Very friendly staff. The Eyeglass Surgeon saved my vintage Dolce & Gabana frameless glasses after two other optical shops said they couldn't be fixed. The jewelry there is absolutely beautiful. I heard the owner ask a customer if she wanted her rings cleaned while she waited for something. That is beautiful service right there.

This is a 10 star place, basically in a plaza. If you want someone who knows gems, and can design you something on site, Al is your guy! Wonderful people, great service. Been coming to the family 30 years....that says something. They are the TIFFANY of Cleveland.

I stopped in a few months ago because I purchased a ring on line that didn’t fit so I googled jewelers near me so I could check the ring size of my finger. I’m so glad I found Young Jewelers! Clara & Al both were very helpful and friendly! Al is so knowledgeable. I have wanted to create a special ring from some rings I have that are memorable to me but did not know a good jeweler. My family and friends have been patrons of Young's jewelry for 50 years or more. The Location was in Cleveland at the time. A family business with the most beautiful collection of jems. The store is now run by the son. I bought my wedding ring from them. It just as beautiful as the day I bought it. Went to Young’s to get my partners chain fixed. The clasp had just broken but it was an expensive chain so I didn’t want to take it just anywhere. I stopped in and the owners son was working, he was amazing! He immediately knew what he was doing and fixed the clasp for me in less than 5 minutes! Everyone there was so kind, so knowledgeable, AND it’s family owned and I love supporting small business. Highly suggest this place for all of your jewelry repair needs if you’re in the Cleveland area!

I went in to get a new watch resized. They were really friendly, worked on the resize right away, charged a very reasonable fee, and I just noticed they even set it for me. Great business, highly recommend.

We went to the diamond place that always advertises on the radio to comparison shop and then went to Young’s because it’s where my parents always went. My parents were right! Young’s prices are much better, and the customer service is on point.

Went in on a Saturday ordered an Italian horn. Was told it would be in on Wed. I called Friday as I received no call. Find out it is on backorder!!! No call, which is why I'm upset as this was a birthday gift for my daughter coming home from college tomorrow. Had they called I would of had time to run out for another gift, but I'm a business owner and work 3 shifts. Very disappointed and upset. A simple call explaining it was on backorder! I will not be recommending this Jewler. And going in for a refund.

After 12 years, my damaged wedding ring got a total makeover and looks better than it did when it was brand new. Young's is an excellent jeweler valued for generations by West Parkers, and now North Olmsteders, too. Thank you so much! ☀️
