Hire better delivery drivers and store managers that are willing to help and listen when I explain there must have been a mistake as I did not receive my pizza and they refused to honor a refund or help. They were super busy and I kept calling for over an hour and sometimes would get the store associates or I would get the call center and they would transfer me to the store to then get disconnected. Deliver driver was rude when I asked for a refund. He said you have your pizza we are not refunding you anything.

We are starting to get staffed and I have new people working and learning, and trying our utmost best to get Hot, Fast, Tasty, Delicious Food out to our Valued Customers. Idk if the commercials are responsible but pizza hut is back! Actually the most reliable chain pizza these days. Delivery times are never bad, pizza is still hot when its delivered and it's all very good for when you're wanting a nice pepperoni!

This location is horrible. EVERYTIME. Pizza Hut should shut them down. I included a photo of the new "edge pizza". Clearly not as advertised. They NEVER include sauces that they are always happy to remember to charge you for. Shameful. Gross. Your location is the worst I've ever tried. And my standards are very low. Just get the basics right. Yuck

Nicki/Nicky (I'm sorry if I am misspelling her name) but she gave us amazing service, she went above and beyond. She cut it just how I like it and even replaced an item for me when I didn't even expect it. That was so incredibly kind and it made my whole night. I highly recommend this pizza hut above all. Delicious and made perfect. Thank you so much!!

My girlfriend and I just worked 24 hours. Not only was the place “closed” with a sign saying “closed due to emergency” I get that. But when I see a gentleman in the store mouthing “we’re closed” so not only do we not have dinner tonight, we are also out of our $30 we just paid for the food. How hard would’ve been to just hand us a $10 and a $20 bill. Very unprofessional, just very ridiculous and hope the owner of this sees this. How don’t you have enough workers to make a pizza? You need one Lol

I am a dasher. A customer paid for their order directly thru the store, who was then supposed to pay Doordash and they kept my $5.00 tip. How many other dasher tips have they stolen? I know there was a tip because the customer asked if I received it?

The delivery person did not call as I asked and left our food outside in the foyer which was not heated and by the time I thought to look out there it was really cold and had to be re-heated. The delivery person could have rang the buzzer or tried calling until I answered. The food itself was very good as usual. We are moving Sunday so this was the last time ordering from this location.

Horrible customer service. Attempted to order three large pizzas for delivery from Sean, he said he didn’t know how to deliver to the address I gave him that I should call back after 3:00 snd speak to the manager. When I called after 3, he said to call in another 15 minutes. When I called again they attempted to transfer me to the manager. I was disconnected. I tried back three more times snd by all indications was hung up on, I would have ordered elsewhere sooner but my 89 year old father had requested Pizza Hut. Sean did everything to avoid taking care of me as did the young woman working there, at one point he even asked me to call a location further from my father’s nursing home instead of asking him to take my order. On the upside, we ordered from a different Pizza Hut and my family said the pizza “wasn’t as bad as they expected”.

Busy place on sundays during football. Short staffed, but the staff that was working that day were polite and busy. Food was hot and ready when i arrived. Considering the lack of help, and the 12 orders i could see on the board, they did a damn good job!

Yummy pizza every time, but the employees are unfriendly, and ungrateful with a decent tip, most of the time I am picking it up! No 'thank you', no 'you are welcome' and they look unkempt, proper hygiene? The little red haired girl that was working there every single day for years is really missed.

Cleanest Pizza Hut ever. The manager(Liz) is very friendly and her pizzas are the best!

We got the big New Yorker. Possibly the worst pizza I've ever eaten and nothing like the Big New Yorker from the late 90s. Wings were cold and had the wrong sauce on them.

The staff was super friendly. Our food was hot and fresh. We will order here again.

Dear Pizza Hut, First, when did you start having a call answering service answer calls for your stores during business hours? After hanging up on me 3 times, your call answering service rep took my order, told me to pick it up in 15-20 min, then I walked up to the store at 9:54pm...the door was locked, though you close at 10pm..the rude lady was counting money from the drawer, rolling her eyes so hard at me I think they might have got stuck up there...and then got angry with me because I politely knocked on the door to try and get her attention, as I was clearly confused...not realizing the original person I spoke to on the phone was some other lady from an answering service I'm a different state/country til after I called back...which when I did call back...I got hung up on a 4th time....then they called me back...said 2 words...then hung up on me a 5th time. P.S. - This is the first negative review of a business I've ever left online in my life. I mean, I know it's just pizza...but I'm just flat out annoyed (and hungry) right now. Do better next time.

Ordered Sunday in the early evening, they made a mistake and messed the order up. The lady who called me after they screwed up was very rude, kissed her teeth and hung up on me. Will never order again.

The GM is so friendly and goes beyond. Detroit Style pizza was excellent!

This was supposed to be half cheese half sausage…it’s so burnt you can’t tell which half is which. I called the store and they sent another pizza! Awesome!

Awful awful awful. Ordered delivery, nearly $50 worth of food. They contracted out to DoorDash & I got the wrong order, not even CLOSE to what I ordered. Could be the store or doordasher but I’ll never know because nobody at the store will pick up. In fact, I can tell they continue to hang up on me. What an absolute waste of money, never again.

IF you order online, the management at this location is horrible. they call you and say: since you are paying cash, we dont have any drivers, there will be an up charge for grub hub to deliver, but we need a credit card. all this to order a pizza?

The food was good and the delivery was quick; the only thing is that the delivery driver set my pizza box on the floor in front of my door. I was under the impression that it would be in something, not directly on the floor. He called and knocked, so it was only for a few seconds, but I would not have selected contactless delivery if I would have known he was just going to set the pizza box on the floor.

Ordered pickup and the staff were very friendly. The food was hot & fresh, packaged well. 1 pizza wasn't cut....

Tried the edge pizza, I have a new favorite. Thin crust great pizza the stuffed crust pizza is a long time favorite of mine as well, the rest of the crust was thin that made it twice as nice.

Order was never delivered. Called the restaurant 5 times and was hung up on when inquired about status of order. After 2 hours the money was refunded to bank account. Never received a call that the restaurant cancelled the order. I had used points to order the pizza as well as I purchased other items. The fifth phone call was received by the call service and I was told the restaurant had disconnected the phone. Very disappointed with this entire transaction.
