I was instantly greeted by this super nice gentlemen. He took me on a tour around the store and showed me how everything was organized. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! He had me ready to buy everything. Such amazing prices as well! I will definitely be returning when I get paid. 10/10 recommend stoping in and checking it out whenever you are at the mall…. Everyone was extremely polite. They even gave my wife and I a free lesson on how to use sound bowls! It's a very unique and interesting process and I chose the one that was right for me by using my ears and not my eyes.

This is the best store in the mall period! Every time I go in whoever is there makes you feel like family. I am not sure of the names of the owners, but they are the best in customer service. The lady of the store will make sure that you know of all the stock and give amazing advice. I just meet the gentleman of the store and he was super helpful as well. I really value customer service, and this is the only store that I have been that knows that meaning, Oh the items in the store are just fantastic. I have now bought at least 3 pieces of clothing here and each is one of a kind. Thank you so much for having a store where I can go to find wonderful items. They suggest the absolute best color, texture and type of clothing that all go together so well. I absolutely loved the store. The crystals were much better priced here than my old store. The salespeople were very knowledgeable and helpful. This is a store that I would definitely recommend to everyone since it has products for all ages and interests.

I visited Vtrendz last week for the first time. I was amazed by the courteousness of the staff. I absolutely love that at first entry they ask if you have been there before and if not they give you a run down of the way things are done there. They ask you respect the crystals, which I respect that myself. As a person who uses crystals as healers I know how to clean the crystals, but it is something that does take time and energy. I also love that they were willing to spend over 30 mins with me to help me find the right singing bowl. They put me in a meditative state and asked me not to talk during this. They then started playing all the different bowls. When I liked one, I was to raise a hand. We narrowed them down to, 2. Then they put them in my hands and made them sing. Right away I knew which one was the one I needed! Without this, I could have, would have gotten the wrong bowl for sure! I will make it a point to return and also buy online! Great family, great store, great products!!!

Bought two tapestries and had issues with delivery due to my recent address change, customer service helped me for weeks back and forth to resolve the issues I was having and even helped me locate my package as it had been held at a local post office. Love the tapestry quality and appearance even at 7'×4' and can't recommend enough!

I got some cute trendy items at a fairly reasonable price, however, my experience wasn’t very pleasant. The staff greeted us in a very unusual way. No smiles… they stared us up and down and followed me and husband around the store as if we were going to rip them off. They hovered over us with no conversation and made us feel very uncomfortable. One of my favorite stops at the mall! The store owners are friendly and knowledgeable. The store itself is so inviting; soft music with bird sounds, the light smell of incense, the beautiful clothing and one of a kind items. Love it. ❤️

Just got a Tibetan singing bowl and it was an amazing experience! They helped me pick the right tone and gave me a free lesson on how to play it and how to receive the most benefits from it.

Such a wonderful store. I am from out of state and happened upon it when I was at the mall and I felt I was meant to be there that day. You walk in and your energy changes, a very calming environment. I will definitely come back when I travel to Ohio again. The staff was amazing and they were very nice to work with and informative. This shop is beautiful! It was my first time in today and the husband and wife working (possibly the owners?) We're incredibly informative and friendly. Great place to shop for yourself or for gifts for friends and family. 10/10 recommended and I will absolutely be returning soon.

Beautiful clothing and clothing. They also have unique gifts and incense. I don't get to the mall that often but this shop is a must stop when I do. I recently went to the Virgin Islands and found some stunning dresses to wear at trendz. The staff are super helpful too!

I love this store. I found the perfect dress for my son's graduation here. The owner is so sweet & knowledgeable. I love their mission statement of their store too, makes me feel better about the businesses I support. I will definitely be back to buy more, so much more!!

I fell in complete love with this store..if possible you have to visit personally...the amount of authentically made items that they have are huge...the atmosphere both peaceful and beautiful...It will be a challenge to simply window shop...and to boot the service was loving and informative...I definitely recommend a visit for your spiritual path needs!

Beautiful variety of items very helpful staff and reasonable prices and everything is hand made and I love that. I wish ppl would shop more the smaller stores the items are more mentally and personally satisfying. Summer dresses, winter sweaters beautiful craftsmanship too. All over must go and check it out for yourself.

I first saw the VTrendz stand at the Cincinnati Home & Garden Show. I bought 4 beautiful scarfs. Very pretty and affordable. The sales people were very professional and friendly. I came home and decided to order 2 more for my daughter-in-laws and I received them in a timely manner.

A wonderful staff of people run this shop. Not pushy at all. I can tell they didn’t care about selling but wanted to educate me on the products. I made a necklace charm out of one of the beautiful crystals. Affordable prices and very friendly and helpful staff. I’ll be going there from now on for holistic/spiritual finds.
