Dr. Carrie explains everything out to us and makes sure we understand everything. Everyone is so friendly, they're always on time and willing to answer any questions I ask. 10/10 recommend trusting your pets with them!

We've been going to Dr. Baumann since 2008/2009. She's absolutely amazing. She really cares about your furbabies and does what's best for them. In June of 2023, her and her staff was so kind and compassionate when we had to say goodbye to our Ava. I highly recommend Dr. Baumann for all your vet care needs.

I called to have my cat put down,the girl on the phone was beyond rude, she hung up on me when she was trying to give me numbers to other places.. what a freaking joke this place is!

Best vet experience I have ever had! Even post pandemic, the wait times are never long (longest ever was maybe 20 minutes when packed and short staffed), staff is always willing to answer any questions, and they have done great work diagnosing and helping all of our fur babies when other vets couldn't. They do great!

Moving to Ohio I was worried about finding a good vet compared to how good my old vet was. I took my little man Felix today and I'm so happy with the service provided. They were super welcoming. Lady at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. The Vet tech and Doctor were also super helpful and informative. Definitely will be returning with Felix! I think he was pretty happy as well with all the delicious treats!

I had to spend an extra $100 for our dog to be "overbooked" to be seen the same day. When I arrived there was one car in the parking lot and no one in the lobby waiting to be seen.

Dr. Baumann was gentle and patient with my geriatric dog Monet Rain. All of the staff members were kind and caring.

Called in to make an appointment for my dog who woke up with an awful ear infection..shaking her head and scratching at her ear. First open appointment was a week out, I scheduled it but shortly after they called back and said the vet was willing to double book an appointment that day to help us out! We took the appointment and she helped us out a ton. We were able to get the medicine and proper treatment for our baby! The vet was so kind and took her time explaining everything to us and showing us how to properly use the ear cleanser and drops. I’m very thankful for all their help and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a vet!

This was my first experience with Dr. Baumann. My dog Brooklyn loved her. She got down on the ground to rub his belly. Her examination was top notch. Thank you Dr. Baumann. All the Staff were outstanding.

Dr. Carrie and the entire staff here are incredible !! Just can't say enough about how great they are. My Maine Coon cat was not eating or drinking..had a bad upper respiratory infection and was really lethargic. Less than a week after Dr. Carrie saw him he is perfectly fine..no issues at all. Great doctors..great staff.. Highly highly recommended!!

Dr. Bauman is the best. Harrison covered her with all kinds of kisses. You can telling she genuinely loves her animals. The office makes you feel like family.
