Horrible experience! Don’t go here. They rushed us out and didn’t seem to want to help at all, only cared about her upcoming scheduled appointments that weren’t even soon. She couldn’t care to spare 2 minutes and help us.

Came in to get my ring inspected and cleaned before my wedding and the lady who helped me was extremely rude to her coworker who seemed to be new. I was in no rush at all so it was not an issue for me, nor did it seem like a problem for other customers that the process was taking a little longer than normal. She kept trying to get us to have a reaction to her being rude, but none of us gave in. I now know to only return to the Strongsville location.

Buy jewelry from somewhere else!! Would’ve have been one star but the most recent 2 experiences I’ve had in here with other employees was great before this one. My mom loves jewelry and nicer gifts and asked me for a pair of diamond earrings with white gold for her second ear piercings for her birthday. I get her (and others) something here every year and my Kay card limit has more than tripled with them in 3 years. I waited in line and the woman that came over to help me seemed to have great energy with the older lady before me and then when it came to me she acted inconvenienced and like it wasn’t worth her time (my guess is either because I look young or bc I came in after the gym looking sort of like a bum) Anyways after her acting like I couldn’t afford 3 different options and acting like I didn’t know my person info for my card (turns out it was her iPad not me🙃) I thanked her for her time & told her it wasn’t what I was looking for and to have great day. I will not be back. You lost a loyal customer & a good sale because I was talked down to from the second I walked in.

The BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! Cindy was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I came in, dressed like a bum, panicking about my gift for my mother’s 65th Birthday. Here came Cindy to the rescue! I told her my budget was $1,000, and she showed me several beautiful diamond necklace options, and explained the difference in each. During our shopping experience, we also learned a lot about one another, and she made me feel like her true friend. I ended up going with a necklace that was $1700….. $700 over my budget. Went there for my jewelry inspections very safe protocols did a great job and friendly service and had great holiday prices going on. So I bought a x-mas gift

Complete disrespect. Came into the store with my husband and children to check on my diamond wedding rings prong was told there was 1 in front of me and someone would be right with me. Patiently stood waiting in the same spot as my husband window shopped at some necklaces. A male employee became available to service the next customer (ME) and proceeded to walk right past me as I had my ring in my hand looking at him and greet MY HUSBAND who at this point did not know I was blatantly ignored and disregarded. I then do not get service from the female employee as I am looking arounpod confused as to why I have a $7,000 ring in my hand that was purchased at Kay under warranty and am being ignored. Kay Jewelers stopped being my jeweler years ago with their overpriced subpar jewelry and I am glad I made that switch then. I will share this story with my many followers, friends, and family.

Customer service lazy. They aren’t even smart or motivated enough to help with a simple reset on a Citizen’s Ecodrive Watch. . Their answer is to “send it back” to see why it’s not quite on track. I finally figured it out on my own with no help from them. They seem to be only interested in a sale, and make absolutely no effort to answer any questions. I find it pathetic that associates are not trained to actually learn the features of products they are selling. If you call with a technical question, they tell you to “bring it in and we’ll send it back for evaluation”. Won’t go back.

horrible place 1st time I bought my wife a wedding ring it was a bad experience so I gave them another try same experience I don't know where they hire these employees from. paying my card off then taking a pair of scissors to them a.s.a.p

We came in to get my wife’s rings cleaned and inspected and to have one re-sized. Maggie helped us and she was amazing!! She told us about the early Black Friday deals going on and we ended getting my wife two pairs of earrings! She was extremely helpful and courteous throughout our visit. We’ve been to other Kay stores and none of them compare to the one at Great Northern and Maggie is one reason why!!

I had a very unfortunate situation turn into a very fortunate situation with the help of the store manager Ashely and her sales associates. Thankfully I had the lifetime warranty on my ring. I was and still am devastated the stone fell out, however, Ashely and her team went above and beyond to help me with the perfect replacement. Ashely was very attentive throughout the whole process, she was informative and was very patient with me. I never felt rushed or like I was an inconvenience. Although I live closer to other Kay locations the service at this location was amazing. This location has definitely earned my ongoing support and business. Thank you 😊
