Employee Ian was incredibly rude and unprofessional, agreed to do my husbands tattoo and took our 100$ deposit, when my husband sent him the references of the tattoo he told us that he could do it darker than when we got to view the actual tattoo design it was a completely different style and design than what was asked for. We had to drive up (when Ian said he’d be there to show us until 8 pm and when we arrived at 7:25 he saw us pull in and then tried to get into his car to leave) He also Ignored all messages about any updates and when my husband simply said “that isn’t what I asked for” Ian told us to find a new artist. We called the owner to talk about how we were treated and the owner said “to come in and handle it in person” which is a pathetic and sad thinly veiled threat as if he could intimidate us. Truly a tattoo shop that reeks of fragile male ego.

The guy at the front desk was very cold and rude. When asked what a good location for my tattoo would be, all he said was, "Wherever". He was not helpful. I would not give them any service or my money.

Betsy is the best! She’s SUPER nice and incredibly talented! I’m on my 4th tattoo with her and receive quality work with every single drop of ink. The shop is clean and modern, overall pretty cool. Prices are very reasonable but be warned there is a $80 minimum (incase you want something tiny) and it’s cash only (atm available.

Excellent. Always feel at home here, the staff are all cool af. Its a cozy, laid back environment. Mom always says, cleanliness is next to godliness and you could eat off the floors here. (Not recommended.) Some of my most memorable ink was done here and my sleeve, in progress, will be completed here ONLY! It's actually 0. Couldn't give that rating. It was an absolute joke. Alphonso took my deposit and refused service because I am white. He never gave the deposit back, though I reached out through texts and phone calls. Proof that he blew me off. Unprofessional, racist, a disgrace to human behavior and tatoo establishments. Good riddance.

Ive been tattooed by almost all of tattoo artists in the shop and i have to say there all most kind, amazing, incredible people. Its hard for me be comfortable with new people, but im comfortable with all of the artists in the shop and they are just so incredibly nice. I love all tattoos that has been done on me and will be getting lots of more. Definitely go to this shop!

Just as a heads up, if you're a female this shop does not pass the vibe test. From the owner specifically. I've had a few tattoos here from female artists who have left because of his behavior. And I could feel it when I was there. Definitely an aggro environment.

Haven't had a tattoo in 20 yrs, walked on with my daughter on a whim. Ian and Travis took great care to give us exactly what we wanted. Betsy took my mind off of my nerves by showing me all of her Penguin pics! Can't wait to come back for more artwork!

Got my first tattoos at Classic with two of my friends from Betsy. She was so helpful and patient with us. The shop and her area were super clean and everyone was very welcoming. Betsy took her time with our designs and placements. I’ll definitely be back to see her again!!

Got an amazing tattoo done by Cev. This shop is the best. Very clean and everyone is professional. I showed Cev a picture of what direction I was going. We made some adjustments and it turned out AMAZING. This was my 14th tattoo and The BEST out of all of them. I have found my tattoo person!! I highly recommend Classic Tattoo!!

i just got my first tattoo done here. the service was really good and ian jones did a great job on my tattoo. i got it done above my knee and it turned out amazing. ian was very nice and asked me questions throughout the process to see if i was okay. i would definitely recommend this place.

I got an arm tattoo done by Phil Robertson. It was a dragon wrapped around a sword with a lot of coloration. He did an excellent job and it looks great! He was also very friendly and fun to chat with. The price was fair for what the work was. I will most definitely go to him again if I ever want another tattoo!

Staff is very sweet and helpful! The piercer on staff even let me know where I could go if I couldn't get ahold of them. Very clean, professional and friendly.

Every time I've been here I've had a great experience. Most recently went with my niece and sister to get her cartilage done and they were awesome. That girl thought she was the absolute coolest. (Because she is). Will definitely be going back to get more work done.

How will you be assisting in a customer who lost out on money from Dirty Dan who was fired and he took her money without service? Do you honestly feel like you have no role in paying this customer back for your employees wrong? Do you really think it's the paying customer's responsibility to hunt him down for a refund? Why did you not contact his scheduled clients to say you fired him? Letting a new paying customer come up to find out things and be out of money is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
