Not sure if she was the manager but the lady with the gray shirt and blonde hair was really rude. If I had to guess I'd say 70% of customers at Walgreen's are sick or getting prescriptions. I was really sick (in my stomach not covid), and I needed to go in to get supplies but I was in a lot of pain and feeling nauseous but didn't have anyone to help me. I tried doing it myself but I had to run out of the store and puke outside. When I got myself together and tried to go back in I was crying because of everything and she was the first employee I saw so I asked for help and just briefly explained I was sick and in pain. She seemed really aggravated but helped me anyways. On our way out I told her to just be careful because I was sick in a certain area not in front of the door or anything, and she said to me in a condescending way, "oh that's nice..." and she just had no empathy what so ever.

Got to the pharmacy 20 minutes before closing. The pharmacist was very rude in telling us she couldn’t fill the perception for our sick daughter. If you don’t want to work till 10. close at 9. We ended up going to Rite aid witch closed at the same time, but was nice and filled the perception. Will not use Walgreens in the future.

The older blonde hair women was extremely rude, she went out of her way to pull me over to say something unprofessional and uncalled for- she needs to retire or stop being nasty to paying customers for no good reason

I went in to pick up photos and the employee "Susan" was COMPLETELY rude and disrespectful from the moment we began talking. She seemed very unhappy with her job, and very disinterested. She came across as annoyed by me picking up photos. She spoke with a snobby, impatient tone. She was also very condescending towards me. One example of this is, instead of asking for my phone number for my rewards card; she said "do you KNOW your phone number?"....... Of course I KNOW my own number. I will not be returning to Walgreens.

I ordered photos here and when I came they weren’t ready. Got an email confirming they were ready for pickup at 11:00 - arrived at 11:45 and the girl was working on them. Then she had to stop working on them - while I waited - to check our 10 or more people. Apparently the cosmetics worker and manager are incapable of handling a store full of customers at lunchtime and leave this poor girl alone to deal with all the customers. She had to ask ME, a customer, to tell people waiting at the register to come over to her so she could also work on my order that still isn’t ready. I’ve already been here for TWENTY MINUTES and am still waiting.

If I could write this a zero I would. I always have a horrible experience here. They tell you your prescriptions will be ready at a certain time and they never are. They do not call to inform you when they either do not have a certain type of prescription you're waiting on or to let you know it's going to be a lot longer than what they originally told you. Horrible customer service horrible workers. I felt and tried to be patient with them the last year and I'm done I'm going over to CVS!

I LOVE this Walgreens! The staff there is so, so, so friendly. I haven’t been in a wheelchair very long and have been quite self conscious since a couple bad interactions at other places. But the Walgreens staff treats me and my husband so kindly. They’re always pointing us in the right direction, suggesting new products, or helping us grab a quick item we forgot in another aisle. Walgreens has tons of sales I love taking advantage of. Particularly OTCs and cleaning supplies. Their perks card makes it worth it not only to get discounts, but to also have certain dollar amounts off at the register that accumulate over time. Don’t get me started on their awesome coupon book. I’m a coupon fiend! Let me tell you about their amazing Photo Center. We had two lovely employees help us with selecting and printing out various size photos from my brother’s wedding. Want to know how much they were (5x7’s)? Cheap! High quality glossy photos carefully put into an envelope. We got so many photos from 4x6 to 8x10! I am addicted to printing out photos from their Photo Center. Way better than I could ever get at home. I highly recommend using them. Their Photo Center on the website is easy to use and often has same day pickup. Or you could go in and their stellar employees would help you. I’ve even printed posters out from them that looked so professional! Great way to print out those commissioned artworks to hang up. Best Walgreens ever is in North Olmsted!

For the most part this story is pretty well maintained except for the photo gallery. I waited over 2 hours I come in and the manager and some black haired girl is standing there talking about eyebrows and I've waited 2 hours for one photo. They made me wait an extra 15 minutes on top of printing it wrong. Extremely disappointed I normally enjoy this place and I will still continue to go here for my pictures but please check up on your employees......

The worst of all!!! Manager hides behind corporate policy to elevate their own self esteem WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!!! extremely rude and unprofessional

I always find what I need at this store! This location is super convenient living close by. Dan the manager is very friendly and professional. I wouldn't shop anywhere else in North Olmsted. The store is always clean and maintained. I highly recommend Walgreens!

Got my booster shot. Very quick

The pharmacy would not give me a Covid vaccine, even though I had pre-qualified, had an appointment, and filled out all my paperwork oline ahead of time. They were just too busy, but claimed I had already had too many prior shots as an excuse to not have to serve me. Complete nonsense.

Multiple purchaes of Easter candy including mini reeses cups and hersheys eggs taste disgusting. I'm rounding up all the candy to return it. I saw Walmart is having the same issues. Wonder why................ tastes like it's 10 yrs old maybe older, I'm really not sure what is going on.

Like Oh my gosh! Lol seriously though, the Easter candy is disgusting. I think it's a million years old.
