When
I
went
to
Great
Clips
Tuesday,
there
was
one
person
getting
a
haircut
and
two
people
waiting.
One
more
person
checked
in
just
after
me,
who
then
left
to
return
later.
Wendy,
the
only
stylist
available
that
day,
apologized
to
each
of
us
saying
there
would
be
a
long
wait
since
she
was
working
by
herself.
Wendy
welcomed
every
customer
with
a
friendly
smile
and
kind
words,
and
though
she
was
working
on
a
customer's
hair,
answered
every
interrupting
phone
call
patiently.
As
Wendy
took
a
customer
back,
she
again
apologized
to
each
person
for
their
wait.
She
made
sure
she
got
them
back
as
soon
as
possible,
then
took
as
much
time
as
needed
to
service
them
to
their
satsfaction.
Fairly
soon
there
was
only
one
other
person
waiting
after
me.
I
was
really
impressed
with
Wendy
and
appreciated
how
she
treated
each
and
every
one
of
her
customers,
including
myself,
with
both
professionalism
and
kindness
on
such
a
busy
day
while
having
to
work
alone.
Then
she
gave
me
a
terrific
haircut!
