    As an ex-partner I have never seen a store ran so poorly. I have heard too many stories on how the manger will yell or give attitude towards the partners. It seems like there isn't enough barista on the floor or placed in positions properly to help the floor run smoothly. It would also put less stress on the baristas to give the customer welcoming and satisfying experience!

    If you know anything about coffee anything at all then you know you can call yourself a coffee connoisseur if you get down with Starbucks Coffee this is the crack of cracks when it comes to great tasting coffee each and every time I love it

    went here yesterday, normally have no issues. but the tall blonde woman taking the orders and handing out the food absolutely terrible. i ask for a croissant. they’re out. i ask for a fall item. we have no fall items. instead of just telling me what they have, so i can stop asking for what they don’t, she just sits there. with an attitude silently. get to the window she’s still rude. asked for a cup holder she ignored me the first time and then just threw it at me when i asked again the second time. they were very dead last night. seeing as if they were busy i would be more understanding. but it was like 7pm. and i was the only car in the line. get her on another position cos customer service is clearly not her thing.

    A friend took 2 of my kids to this Starbucks recently. My 8 year old daughter accidentally left a small squishy mochi pig toy which is her absolute favorite toy. We called the next day and a kind employee looked through the whole restaurant and found the pig. She set it aside so we could come and pick it up. I really appreciated this great customer service!!

    I can just say that the worst Starbucks I have ever been to, not cleaning or location wise but the credit goes to their employees. The worst customer service they provide, doesn’t bother to attend their customers properly, roll their eyes on their customers and being racist to their customers is Starbucks employees trade I believe. I have been to many Starbucks & I can say most of the places are same for racism. But this particular Starbucks on Lorain Road was the worst. The tall guy, who’s name starts from “D” I believe (I don’t remember the full name) was one of the rudest person I have ever seen in my life, very egoistic & Racist. It’s my request to Starbucks that please teach some ethics and etiquette’s to your employees.

    Love this location! The team is always super friendly and greet me by name when I come in. Im a regular customer and always use the mobile app to place my order. When Michelle works the mobile orders she has my order ready and waiting and even knows I like stoppers in my cups so they don’t spill.

    This place just is terrible. The only location in the area that closes so early. Should be open until 9 or 10 like other locations cities away. Every time I get my chai tea latte with no water they continue to put water in it no matter how many times I said not to. Drive to the Westlake location if you want the right items and they're open late. I've given up here and I only live two blocks away. Ridiculous. Don't get me started on how long the drive thru takes. Avoid at all costs.

    Currently in the drive thru, 2:30pm on a Sunday. Came here for a couple of drinks but mainly for food. This is the second time getting stuck in the drive thru for 20 mins (there’s no way to exit this one) after finding out they are completely out of all paninis and lunch sandwiches. They don’t close until 8pm. They need to start posting when they are completely out of lunch and dinner items so that people don’t have to waste their time, or stock the items that they are supposed to have on the menu properly. I won’t risk going to this location anymore.

    This is the closest Starbucks to where I live, but that’s not the reason I keep coming back. I’ve never seen a happier bunch of baristas, one even did a happy dance with me! I’ll always come here first to celebrate a good day! Those always start with coffee. Thank you for always making me smile!

    I would have given zero stars if this option was available. I don't know how Starbucks hire their employees. I had a very horrible experience with one of their employee who’s name was “Drake”. He was very rude, very disrespectful. I went there yesterday with my husband and we ordered a coffee & muffin and this person “Drake” who was taking our order was little rude to us but we just ignored. We thought he might be tired or something, although at a service industry you shouldn’t behave like this to your customers but still we are all human beings, so we just ignored him. But he was another level rude first he was rude while taking a order and than again he throws the muffin to table without even announcing the name or anything. He just threw, when I went to pickup the muffin he just gave me the weird look first and then completely ignored me and started looking other side. I don’t know what was wrong with him but he was full of negative energy. Just wanted to check with Starbucks if they really trained their employees to provide proper customer service to their customers? …And to that staff as well, if you are annoyed with your job, PLEASE QUIT!!!! A lot of people are willing to work!!!!! That kind of attitude and that kind of employee is a liability to a business. I will never go there again and I am willing to tell other people even not to go there.

    I never caught the girls name , but if you were running the drive through window around 10 ish this morning i absolutely have never had better service!!! so sweet and even the girl who took my order was so kind! one small act of kindness can make someone’s day! ❤️❤️

    It's been years and I thought I would give it another try. It may be years before I try this company again, if ever. I ordered a mocha. What I received was an overly sweet chocolate latte with a minimum amount of espresso. It tasted like the imitation dry powder drinks that you might buy out of a machine at a gas station.

    Busy shop! The location makes for a quick in and out through the drive through, yet it's good for a walk-in as well. Friendly staff, laughed at my dad jokes, but never missed a beat getting those brewed coffees out. Clean, efficient, pleasant shop.

    I look forward to seeing who's going to be taking my money and giving me my drink at the drive-through, lol! I enjoy getting to know the employees and they are very friendly and provide great service. I only use the drive-thru; rarely go inside, but when I do go inside, the atmosphere is very cozy!

    Went through the drive through around 5:00 PM and expected it to be super busy, but it wasn't! Sophia took my order and gave me my drink, 10/10 service. Sophia was very kind, it was the best service and drink I have ever received at any Starbucks location! I would highly recommend this location!

    Great customer service. Called to attempt to cancel my uber order which had originally been placed at 1015, set to be delivered at 1040. By 1100, no delivery person had picked up the order and the ETA was 1120. The worker with whom I spoke offered to remake my order so the food would be hot and drink not melted after an hour of waiting for delivery.

    Drive through line is obnoxiously slow. Takes at least 20 minutes to get one cup of coffee. I only get Starbucks if I have a gift card because it isn't worth it otherwise.

    Seems like half the staff were working their butts off while the other half were having social hour. Girl at the counter had to be reminded by coworker there was a line forming as she chatted with the person at the counter about a movie she recently saw. After waiting 20 minutes my drink wasn’t made to order. First world problems but either way I don’t think I would return there during a busy time of day.
