Got a full set, the nails are lumpy and bumpy show a ton of texture. I have nails that aren't straight and some were over filed on the sides. Others weren't filed enough and are stabbing the sides of my fingers. I paid $75 and expect a much better product, having them removed because there is no fixing all the mistakes. Will not return to this location its a waste of money go elsewhere.

I absolutely loved my experience here! My tech was Dan and he was wonderful. Great to talk to and the nails turned out exactly as I hoped! He worked fast but made sure everything was even and looked good. In total it took about an hour and fifteen minutes. He had no problem going off a picture of the design I wanted as well. I will definitely be coming back for my next set! Thanks again! :) xoxo

I feel compelled to update my review to better reflect my experience. My manicure experience went well other than waiting for a long time to go back. My tech was sweet and I enjoyed conversing with her and some of the other workers there. I loved my nails at the time. However, it hasn’t even been two weeks and my nails are all starting to lift. They are lifting to the point where my hair is getting stuck underneath them when I am styling it. I was really looking forward to having my nails filled here but I’m going to have to find a new place to give me another full set. I paid over $100 for a set of nails that isn’t even lasting. I’m beyond disappointed and cannot recommend this place. I’m going to have to shell out another $60+ dollars somewhere else because these expensive nails aren’t even staying on for two weeks! I also was not expecting to be charged $95. They need to clearly state how much each “add on” is. I didn’t even know the polish color I had picked was a gel polish for my acrylics and it ended up being $15 more! Because of these reasons, I can no longer recommend this place and I will not be retuning like I was originally planning to.

Not a fan of this place at all. They rush so quickly that my acrylics are growing out & look bad in a week. My usual salon couldn’t get me so i decided to try this place since it had great reviews. After a few days the gel on my one nail chipped, went & got it fixed, chipped again later that evening. I also asked multiple times to cut my nails short & shape them round (as Im a doctor and my work requires short nails; & my nails grow incredibly fast so keeping them short is a must for me!) & they didn’t cut my nails whatsoever and said they wouldn’t be able to shape if they are short (spoiler, yes you lose definitely can)! Now to have my nail crack because of how long they are. Spending $45 here is not worth it. Spend your money somewhere else that actually listens to you and does a good job. I’m super disappointed. I spent $45 here only to spend another $35 at my usual salon a week later to have my acrylics filled & with new gel because my nails look absolutely horrific.

It was my first time here and when I called on the phone they were able to get me in within the hour. Excellent customer service and overall a great experience. My nail tech Dahn was very considerate and patient with my complex design request. Being it was my first time getting acrylics, Dahn absolutely ATE IT UP ✨💅🏻 I highly recommend this place to my friends and definitely will be coming back:)

My maid of honor scheduled an appointment for me, her and another bridesmaid and we had such a good time! The spa chairs were so relaxing, and the people working were so professional! They even let us bring in a bottle of champagne to celebrate. I will definitely be going again!

Nail techs did a good job! Everything was clean and ready to go when I walked in! The 2 nail techs were running a couple minutes behind but they gave us a heads up and kept us updated which was great that they did, I appreciated that the most! The nail tech did inform us that they were short staffed today which didn’t help with how busy they were! No complaints or anything! They did an awesome job on my toes along with my friends too! I would go back again I’m very happy with it

I had Tori as a tech today. First time visit. The place was immaculate, the staff friendly and attentive. Tori helped me choose which services I would be best pleased with. She was spot on! Knowledgeable, professional, gentle and fun conversation. I could not have been more pleased or pampered!

Got acrylics for my daughters wedding, they were fine. Went back to have them removed and my nails are so damaged I don’t know how long it will take for them to be normal again. They were dremeled down to paper thin, the nail surface is dented and misshapen. I take pride in my nails but they now are embarrassing and ugly.

Jenny is absolutely the best. She does a wonderful job. I will continue to go back to her again.

This was the first time I took my daughter to get her nails done and it was a great experience. The nail tech was very nice and very quick! The prices are amazing as well. Only $10 for a kid's nails! We will definitely be returning in the future.

*NEW CUSTOMER AND I WALKED OUT* I have never walked out of a nail appt before. But here I had to stop mid appointment, get up and actually leave. It began like any appointment when I asked the tech for a simple acrylics & mani/glazed donut gel polish. He pointed to and grabbed the hottest hottest pink gel shade on the shelf lol. Because the tech was unable to communicate with me, I politely asked for his boss to help with the first step of choosing the shade which helped. Next, After 1 full hour, my acrylics were put on (poorly) and no painting had even begun. Because the male nail tech was unable to understand me as far as shape or length/symmetry, every nail was different. Seems like it should be a basic requirement to know how to achieve clients preference of shape and length, no? I tried to explain but he kept filing shorter and more uneven. It was so obvious he has little to no experience. Again, I politely asked for him to grab his boss who was translating for him to show him my nails and ask for help to help and correct my nails as they were looking nothing short of horrible. The boss was not very patient with either of us. I went up to the desk to ask who I believe to be the owner (who helped translate) how many years experience this particular male technician had- his superior dismissively said “a lot.” I asked how many years exactly because I would really like to know his experience level as I could tell he had very little skill. The owner said “I don’t really actually know.” Another red flag. I then asked to see the tech’s credentials/license and proof of identification that it was the same person on the license. The owner said no he could not show me because I am not an ‘inspector.’ BIG RED FLAG. Clients please know that the licensure is supposed to be displayed and if not it is public information and can be verified through the Ohio state board of cosmetology. The photos and the owners reaction to be asking to see the techs credentials tells you all you need to know. Stay far far away.

