The girls who work the front are very nice. The Dr is great. he's so knowledgeable and friendly. I ask tons of questions, he explains in details, no rush and no pressure. The office is very clean and updated. I've done botox and microneedling there. Will definitely visit again! Reasonably priced too! Canceled my membership months ago to this other place in strongsville and so glad I did and found the wellness center!

I visit this office on average two times a month for filler, facials, Cool Lifting, and Botox and more. Been going here for over a year and decided to join their yearly club for $200 per year. This gets me $100 off any filler, and extra 5% off any monthly specials which are on their website and discounts on Latisse and skincare products! I love that they don't hide their pricing either! It's all on their website or you can call and get it. The same doctor has done all my services for the past year and I can't say enough good things about this place! The amount of money I have saved with this yearly membership has already exceeded $1500 AND I get even more money off my services when I redeem my Brilliant Distinctions or Aspire rewards. The girl up front (Megan) is so helpful and knowledgeable and the doctor keeps up to date on all the products and services available. I love this place and don't mind the 100 mile round trip visits! I have never been disappointed or had any bad injections done here - everything has been awesome! Thanks Ageless Center!

Great staff, super friendly! I loved the office, it was clean and bright. The doctor made me very comfortable and answered all of my questions. I found this place to be a little more affordable. I have been to other places and received about the same amount of product, for a higher price. I'm definitely coming back!

Had a pdo thread lift and the doctor was very informative, gentle and accommodating! Receptionist is welcoming and informative and helpful. Will definitely go back as pricing is totally fair and they offer rewards and discounts through their app. Was overall extremely pleased.

I'm very disappointed in this place for the fact that they raised the price of dysport by $75. Their reasoning is because they aren't running any specials anymore but you can pay a monthly membership to get a discount. I easily found another 5 star rated place that charges the same price I was previously paying. Too bad this place got too greedy. In response to the owner, I used to pay approximately $325. The cost is $400 or greater now which equates to at least $75 dollars greater. Whatever verbage you use, my cost is greater at the end of the day. It wasn't like that for over a year until the past 2 visits. If you're sorry, make it right for the next person, but not with words.

They are the kindest, most down to Earth and genuine people- I wish I had even an ounce of the same comfort and trust with my PCP. They really listen to you- They're the best!

Honestly one of the best experiences I have ever had. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The office is BEAUTIFUL and Tracey was so kind with me. She was polite and helpful! Dr. Elsheikh was great. He took the time to perfect my procedure. I am so happy with my results! I will be coming back and I have gotten so many compliments on his work! I have given his name and number to everyone who has asked!

I came in for Botox and tattoo removal, the service was great, the receptionist is super nice and helpful and the doctor really gives you a lot of information on the procedure before doing it, which makes it a lot more comfortable. Highly recommend!!

I paid for hair removal on my beard line (face and neck line). It quite simply has not worked. My girlfriend jokes to me that the treatment has made it worse. I have called and told the staff to which they offered no solution. I received a text from them asking if I was satisfied with their service, I replied NO and told them why. They said they would reach out and didn't. I filled out a complaint on their website, told them my issue and have not heard from them. So.... thats why I'm here. Its disappointing to pay for something and end up throwing money away. After speaking with a Dr. friend of mine and told her the the make/brand of laser used here she informed me that type of laser is not of high quality. Money wasted, time wasted.

I usually go to a specific doctor to get my Botox and filler because I had bad experience with someone else before… but my original doctor was booked out months ahead so I found Ibrahim Elsheikh, MD on google and decided to give The Wellness Center a chance… I’m sure glad I did! The staff was amazing and friendly and Ibrahim knew what he was doing… my lips and Botox have never looked better and I feel so much more confident! 11/10 recommend

I have been on the fence about getting Botox and was looking into a couple other services. Dr Elsheikh and Tracy were great and answered all of my questions and concerns. He made me feel very comfortable and eased my mind about what I should do. I am looking forward to my upcoming appointment.
