If you order Mexican and don't see Mexicans working there, run don't walk to the nearest exit. All the food was bone dry. Even the Pico De Gallo. If you have to e plain Salsa and hot sauce. Run. Placing an order and explaining an order that's simple, and still botched. Means you got to eat elsewhere.

Food was okay. Fresh tortillas and fresh chips. Waited 8 minutes in line and there was no one else in front of us. Very poor customer service skills by the 2 girls up front. They were more concerned with when their next smoke break was. And once we sat down to eat all of the workers were hollering about a coworker that was not there. Dining area was dirty. Filthy floors and tables. There was food all over them from the previous customer. Get it together because chipotle will chase you out if you don't get your act together. Will not be back even though we work around the corner.

Our first time eating here and the staff was great. They let us taste all the sauces before we ordered and then helped us through our choices. So good.

Absolutely fantastic food that had me filled to the brim. First time customer and Jermaine made us feel absolutely welcome and at home. Giving us the option to try unique and yummy Queso to know exactly what we wanted to order next. I will be back here quite often and hope he gets some recognition for how great he is because it definitely made it a favorite for us. Thank you for the amazing expierence even if it was only a quick pit stop.

We just had the best customer service ever...all of the guys were friendly and more than helpful. Our first time to a qdobas and will absolutely be coming back again. I've NEVER felt so welcomed and at home !!!! Great job to every employee in here tonight!

At first the staff may seem to rush the customers - which I disliked - but after giving it another shot two weeks later noticed their attitudes to the customers changed for the better. Now come here often and haven't experienced or seen any issues.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life, and on a consistent basis. I have been coming to this location for years and the staff behavior gets worse every time I come in. You will hear the "N word" and "MF'er" yelled about, especially on weekends. Many of the people who work there will not make eye contact with you, bag your purchased items, or hand you your money and receipt back. If you ask how their day is going, or tell them to have a nice day, most of them will ignore you. I have only been coming here out of convenience, but I was treated so poorly the last time I was there and I will never come back. And that is what has prompted me to write my first "restaurant" review.

The food is always delicious, the ingredients are always fresh. It's a great alternative to the Chipotle up the street. The staff is friendly, prices are great, plus they have one of those fancy drink machines.

They always log my visits at qdoba when I'm actually at tropical smoothie. Not sure if that's an error on Google maps behalf or what. I'm giving it 5 stars because tropical smoothie is always the bomb. They never disappoint. Like ever. Which is rare in the food industry.

Came in with my family from out of town we were hungry and no one was familiar with the menu except my daughter who hangs out in the area with her friend from time to time . Everyone in the staff was patient and kind . They even laughed at jokes that we cracked . The food was delicious .When my family comes back I am sure we will be making another visit. And of course I will be making another appearance on my own.

I would give this team more than 5 stars if I could - the food is great & all the employees CARE about what they do. I have personally dined in & have used them for catering. They interact with my clients with such professionalism, are courteous & on time. If you have catering needs they will make it easy for you & a positive experience.
