Took a loved one to get some tests done here. Very clean facilities and corridors. The information staff is good however they could use more of them. This is a great hospital I was learning from a few patients in the waiting rooms. There is a east and west wing from the parking lot. They have their own police so everything is pretty safe outside. The Doctors are incredible and straight forward with facts. The staff is very easy to understand and helpful. This is a Great hospital for your needs.

When I come to the ER I expect to see a Dr. Not an overweight PA. 1st if your not healthy why would I take your advice 2nd your not even a real Dr. So basically I saw some fat broad who thought she was a Dr and did absolutely nothing to actually help me at all.

This er has gone way downhill in all other areas in the past year. This used to be my go to for emergency care when unfortunately needed. Now Iā€™ll likely never go here again from my experience the other night. The medics couldnā€™t get a vein on me which okay fair, I am a difficult stick, however they were not following protocol What so ever they were coughing onto their gloves then feeling around my arm, not disinfecting before sticking, and jamming the needle over and over again in and out of my arm. I am a phlebotomist and in school for nursing so I do know what proper protocol is. This was unacceptable. Then the doctor proceeds to give up on me altogether after the 2 nurses tried 4 times and couldnā€™t even get bloodwork, and Iā€™m sent home. Iā€™m 9 weeks pregnant. I ended up going to Parma university the next day and a nurse got an iv in me first try and I was given fluids and bloodwork was done, turns out I needed antibiotics for an infection. Completely different experience there. I am not going to deliver at metro main campus again either. Also very little cleaning staff and staff in general.

Very disappointed in how I was treated by Dr khawaja. I came in for chest pain & the most he did was a physical exam & prescribed my some nsaids (oh & put on a lidocaine patch) he did no further testing because, his exact words ā€œwe donā€™t do expensive test just for peace of mindā€. I asked for lab tests or radiology to look & rule out anything. Nope, the dr said absolutely not. Iā€™m saddened by that type of care from a physician. I expected more, but as a patient I had no rights . No say in my care. I had to do what he said & get out of his er. Not to mention how snarky Matt the RN was who came in with pills that never were explained to me by the dr. Very unfortunate experience. I hope the community has other options because this er is extremely difficult & poorly ran

This place deserves -5 stars but unfortunately thatā€™s not an option. Went here Tuesday 1/9/2024 because I was having an allergic reaction, didnā€™t know at the time what it was, and it was getting worse. Sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half after being triaged. I told the receptionist that I wanted to be taken off the list because I felt like there were other people there more emergent than I was so Iā€™d just go to urgent care. My husband was on the way to get me when not even 10 minutes later I get called back into a room. Thatā€™s all fine and dandy but I wasnā€™t seen until 30-40 minutes later. I was told I was definitely having an allergic reaction and that they were going to prescribe me Benadryl and a few other things but the provider would be in shortly to confirm. She comes in about 30 minutes later and is saying the reaction Iā€™m having is because I was prescribed Amoxicillin while I had Mono. I said Iā€™ve never had mono in my whole almost 26 years. She said and I quote ā€œeveryone is exposed to it and get it by the age 20.ā€ I said again I didnā€™t have mono I have the free and had an ear infection which is why I was antibiotics. Donā€™t you test for stuff like that? ā€œYes but no matter what it will come up positiveā€ I said Iā€™ve never had it so that makes no sense and she repeated herself again. Then I said well are we ruling it to that? ā€œWell no because we canā€™t be for sureā€ OBVIOUSLY!!!!!! I had changed my shampoo and conditioner 2 days prior and I said could this be it ā€œno I donā€™t think so I think this was because you had mono and were prescribed amoxicillin blah blah blah.. you should get a test done at your dermatologist to see what youā€™re allergic to.ā€ She was past unprofessional, so when she was walking out, I got up so I could leave as well. She said the man that was in here before will be back to give you meds. 45 minutes pass. Iā€™m already furious because nothing was being done. I pushed my call light because I wanted to leave I had been there close to 4 hours at this point, someone said theyā€™d be in, in a minute. I gave them five more minutes poked my head out of the door to see the nurses station is completely empty and not a single light is turned on. The lady that triaged me was the only one there helping people !! I asked her how much longer it would be because I want to go home. NO ONE PUT ANYTHING IN THE COMPUTER !!!! I left. I did test strips on my own of my new shampoo and conditioner. Iā€™m allergic to the conditioner. If I get a bill we WILL be disputing it because they did absolutely NOTHING. When I can I will be suing this place for malpractice.

Iā€™m here right now due to an abscess and the black chick checking people in (seems like itā€™s always one of us isnā€™t it? ) just rude and dry and nasty as hell! Got upset because I asked her to repeat herself because she had a mask on, and it sounded like she was mumbling. Keep in mind my pain level is at 11 on a 1 to 10 scalešŸ˜© just UGH I understand itā€™s late so I wasnā€™t expecting her to be super cheerful and smiling like the joker but I definitely didnā€™t expect the interaction I just Experienced.. If I wasnā€™t in such pain, I probably wouldā€™ve turned around and walked back out. PLEASE get somebody better to handle patientsā€¼ļø sheā€™s TERRIBLEšŸ‘ŽšŸ½ NOT LOOKING FORWARD TO THE REST OF THIS LATE NIGHT INCONVENIENCE!

Waiting time was in unacceptable,my boys had severe vomiting and we waited a whole 6 hours and there were only 6 other patients that arrived after us, and in that whole 6 hours they only called 1 person. They could have at least gotten us a room so my boys could get some rest, there are no excuses becuase a few people that were ahead of my kids got in and they all left so.. it had to be some rooms available.I left with no care i let them know i was leaving and all the receptionist said was ā€œokā€.Never again wonā€™t recommend.

We waited 4 hours for an x-ray with people who were so rude and unprofessional. It's bad enough you feel bad enough to go to an ER to not be treated poorly. Health care had became such a stressor. It is not ok to treat people seeking help this way. Shame on you.

Caught the flew, catchy. The nurse brought Tong's out to insert. Almost fainted until the doctor (thank God) stopped her saying "you can't use those they are too big, and will hurt her".

Definitely the slowest doctors Iā€™ve ever seen in my life. Came at 8pm and itā€™s 1 am and Iā€™m still waiting in the waiting room. Never coming here again

Took my husband there for chest pain. They were very prompt and attentive to my husband. The guy at the front desk and I believe is also a nurse is awesome. I believe his name is Jack. Keep up the good work!

Everyone is really nice here. I didnā€™t have to wait for 4 hours like at main campus. My doctor was good, and itā€™s clean and comfortable. Iā€™m grateful that Iā€™m able to get care here.

When you go to an emergency room you are triaged. Which means they determine how serious your illness is. If you go in with sniffles, you are going to be waiting a long time. If you go in with Chest pain, you should be seen immediately.

Went in for a kidney stone. I have a history of them. Arrived at 3:45am in a room with IV and medicine by 3:56am. CT scan completed by 4:50am and discharged at 5:56am, as soon as the 2nd IV bag was empty. Doctors, nurses, and staff were excellent. This is definitely the best emergency room experience I've ever dealt with and very proficient with thier time. I would have waited 6 hours at parma, no doubt. 10/10 will recommend this place. Especially for late night to early morning hours, since the wait times are non existent.
