cash register. I was totally appalled never seen anything like it. I will not be back there. There are child labor laws. I’m actually afraid to eat my pizza whoever is, the manager should be fired immediately for allowing anything like that to transpire in a business

I love this location and I've been coming here since 6 years ago and its been the same manager since then who is so kind and generous!! The pizza is perfectly made each time and once I find a location with consistency I stick with it. So this little Caesars is the one. I babysit often and bring little ones with me and they're always so sweet to them too. I love an atmosphere with patient and kind human beings.. these days is hard to find.

I love pizza. Little Caesars has decent pizza. Today's pizza is terrible. It's a thin crust, hardly any cheese and sauce. The pizza must of been sitting for hours. I've never returned a pizza before but I'm thinking of returning this one.

I’m on a life’s mission to try every little Caesar’s in the country. Currently I’m at 22 & by far the North Olmsted, OH location has far succeeded the GREATEST extra most bestest pizza & the FRIENDLIEST staff!!!! Will be returning

Came in for a cheese deep dish and the staff were so nice and time efficient! I was able to get in & out quickly on my lunch break! thanks guys

Do NOT do delivery here as you take your chance of being caught between door dash and their consumer dept (which will have you on hold forever and will not get back to you right away). NOTE: The employees are wonderful but their hands are tied due to company policies thus the 3 stars not 1. Needless to say I am in a perpetual nightmare all for a lousy $25. Oh yes if I wanted to order again: I HAVE TO PAY AGAIN. Refund only comes through THEIR consumer line (not directly through door dash). But again do not fault the employees they are awesome. Pick up if you can rather than delivery. LET ME ADD: NO COMPENSATION FOR THIS INCONVENIENCE! 10 DAY WAIT FOR REFUND.

Girl running the register seemed aggravated, can't really blame her since they're understaffed but nobody is forcing her to work there. Lighten up a little, life's too short.

You're putting too much pepper into your sauce! I ordered a pizza,..not a jalapeno! My mouth, throat and sinuses are on fire! That's way too much for a pizza,..get another cook please! 🥺

This was the first time for Litt Ceasers. Bring that it was last minute we decided on the theory of hot and ready. One large pepperoni and one large cheese still took about 15 minutes to make or heat up. A guy came in after me and ordered one large pepperoni and rather than add that one to my order she gave it to him and I continued to wait. It didn't really appear that the girl at the counter that took the order is really wanted to be there. If you don't like your job then go find something else. The pizza itself was fine. We enjoyed that. If I were to rate the pizza, then four stars. The girl actually working, one star.

Great staff and the pizza never disappoints.

Terrible service. Online order said it would be ready by 7:05…..still waiting at 8:00. Man at the register annoyed and throwing things around the store in front of us. Cheap pizza = sometimes cheap service