I have been a customer for 3 years but am noticing the decline in the quality of work. I paid 50+dollars for a gel manicure on my natural nails only to have the polish chipped on 3 of them 48 hours later. I am strongly considering taking my business elsewhere. The prices are increasing but the quality of work is decreasing. I have had to come back for additional service for my last 3 visits for correction and that’s too much of an inconvenience.

I got my nails done here a few times, one of the new girls didn’t do such a good job, cut almost all my cuticles and didn’t shape the nails how I wanted, had bubbles and lumps, they were my birthday nails too. I called the salon and told me, and they got me in the same day and had them redone by Andi and he was the absolute best !!! Definitely going back for Andi again! The glitter was added when I got them redone, thank you guys

Went in today for a gel manicure. I had grown out my nails and wanted to have them shaped into an almond or oval shape and asked for the famous “Hailey Bieber” trend for polish. I showed a picture and the tech acted as if she knew exactly what I was requesting. She immediately pulled polish and I didn’t second guess a thing. She then began clipping my nails without asking a shape or length and it was too late before I could say something to stop her. This should have been my first red flag, then comes the polish… she put on a thin coat of clear glitter polish and the chrome powder. Also, the tech did not speak a single word to me the entire manicure. I waited hoping I needed to just trust the process but I was obviously mistaken. $75 later and this is how I walked out. Looks like nothing was even done to my nails! What a waste of money and time.

Great atmosphere & had the best pedicure! My pedicurist was amazing & the foot scrub & massage was so relaxing! Nails turned out so pretty! Update: my nails are feeling really sore. I really think they did a good job but my toes feel really sore from I believe the nail nippers. Perhaps need to be a little more careful around the skin of the nails.

I got my pedi done by Cindy, wonderful woman. Did a very good job on my toe nails. But I didn’t like the color. The polish was chunky and it did not look nude on my skin tone. I wanted the polish changed, the manager stated I would have to pay a $15 for a polish change even though I didn’t leave the store…… Luckily I was waiting for my friends to be done with their mani because all the melanated women were amazing. They found me a true nude and the woman with the blonde buzzcut has her own personal shades and it was perfect. Ridiculous that I’d have to pay extra to change my polish all because I got out of the chair. But If I hadn’t I wouldn’t of found that amazing color. The manager agreed on $10 still ridiculous, but I ended up tipping my friends nail tech instead. He allowed that. Not so good of an experience just know they need new nail polishes !!! The only reason why I didn’t give 2 stars is cause of the other women there that all helped me and showed me professionalism and understanding. Cindy was also very sweet and understanding💕

Cindy did an AMAZING job! I had a dip change and the way she takes off the old dip is so gentle on my real nails underneath. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and it came out exactly like the pic. I've gone to this nail salon 4 or 5 times and everyone is super talented. I highly recommend Cindy if you want a dip set that looks immaculate and lasts for a long time!

this place is amazing! Everyone was so kind and welcoming. Shy was my nail tech and she was so nice the entire time making it a very comfortable experience for me. I showed her a picture of what i wanted my nails to look like & she had absolutely no problem picking out the acrylics & polishes and recreating what i wanted. this salon is a 10/10 & i would highly recommend going to Shy.

Great customer service! The nail salon was very busy today, but everyone was working as efficiently as possible. My nail artist was great-I asked her change the length and shape of my nails - she did an amazing job!

Rylie is the best ! She always does a great job on my nails and they turn out beautiful! She has even searched for a color when I described it! My only complaint would be that last time I had to wait 45 minutes when I had an appointment and arrived on time. I think this is because of walk ins which is not really fair to those who have an appointment. But I will come back because Rylie does such an awesome job!

Went in for a full set and a pedicure, and I'm really happy with my nails! They were on top of cleaning and sanitizing. They were quite pricey and the process took a very long time.

I absolutely love coming here! Kim does an amazing job on my nails and my husband and I always have a great experience relaxing while getting our pedicures done. All the staff are super professional friendly and welcoming

Cindy gave me the best pedicure I have ever had, They got me me in with no wait. She was very thorough & made sure I was comfortable. What a great atmosphere. She was efficient & did no rush me. Shy is an incredible artist, and she always makes me feel welcome and at home. I showed her an inspiration photo for for Valentine’s nails and she went above and beyond. My nails are immaculate and beautiful, everyone compliments me on them! Go see her!
