    Went to this location to get a new custom size wedding band for my husband. I was told it would be ready within a two week mark, just in time when I needed it. Never received a call and so I called them asking what was the update on the ring. They checked and told me it hasn't left for delivery so I told her she can cancel the order. I was put on hold for a minute and then she tells me it was actually delivered and I can pick it up anytime. When I pick it up and take it home, I realize it wasn’t even the right size. Thanks for messing up my anniversary surprise.

    My engagement ring was purchased at the North Olmsted location. It seems like the employees hate their jobs and it reflects in the poor customer service. The warranty service on repairs I was told takes 2 to 3 weeks but when I called in at 3 weeks was told 4 to 6 weeks and maybe longer due to covid-19. Previously I had the ring re-sized and they didn't make the ring perfectly round which was disappointing and had to be sent back. My certified diamond, they're unable to find the code inside the diamond which makes me nervous we got sold a non-certified diamond. This place is a mess. Shop a local store or go to Kay's where the customer service is better.

    I ordered my wife’s wedding band in store, asking them to Order the white gold version of a ring they had only in Rosegold in the store. The order timeline was around two weeks, then reality I received the ring about 3 1/2 months after ordering. I called them every two weeks and each time they told me they did not know where it was and it was a distribution issue. I also had my wife’s engagement ring resized here and within one month the white gold had completely tarnished along the bottom where they had made the resize as well as the stone had become very loose. I had to pay out of pocket to send the ring back to the original company that made it to fix the shoddy craftsmanship performed by whoever Ash Croft & Oak used. I will never again set foot in or give another penny to Ash Croft & Oak. Their customer service is horrible, the product quality is atrocious, and their timelines are unacceptable.

    My husband went to the Great Northern location to surprise me by purchasing a new ring for our anniversary. while he was there a sales Associate assumed he needed financing for a purchase and she told him to fill out a form, he was denied financing so he called me to ask if he was supposed to fill out a form to buy something and I told him No that’s for people that don’t have cash or a credit card to make a purchase (which he did) and in doing so They caused more damage to his credit score that was being fixed.. And I told him he should explain that he has cash on hand and wants the application canceled.To which they told him they were going to remove the inquiry so that he could proceed making the purchase.. He asked the sales rep some questions about the ring to which she told him they wanted $1,000 dollars for a silver ring with cubic zirconia stones so he didn’t purchase anything.. this Saturday we received corespondents stating that they couldn’t over turn it I’m sure it’s cause he changed his mind about buying from there. He traveled back home to NY and Purchased this beautiful ring for me... I’m glad asscrock dropped the ball

    Very bad customer service I don’t recommend. We ordered my wedding band and they said it would be here in a week it took 1 month and that was to late because we had our wedding without the band ordered from then and bought another one somewhere else. When we came to cancel the order they gave us a hard time saying we need the $100 coupon they used back when they never gave us and coupon and kept us in the store for an hour just to return it. Made it harder then it had to be for no reason. Also bought by my wife’s diamond ring there and took 3 weeks to get here! Very bad with order time! Do not recommend!

    I bought a necklace from here and the chain broke sent it back to get a new one and had to leave out of state. I come back and my necklace is not there anymore someone else picked it up and they don’t have information on who picked it up. They didn’t ask for a id or anything. Would not recommend going there unless you want you’re stuff gone that you paid for.

    I just wanna say the customer service here was/is amazing!! The store manager helped me pick out my new band and it's perfect.!!! She is amazing! Her name is Rebecca and she is wonderful. You will have no problem finding something with her help. I've gotten so many compliment on my ring. Thanks Rebecca I'll be seeing u really soon for the sizing on my wedding band. Therese and Teddy

    They tried to charge us 200 dollars to have our ring sized on finger. Sad I say. Went to pawn shop they charge 40 dollars

    I went into this establishment for the first time and must say walked out as a customer for life thanks to a friendly staff and Abbey, whom went above and beyond for me! She was absolutely amazing and provided exceptional customer service helping me and taking so much time with me! I will definitely be back again for future purchases!!!

    Employees are always friendly and helpful. I purchased a ring for my husband and had the diamonds upgraded, it was done in a timely manner and they called me to pick up in about 2 and a half weeks. The ring came out perfect. I loved it.

    6/26/2023 1:50pm. North Olmsted location. I went to the store to make a down payment on a ring for my wife. Was told that it was one price. They don’t have Apple Pay so I had to find an atm to take cash out. Once back in the store the ring double in price. The associate was great. Manager was terrible. Even told me that the associate was in training I was told that there is no one above the store manager. They would give me corporate number. I ask for a email address to express my concerns. I was told that emailing corporate isn’t going to do anything. They will just us in store to do something about the situation. Over talked me. Told that I couldn’t have known the price because it changes every day but I have a picture of the slip. With price, tax, and warranty. Is this how you run guys run your business and talk to people who come to spend money in you store. I have bought watches, necklaces, anklets this is by far the worst

    Wow…. Is exactly how I would describe my experience shopping here with Rana. I came in looking for a chain and cross. Soon as I came in everyone was so friendly. Rana helped me pick out the perfect set and I couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend shopping here and I’ll definitely be back! I came in feeling like a random and left feeling like family.

    My husband bought my engagement ring here 7 years ago. We both love it and has been with me thru working as a nurse all this time. While at work one day, the setting came off with a pair of gloves. I brought it in to them and they repaired it in 2 days, free of charge. Rhodium plated it as well as cleaned it. Looks as good as new! Customer service was helpful and the process was easy. Their insurance is the best!
