On my recent visit to great northern mall, I had the chance to try Burger Guys, first I was very impressed of how clean the place was. The employees were very professional, my order came out exactly as I order. I had the loaded fries and the grilled chicken sandwich, I was very satisfied with the portion and quality of the food. Highly recommend this place.

I was wondering why no one was ordering anything from this place inside the mall. All the other eateries were crowded but not one person was at Burger Guys except myself. I should have known better. The young gentleman just kept watching the people in the mall and did not seem interested in working at this eatery. I ordered a medium hamburger and medium fry. I told him I would like all the free condiments but no jalapenos. I ended up with 3 patties on a bun with alot of jalapenos and he forgot to make my fries which I had to remind him. I am sure he is a nice young man but was more interested in people watching. This eatery will not be making money any time soon. A young teenager came by to order but after several minutes he left because the young man at the eatery was not interested in turning around to see if there were any other customers. Maybe this young worker needs more training. Please help him.

This place definitely has potential. The customer service is lacking the guy was irritated when I asked to switch out the jalepenos to tomatoes on the Chipotle burger. Then come to fans out there was a sloppy amount of Chipotle sauce on the bun and a single small tomato in the center of my burger. I wiped away the excess sauce and found that cheese sigle patty on the bun were actually pretty good better than most fast food burgers for sure. But definitely not worth 8 bucks. That doesn't include fries or a drink add that on for money and you might as well sit down At a sit resteraunt. I'd go here a gain for sure.

This place is one of the best places that serves burgers around the area. They are really fresh and the staff is really friendly and professional. You must try their loaded fries also. I really recommend this place to anyone.

This is hands down the best burger place in the area. The milkshakes are delicious and the loaded chicken fries are also amazing.

The meat had no flavor, tasted like it was frozen meat. The sandwich itself was plain, if the meat isn’t good, the whole sandwich isn’t good. Their wings were in the small size category. Very disappointed. Would not recommend!

This was definitely the best burger in all of Cleveland, Ohio. Perhaps the best I ever had. The burger is very well put together and is never in danger of falling apart. The meat itself is of the highest quality. Also, it's halal which is most certainly appreciated.

This place is unreal. I had employee go to get lunch from burger guys during her lunch break. Mind you it took them almost a half hour to get her food. While trying to order the “manager” was on the phone the whole time. While making her food (mind you you can see them making the items from the counter) the man was EATING the food right out of the fryer as he was MAKING IT. Therefore CONTAMINATING her food. We will be reaching out to mall management as this is just ridiculous.

I usally don’t go for fast food but i was starving and willing to try this place since i’ve never been there before. First of all the food mas amazing! It really left me impressed. Portions are definitely a plus. I would for sure recommend this place!! 🍔

We were very excited to find a halal burger place here! Burgers were very juicy and flavorful. Wings were delicious too and fries were okay. Service was very good so was the cleanliness.

The best tasting, mouth-watering, freshest-ingredient Chicken Fajita Sandwich I have ever had. Distinctively robust grilled peppers, mushrooms and onions on a crispy sub bun with gooey cheese…. It’s like an explosion of flavor in every bite. I come to this mall just for this sub. Get it, you won’t be disappointed. $9.99. (In photo I asked for a little extra mayonnaise)

The Philly burger was pricy for the size of the burger. The burger also had no lettuce, tomato, or onion. The cook placed ketchup packets in the bag. Taste wise, the burger is no better/worse than MCD. Smaller frozen patties, just like MCD.

I never had a problem. One time a waited 1hour due to mall opening hours. Not burger guys. In fact I was first in line and fresh and hot after working 16 hours.

I had the rodeo burger , it was really delicious and fresh . I definitely gonna come here again .

Just returned from a mall visit with 2 of my children. I got 2 kiddie meals one chicken tenders one cheeseburger and I got a large cheese burger meal. Positive parts of the visit were the price and portion size. Decently priced and got for the most part the value for your buck. The quality was nothing short of abysmal. It wasn't clear wether condiments were available or toppings neither. The chicken strips in the kids meal was very cheap chicken and only 2 pieces at about 2 inches long. Great for my 2 year old daughter but if I were to get that for one of my older kids no way a kid would be full. The burgers tasted like ones from elementary school that came from restaurant depot with cheap cheese. The fries were worse I believe they were probably freshly cut but there was absolutely no salt added to it, they were just raw potatoes going into a fryer. In all fairness they did offer salt packets to season for your own taste so if you get fries make sure to grab your own seasonings because they don't season anything themselves. If you didn't want any of the 5 Chinese places or Mr. Hero then this place might be your place but next time I'll just grab McDonald's on the way home than waste my time and leave unsatisfied.

I absolutely loved their cheezy burger, so much that I'll come back and get it over and over again. Nowhere near as greasy as five guys etc, and the cheese fries were good too. Their online ordering works well, which is great.

We ordered through Doordash and I was very disappointed. I chose items that I wanted on each burger I ordered and they basically came with nothing, except maybe a slice of cheese. My girls were not happy at all. It was a complete let down. The only thing on my order that was correct was the cheese fries. Wouldn't order again through an app. I'd order in person to make sure my order was correct.

I really liked the way they cook their burgers but this time I got food poisoning. I ordered a patty melt with mozzarella sticks and had through all of it up. Will not be getting any more business from me.
