The BEST watch shop in town!!! The only place I would take my watches to, plus a great selection of watches, fine jewelry and the friendliest staff, very attentive, answers all your questions and they do watch repairs, definitely give them a shot, you won't be disappointed!!!

Excellent service. I hadn't worn my Rolex in a couple of years, I thought is was broke, they checked it out fixed the band at no charge. Anywhere else they would have charged. They always clean my jewelry. It's looks new when they finish. Real asset to the community. I highly recommend them for purchase and care of jewelry.The best in the business.

the only watch shop ive been to, and the only one ill ever go to. they go above and beyond for customers, fair pricing, beautiful jewelry, watches and clocks. if you like Bulova they have wall clocks by them and grandfather clocks. they specialize in Bulova i believe. great family business to support. highly recommend.

Fast friendly service, everyone seemed happy to see me even though I'm a stranger. I had two watches repaired, my Seiko needed a new Chrystal and one of my Citizens needed a battery. They were both taken care of at a reasonable price and included original parts where possible. I will trust them with my watch repair needs from here on out.

I got my first Rolex, and was referred to Basch’s by a local jeweler for an appraisal and to have some links removed. The employees here are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I knew nothing about the Rolex and with the help of Angela and Mary( I think this is her name) I was able to get some education on it. It’s hard not to feel stupid when you’re talking to experts that deal with this stuff everyday, but they were patient and made me feel comfortable. They explained everything and took great care of me. I recommend this place to anyone in Cleveland and surrounding areas!

I took a mid century watch to Basch's for repair. When I picked it up, it looked brand new. Just stunning. It's hard to find places like Basch's. They do great work, and they're very professional. I would highly recommend them. Their store is a gem!

This is wonderful local jeweler who really cares about the customer. Your always greeted with a smile every time you go in and on the phone. I brought them my diamond engagement and wedding band that had been previously soldered that I smashed in a sliding door at work. They were able to fix it and it looked brand new!! They were amazing. Basch’s gets my business repeatedly every year and they are still awesome.

I took 3 buses just to get to this watch expert store and had my watch battery replaced since the other stores don’t do the battery change for the “complex watch” (Mine was Issey Miyake—an exotic watch). The staffs were kind and professional. They did the battery change within few minutes. This store also offers a sophisticated watch repair which is exceptionally hard to find in Cleveland.

I’ve delt with a good amount of Jewlers throughout the years and these guys are top notch. I haven’t used any one since the first day I went into Basch’s. Gold and jewelry quality is top tier and they are very fair and honest people unlike a lot of other Jewlers that are out there and there costumer service is out of this world. I had brought a ladys Movado watch in to have the back put back on after putting in new battery. NORM called me and said the case was bent and needed a whole new one and would have to special order.I was sure the case was not bent because I did not use a press to try to put on just my finger pressure so I was very skeptical.The new case would be between 300-500 depending on condition.I decided to bring to another Watchmaker and get second opionion.I brought it to another Watchmaker and he snapped it on in front of me within a couple of minutes. He stated that Movado needed to be lined up perfectly to get the back on.He was shocked when I told him normy wanted to order whole new case.Beware...

I always have a good experience at Basch's today I came in to pick up a finished jewelry repair and Shelley talked with me for 20 minutes. They both sell and repair jewelry, watches, and clocks. My brother's gold bracelet looks brand new despite being ~40 years old.
