Hut,
First,
when
did
you
start
having
a
call
answering
service
answer
calls
for
your
stores
during
business
hours?
After
hanging
up
on
me
3
times,
your
call
answering
service
rep
took
my
order,
told
me
to
pick
it
up
in
15-20
min,
then
I
walked
up
to
the
store
at
9:54pm...the
door
was
locked,
though
you
close
at
10pm..the
rude
lady
was
counting
money
from
the
drawer,
rolling
her
eyes
so
hard
at
me
I
think
they
might
have
got
stuck
up
there...and
then
got
angry
with
me
because
I
politely
knocked
on
the
door
to
try
and
get
her
attention,
as
I
was
clearly
confused...not
realizing
the
original
person
I
spoke
to
on
the
phone
was
some
other
lady
from
an
answering
service
I'm
a
different
state/country
til
after
I
called
back...which
when
I
did
call
back...I
got
hung
up
on
a
4th
time....then
they
called
me
back...said
2
words...then
hung
up
on
me
a
5th
time.
P.S.
-
This
is
the
first
negative
review
of
a
business
I've
ever
left
online
in
my
life.
I
mean,
I
know
it's
just
pizza...but
I'm
just
flat
out
annoyed
(and
hungry)
right
now.
Do
better
next
time.
