Nelson Vein & Surgical Services was the BEST experience I have ever had at a vein clinic from the first visit to the final follow up! The front staff was always polite. Dr. Nelson and her staff are knowledgeable and fun to be around. I always enjoyed my visits to the their office and I never felt like "just another patient." At the end of my services they provided me with before and after pictures in a cute photo album with a gift. They truly are wonderful! I will be going back to them in the future!

I would give Dr. Nelson and her entire staff 6+ stars if I could. I had the pleasure of visiting the clinic for several procedures The doctor and staff were always pleasant and professional. Always willing to answer questions and explain procedures as often as needed. All staff members have your comfort as their number one priority. They are the queens of painless injections!! During all my procedures pain was minimal. The clinic was always very clean and presentable. I always speak highly of the clinic and do not hesitate to recommend it to those in need. As for myself I would not go anywhere but Nelson Vein-I plan to visit again for a yearly checkup. Thank you to the doctor and staff for such a pleasant experience and for making my legs look oh so much better!! ❤️

After several pregnancies my veins were basically unbearable. Nelson Veins changed my life. I had veins stripped in one leg and sealed in the other and I could not be happier with the results. The procedures were efficient and effective and their staff is AMAZING. I 100% recommended them to anyone who needs their veins fixed.

I am currently in my 30's, and have had spider veins since my 20's. I was looking for the simple laser procedure to remove them. Looking around for a doctor, and reading reviews I decided on this place. Well waste of time and money for me. The staff and doctor are very nice however I am afirm believer in doing what the patient is asking for. I went in and after explaining what I was looking for the doctor was talking about cutting my leg and removing veins. They also make you do an ultrasound which I feel is just to add to the bill. Yes she is the doctor but when you have a feeling something isn't right, it probably isn't. Needless to say I canceled the next appointment the secretary made me, paid my bill whatever the insurance didn't cover, and won't be back.

This people are such a liar, I had my first appointment with them back on December 20, 2022. Not until today and just after many attempts from me trying to obtain results about my surgery, is when they told me my medical insurance won't cover the surgery and I have to pay out of packet $1,000 with no option for a payment plan. I lost 8 months of my time with this clinic, I had to go to many different appointments and using those irritated socks for nothing. I wish I would to know at front or at least long time ago so I could just go somewhere else where my insurance would cover. I told them since my first call to them that I have a private insurance and I wanted them to make sure my insurance will cover any procedure, they kept reassuring that the insurance will cover it and kept charging me out of packet for each visit I had with them. I do not recommend this place at all, they are very irresponsible.

After being self conscious about the hideous looking veins for many years and finally fed up with the horrible pain in my leg I decided to make an appointment with Nelson Vein. I am so extremely glad I did. The girls in the office are super friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. From the procedures to insurance claims and after care. Dr. Nelson is wonderful! She is funny and spunky yet very professional and compassionate. She explained everything from diagnosis to the procedure and what to expect afterwards. I am so pleased with the results and my experience with Nelson Vein and will definitely go back if I have future needs!!

I had a great experience with Dr. Nelson and her staff. Everyone is very friendly and courteous. They all are incredibly knowledgeable, and will stop to answer any questions you have about the procedure. You can tell everyone loves their job, because the atmosphere in the building is so fun. I was laughing for most of my time there because I felt like I was just hanging out with friends! The building is beautiful inside as well. I almost felt like it was a spa. Dr. Nelson gave me a quick and painless vein removal. I did not even need to take medication for pain afterward. The scar is so small you can't even see it. She explained after care very thoroughly, and I was out within an hour! I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Nelson and her wonderful staff for a very easy to experience.

I've lived with varicose veins for quite some time. I had to sit and put my legs up because they were sore and tired, even had trouble sleeping at night. It didn't take long after the procedure before my legs felt better and I realized how bad they felt before the treatment. I researched a varicose vein doctor “near me”… Doctor Nelson popped up….Heard great things about her. I read the reviews and decided to make the call. The staff is great and very attentive. Doctor Nelson answered all of our questions…I felt reassured and relieved on most of my concerns. She is very good at what she does. The billing part is a little concerning….you definitely need to ask questions on continuous appointments etc, and why is it necessary for the patient so your insurance can cover it. All and all…Doctor Nelson and the staff are all very good and professional.

Absolutely the best! Dr Nelson and her staff are amazing they take the time to fully exam you and explain everything in detail. I had several questions and no matter how off the wall they were Dr Nelson or a member of her staff were sure to give me a detailed answer. I worked mostly with Irina and let me tell you she has become my favorite person in the world, she is very skilled, friendly and has the best “bedside” manner. I have had to have several treatments there and I have never been surprised by the procedure or the cost as they are on top of what my insurance will and will not cover.

Nelson Vein was such blessing to me. I had been passed around by other Drs, mis diagnosed and much more so I was very guarded coming in for the first time. However, each face that greeted me was so friendly, helpful and informative; you are heard and you matter. Working in a medical office setting myself when you return for concerns every few years(unfortunately) and the same employees are still there, that’s just gives you a warm feeling about her office. They’re always very welcoming , personal, and try to make you feel at ease during some of those painful procedures! Dr Nelson’s personality is one of a kind and she’s so down to earth.
