I’ve
been
going
to
Mimi’s
for
almost
a
year
now
and
I
have
never
been
disappointed
with
my
nails.
She
always
perfects
the
shape
etc.
Usually
at
the
other
nail
places
I
have
been
to,
the
nail
begins
to
lift
after
having
acrylics
for
a
while,
but
I
have
never
experienced
that
here.
I
only
have
to
go
every
month
because
of
the
quality,
and
I
always
get
compliments
on
my
nails.
She
also
has
every
single
color
that
you
can
think
of,
and
the
only
problem
I
have
is
deciding
which
to
pick.

Update:
I
loved
Mimis
work
but
unfortunately
I
will
not
be
returning
after
an
experience
I
had.
Extremely
unprofessional
and
rude.
Getting
your
nails
done
should
be
a
treatment
towards
yourself
and
a
way
to
reward
yourself
and
relax.
Was
in
so
much
of
a
rush
to
get
me
in
and
out
of
there.
I
made
an
appointment
and
there
was
nobody
else
there
who
was
waiting.
Cathy
started
my
nails
off
and
she
always
is
gentle
and
careful
with
removing
the
acrylic.
Once
Mimi
finished
the
customer
in
front
of
me,
She
hurried
me
to
sit
down
and
I
had
a
few
color
samples
picked
out
because
I
wanted
her
opinion
on
which
color
was
the
best
match
to
a
reference
picture
I
had.
She
was
in
complete
disbelief
that
I
hadn’t
picked
out
my
color
yet,
and
she
threw
the
samples
to
the
side
and
ignored
what
I
was
going
to
say
and
just
started
drilling
my
nails
on
a
high
speed
despite
all
of
my
acrylic
being
already
removed.
She
was
extremely
rough
with
the
drill
and
I
kept
flinching
because
it
was
burning
me.
She
asked
me
why
i
kept
moving,
and
I
told
her
“sorry
it’s
just
a
little
hot.”
She
disregarded
what
I
said
and
acted
like
I
was
making
it
up.
She
responded
with
“it’s
hot?
It’s
not
hot.”
There
was
a
moment
where
she
set
her
tools
down
and
talked
to
me
like
I
was
being
a
defiant
child
or
something
lol.
I
unintentionally
kept
flinching
because
honestly
it
was
just
hurting
me
at
this
point,
and
she
asked
me
to
stop
moving
and
to
that
I
responded
“I’m
sorry
you’re
hurting
me”
and
she
still
didn’t
listen.
I
didn’t
even
pick
out
the
color
I
wanted
because
I
felt
like
I
was
wasting
her
time
and
honestly
I
just
wanted
to
get
out
of
there.
After
going
here
for
over
a
year,
I’ll
definitely
be
searching
for
a
new
nail
artist
