I’ve never wrote a review in my life but here I am. What 19 year old writes reviews you ask? Well if you want to go to the most underwhelming Mexican restaurant in America, come here. The taco meat clearly wasn’t even seasoned. KEEP IN MIND ON TACO TUESDAY TACOS ARE 2 FOR $5!!!!! WHICH WOULD MAKE YOU THINK THEY’RE SIZEABLE!!!! WHICH ISN’T THE CASE! My dad’s beer was $9 for a pint and my brother’s bottle was $4 which might be understandable if we were at Jeff ruby’s perhaps. The restaurant was empty clearly for good reason. It took forever to get our check and we had to ask for napkins and hot sauce twice. The high rated reviews must’ve been written by robots or they were at a different restaurant. Never come here.

We stopped in on a Friday right after work for a drink and chips at the bar and service was great. Got our drinks right away, chips came out fast. It was a generous portion of chips and dip for the price. The margarita was good as well. So we decided to try them for dinner on Monday night. Completely different service. We were there for over 2 hours, almost 20 minutes to even get drinks. We had to ask repeatedly for items. One table got fed up and refilled their own drinks. They forgot to bring out chips we ordered before our meal. The server was just a mess. We didn't even bother ordering a second drink as it wasn't worth the wait. The food was really good though. Everything was cooked perfectly and really tasty. I would recommend sitting at the bar or ordering carryout as the food really saves this place. Which is a shame as the atmosphere is really well done and could be great for dining in, but damn the service is awful.

I am excited to have a place like this in the neighborhood! The menu is fun and amazing at a reasonable price. My personal favorite item is the Cuban sandwich but honestly everything i've had there was great. The tacos, burritos and salsas definitely come through big time! Ill be a regular for sure.

Was there today for first time. Have had amazing Mexican food in LA Miami beach were I lived for years. This place was actually revolting. In there food. The this GS that worked there. The decor was Repulsive. Food even worse. Never ever in my 59/ years have I had such a horrific experience at a wannabe business. Will tell everyone on how it was. I can imagine humans liking this food looking at the Patrons it makes Sense. Common trash. Sorry

Fantastic! The eclectic decor (I'm in love with the art), fun music, and delicious food make this a place you need to check out. The staff was nice and service was fast. You must try their Sandwich Cubano, which was hands down, the best Cuban sandwich I have ever had! Each bite had the perfect ratio of meat to cheese to mustard to crunchy bread. Their tacos are sold a la carte, but are reasonably priced and overflowing with flavor! Make sure to check this gem out!

Updated: I had given BDT 5 stars two years ago but now I can't justify the rating since the prices have gone so high that such a rating isn't viable. The tacos, which all used to be around $3.50 are now around $5.50. It may not seem like much but 3 tacos now runs almost $16+ without anything else, because you have to pay for the chips/salsa if you want some. The rest of the dishes have all gone up in price and YES, I understand we just got through Covid and everything that came with that, but unfortunately the take home pay for most people didn't increase 1/3rd as it seems the prices of their food did. So what was once a great neighborhood taco place where I could go with the family on a weekly basis has now turned into a "Maybe every other month" since our last visit, for two adults and two kids, without any alcohol, was over $57. Tacos were supposed to be the cheap alternative but it seems that's no longer the case. Wish them well but unfortunately we can't support them as much as would like to. ******* Great place! I had the Cubano sandwich and a carne taco. Both were super tasty. My son ended up eating half my Cubano sandwich and loved it. My wife said her beef and chicken tacos were really good too. Give the locals a try ;)

Really good and a substantial amount per taco. Pretzels with beer cheese was awesome. Had sausage in the cheese!

These are not the best damn tacos, these are the most outrageous tacos. So full of flavor, meat & salsa, you can’t stop eating them. Also heard about the wings, they are fabulous. I’m glad I got some wings. This place is out of the world & the waitress was just as outstanding.

Just like homemade…no seriously you could make this all at home! The rice was reminiscent of the bagged rice you can get for $1 at the store. The corn salsa was no more than an undrained can of Rotel and a can of corn mixed. Maybe a sprig of cilantro chopped and tossed in for looks. The chips were stale and had an odd taste to them. Certainly not the best. I will give them credit that the burrito was huge! If I liked it it would have easily been 2 meals for me.

Tacos were good. Not great. A lot of slaw and little “meat”. Ordered a pitcher of their top shelf margaritas. No prices on menu. Bill came and it was $40. It was lunch time and our bill for 3 people came to $79 before tax. We had 4 tacos, 1 rice side and chips and salsa. Not sure we will return.

The drinks were fine but for a place called Best Damn Tacos they certainly didn’t care for the small group of Latinos that were there tonight. We arrived at the bar at about 11 knowing they would close at midnight. One of our group was celebrating her 56th birthday and she really wanted to go to this bar. We were having a great time but before midnight, they turned off the music and patrons started to sing closing time and you don’t have to go home but you can’t stay here. They clearly wanted us to leave. After we left they turned the lights back down and started playing the music again. A real bummer and it felt super gross.

Waitress was very nice. Food, not as nice. Chicken was VERY dry and the rice was bland and no one at our table like it. My son was the only one that completely enjoyed his meal and he had a brisket burrito.

1st time here. Great Wall decor with a nice atmosphere. Salsa is outstanding. Had the Carna burrito that was very filling and a great burrito. Great selection of hot sauces to complement any taco. Great shirt logo " Eat my taco!"

Came in for unexpected dinner. Tacos are street style, but packed full in true Spanish style. Everything is low cost, but nothing here is cheap. The tacos are legit the best we’ve had since coming to Ohio. What a gem and an absolute treat. Will return for sure!

Lots of flavors and I thought the margarita was decent. The steak taco was my favorite. Seems like more bar than restaurant. A very loud trivia game was going on while we were trying to have family dinner with an out of town guest. Our server was very nice and helpful.

Cuban sandwich was awesome, tacos were pricey but huge, burrito was well cooked and huge but half rice. Decor a bit loud but kinda expected, the music was insanely loud though. Food took a while to come out, but server was very attentive. Needs a little more refinement and could be great. Very much more of bar atmosphere.

Truly the Best Damn Mexican place around! I’d give it a 10/5. Food is authentic, flavorful, and spicy (depending on what you get). Good portions for your money. Margs are also soo good! Service is great with friendly servers. Cool decor and environment. Absolutely worthy of its name. I can’t say enough great things about it!
