    The nastiest collection of workers I have ever seen at a CVS, let alone drug store. Everytime Ive had to pick up a prescription for my friend, I am met with the meanest pharmacy tech in Ohio. 30ish plain looking woman with dishwater brown hair and glasses has a permanent scowl on her face and the attitude to go with it. Just now I went to pick up some supplies and had to deal with the older black woman who was the cashier and she couldnt be bothered to show me where something was that i was having trouble finding and gave an attitude when i asked. Something has got to be rotten with management because to have such an across the board bad crew stinks of poor leadership. Im never going back there again. Life is too short and there are plenty of other drug stores. Youve been warned.

    This location used to be managed well. Now, most of the associates are unhelpful. Peggie, a cashier, should not be working with the public. The first few times that she waited on me, she was very rude. Since we all have bad days, I gave her the benefit of the doubt. She has displayed the same dismissive and curt behavior time after time. It is obvious that she doesn't like her job and/or that is just her personality. In addition, some of the pharmacy techs behave in the same manner. Mgmt needs to step up and take notice of the lack of customer service skills that their associates display.

    These Pharmacists are rude and take forever. Do not go here. Try Walgreens on Columbia and Lorain instead.

    STAY AWAY from this CVS for Covid PCR Testing. I am not sure if CVS in general is having a meltdown or their 3rd party lab…..Stay away and give your business somewhere else!! Did it Saturday noon. No results for my Monday am flight. Had to redo my flight and go to the hospital to get a PCR test. What a waste of time. We got back the results on Tuesday at 10am. So much for the 72 hours requirement for flying.

    Workers act like they hate their job , not friendly always feel uncomfortable in this store like Their watching my every move , weird Awkward atmosphere not Pleasant at all only stop here if nothing else is open

    Drive thru pharmacy is slower than molasses. Seriously it’s not that hard of a job. Don’t see how it’s always so complicated

    The male pharmacist is rude, impatient and unprofessional. Spoke to me as if asking a question abt a new medication was a huge imposition for him. Transferred our scripts to Walgreens.

    Every single month when I pick up my prescription its something new that they put on the patient to handle. Every month it seems to be a different price or a different problem on why they can't give it to me.. And every month it ends up getting handled by ME. They are the most incompetent pharmacy compared to Mentor pharmacy. Its very clear they aren't knowledgeable people when it comes to handling patient prescriptions.

    The managers at this location have been nothing but super helpful when I have questions about sales or product in the store… Becky (one of the managers) especially is so sweet and so willing to answer my stupid questions which I’m sure she’s already had to answer 6 other times that day. Thank you! 🖤

    Can’t seem to coordinate with my doctor the renewal of an existing Prescription, this has been going on for weeks. Was told by the pharmacist to come back up and they could give me a temporary supply since I had taken my last pill. Went back up, only to be told they can’t do that.

    The pharmacy techs are very incompetent. Wouldn't accept my savings card twice, had to drive 40 minutes one way in a severe weather storm warning, and Mentor pharmacy didn't have a single issue. Its saving me $400 a year and the pharmacy techs on Lorain kept blaming my deductible saying its on my end, when nothing has changed except I moved into a new house.

    The Pharmacist was amazing. A hospital physician prescribed many medications for one of my parents. They were picked up by a sibling. They all had safety caps my parents can not open. The pharmacist allowed medications brought back into the store to change caps to non safety and placed a memo in their profile to always use non-safety caps. To the elderly desiring to be independent, it makes a huge difference for them.KUDOS.

    The pharmacy is supposed to be open until 9 pm on Monday nights, but it closed unexpectedly at 7 pm tonight, without explanation. The pharmacy staff closed the blinds on me at the drive thru and yelled through the window "we closed at 7!" The sign right below her said 9. Why? What happened? Can I trust that you'll be open when your hours say you will?

    Came for a booster. Pharmacist was incredibly aggressive. I have a horrendous fear of needles so it's already hard on me. She was rude abrasive and wouldn't stop berating me for not just letting it happen even though it only took a few extra seconds. She didn't even check to make sure I was ok after the fact. My mom had to step in just to get her off my case.

    Our usual CVS was out of stock in the medication my husband uses so the prescription was sent to this one. I’ve never met anyone as unhappy to do their job as this pharmacy staff. The pharmacist interrupted me constantly trying to “explain” to me how my insurance works even after I told her we’ve gotten the prescription several times at another CVS and we’ve never had to pay the $1200. The pharmacy techs were rude and spoke to both my husband and I like we were children. We had Walgreens transfer the prescription and had 0 issues getting it filled and walked out paying nothing, just as we usually do. According to Walgreens they were most likely trying to process through our secondary insurance despite us telling them not to.

    Have used this cvs pharmacy years for my daughter's medication. For the past 1.5 years the pharmacy has beenAWFUL!. CUSTOMER SERVICE is non existant or rude at best. Out of med smy daughter has used for years! No care on their part for mistakes leaving my daughter for weeks without an antiseziure med she takes daily. Horrible communication . Very uncaring to get things done properly. Transferring prescriptions elsewhere today!

    Do not come here for prescriptions. They kept telling me my son's medicine wasn't ready. After a couple weeks they found out it was back ordered. Tried telling me they told me this. They straight up lied to me and could care less. You've been warned.

    Pharmacy staff was patient and effective and looked for ways to save me money. Altogether a positive experience. Highly recommend. Made an appointment here after another CVS cancelled my vaccinations appointments with no notice. Difference between this pharmacy and the first was night and day.

    I'm older than dirt (82), and have used this pharmacy since the store opened. I both walk in or use the drive up service. I'm asked if I have any questions, or had new meds explained to me. Despite the frequent phone calls, customers at the drive-in and walk-ins, they stay cool, professional and polite. I always say they're like air traffic controllers! I give them a 10!

    I was helped by a lady named karen the other day and she was very rude to me and an older gentleman that she helped before me. She kept helping everyone and kept ignoring the fact that I was waiting on her to help me too. Also looked like she hated her job. If you don’t like your job don’t take it out on customers. I will not be returning to this cvs because Karen was acting like a Karen.

    Impossible to get anyone from the pharmacy on the phone,they deserve zero stars , after the menu talks you around in circles, they suggest downloading the app. What a waste of time
